She knew I had anxiety about going and has helped me every step of the way. She is the reason I go to my appointment every 6 months! Yesterday I had such a beautiful interaction with Dr. Russo. I was telling her and Meghan that my daughter is thinking about becoming a dental hygienist. One of the reasons is because when she walks through the doors at Hanson family dental she feels comfortable and safe. Dr. Russo told me she got goosebumps from that. It is that kind of place!!!

Fantastic experience: If you told me a year ago I'd be leaving a glowing review for a dentist, I would've laughed. I have severe dental anxiety, the kind where I start mentally planning my escape before I even sit in the chair. Dr. Omar Ramahi is the first dentist who's actually made me feel comfortable. He's patient, explains everything without making you panic, and somehow keeps the whole experience relaxed. The best part? He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. No "you need $10,000 worth of work" speech. He tells it like it is, gives you the facts, and lets you know what actually needs to be done. That kind of honesty is rare. If you're someone who dreads going to the dentist like I do, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ramahi.

We go way back to the years with Dr. Aubert and are now getting familiar with the new Doctors & Dental teams who are also professional, caring & very nice to work with. Since I do not have dental insurance, I just signed up for the Hanson Family Dental Comprehensive Care Plan which is a great savings plan for me. Their new office is almost complete and we are looking forward to their big beautiful updated office. Highly recommend!!!!

Negative experience: Was a great office. Dr Aubert retired and thats it. 3 dentists. All ridiculous. They upsell you. They push for treatments you dont need. They xray you every cleaning or whenever you walk in the door so insurance wont cover it. DON'T waste your time here. Im off to find a new dentist. But theyre all alike. Crap.

Negative experience: I’ve seen the past doctor for years and he was very efficient but thorough but when the new doctor came in it was different. I am known to have cavities in the past so I was expecting to have maybe 1 but as she was looking in my mouth and listing of number to the hygienist I knew something was up. 12 she said I had 12 cavities. With no explanation she left, I was shocked the hygienist tried to show me the xray to she was she was seeing and even the hygienist was hesitant to find the cavities. The appointment for the filling were 6+ months out but I knew I had to get a second opinion, they told me I had 3 they were willing to fill. They said that she probably saw the little starts of cavities but those usually will fill with more accurate brushing and flossing. I sense got those three cavities filled and the others naturally filled in with more proper brushing.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the dentists incredibly thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new caring and skilled dentist. Me and my family will all be coming here!

Positive experience: I went in for a cleaning and check-up for the first time and was so grateful for their kindness and skill. They never rushed me and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. My only concern is that I need some, almost urgent, follow up dental work and they can't see me for six months until February, 2025. This review is for the hygienist Christine who was wonderful. I only spoke with the dentist for a few minutes so can’t speak to their abilities. Given the 6+ month wait time to get any serious dental work done I doubt I will ever see the dentist but will definitely go back for a cleaning with Christine. *Update* I had to find another dentist to do the work I needed done. I couldn’t wait the 6 months to see the dentist here.

Negative experience: The new dentist is terrible. She will encourage you to do unnecessary work. Both my wife and I loved the previous dentist but once he sold it to the new lady we both have had bad experiences with her and have received completely different and less dire diagnoses from other dentists. Don’t go here! She will try to get you to do completely unnecessary work done to make a payday

Fantastic experience: I’m from out of town and had an emergency situation where a tooth came out. It was very embarrassing to be missing a tooth right in the middle. Dr. Lee saw me and did a fantastic job creating an interim solution which allowed me to confidently speak and smile for the remainder of my vacation. Due to both doctor’s kindness, I’ll be coming back here for the permanent solution. I definitely recommend Dr. Russo and Dr. Lee.

Negative experience: I have been going to Hanson Family Dental for over 5 years. The dentist has always been completely honest about what I needed done and never did more than I needed. I just went back for a cleaning and left with the instruction that I need 2 root canals and caps and multiple cavities filled. All set, I will not be returning to the office. What a disappointment to add just another dental factory.
