From the gentleman at the desk to the Office Manager I could not have been treated with more care, respect and professionalism. I was apprehensive because it had been a very long time since I went to a dental appointment but I was immediately put at ease and treated with total gentleness and understanding. I can't recommend them with enough praise to do them justice!!

I recently had fillings, cavity treatment, and a periodontal deep cleaning with scaling and root planing done, and the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. A special thank you to Diana, the hygienist, who was absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment. She was incredibly helpful, detailed, and patient in explaining every step of the deep cleaning and periodontal care process. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her kindness and knowledge really helped ease my anxiety and made the experience much better than I expected. The dental team was efficient, gentle, and genuinely cared about my comfort and long-term dental health. Fantastic experience: Process with motto was very straightforward and simple. Staff was very kind, helpful, and informative. I thought I would need braces to correct my issues but They were able to correct large gaps, overlaps, and crooked teeth in my smile with aligners. I’m happy with the results and recommend anyone look into motto before doing braces or Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was kind and patient. Everything was explained to me including cost. I have waited for years to receive orthodontic treatment for myself, making sure both our kids received orthodontic treatment first. I hated my smile & would always cover my mouth if laughing and try to avoid a camera. I went to Aspen Dental to see if I was a candidate for their Motto aligners and it has been a great experience. I love the Motto tray system! It is super easy to do and very effective! I was told previously by another orthodontist I would need a full set of braces and other treatment. I used Motto for approximately eight months and I absolutely love the results! I feel a lot more confident when smiling and always ready for a family selfie lol.

Fantastic experience: Went to Aspen dental Without a plan for a chipped front tooth sat down with Dr. Shareef and his great team and continue to come in with a plan. I was more like looking for crowns, and I thought Dr. Shareef thought about another thing in saving my teeth and trying to use what I already have so he’s took my concerns and he voice his concerns and together we came up with a great plan. It’s that plan. We’re on the second step now really confident that I’ll have a great smile after this is done and also be able to eat.

Negative experience: Least personable dentist ever. If you want a human side to bring at the dentist don’t go to aspen. I’ve had a medical provider legit try to “upsell” you. And it’s also felt rushed. Only reason I chose them was because I had a toothache and needed to get in somewhere right away. Never again

Negative experience: Extremely concerning billing practices and misleading information. Overcharged by thousands- Ins. Co. verified everything I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. I was charged over $4k for dental work here, even though my final Ins. Estimate Of Benefits shows my actual responsibility was less than half that. We’re talking a confirmed overcharge of of over $2k. When I asked management about a refund, I was told: • they “couldn’t see” the finalized EOB (Ins. confirmed they can) • Aspen said I needed to bring them my copy of the EOB (they have it I do not need to give mine) • Aspen says refunds take 90–120 days (Ins. confirmed this is not true) • I was told by Aspen to call billing “they can help” (billing told me they cannot) Every time I called, I was immediately placed on hold when they saw my name. My Ins. has now escalated this as a formal case through their Appeals Department and confirmed the overcharge. A case manager is intervening directly because the office would not handle the refund properly. The hygienist and dentist were kind, but the front office and management experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the corporate office addresses this, because patients deserve transparency and not roadblocks, when a documented refund is owed to a patient instead of being jerked around. I am sharing this so other patients know to check their EOBs carefully and advocate for themselves or maybe do themselves a favor and find another dentist!

Fantastic experience: First time here. Everyone was wonderful through whole process. Hygenost Diana was fantastic! No pain throughout whole procedure! I have a fear of the Dentist but this was the best dental experience I've ever had and for the first time Im looking forward to my future dental appointments.

Negative experience: I went in for a broken tooth on my lower dentures, figured I'd drop them off, pick them up later. Receptionist says you have an outstanding balance and we need to clear that up before we proceed. What's the.balance for? , I inquired. Work that was done out of warranty dating back to 2015. What? I've been here 3 times since then and no one ever mentioned a balance. That's because we changed computer systems and two upgrades since then. What? The last time you were in 2023, you were seven days beyond the warranty expiration of seven years. Why didn't someone say something? The receptionist said I was "good to go". After knitting the stories together: A. The former employee did not enter follow up details because of a power outage that day, delaying that fix. B. Someone plugged in arbitrary personal information to adjust the account, without my knowledge or consent. C. I was told they tried for the past 5 years to bill me (at an address I've never lived at), we're did that come from. D. Tried to get ahold of me by phone, at a number I haven’t had in over two years. Again, why didn't someone say something when I was there one of the three times I had gone in for repair. I was a bit miffed as to how I was being treated, as if any of this was my fault. "That's the policy, that's the policy sir." I bought the best line of dentures they had, and have now had 4 repairs, kinda makes you scratch your head, eh! Trying to get a credible answer was like pulling teeth. lol. End result, they waived the mystery balance, fixed my denture and discounted the bill.

Fantastic experience: Have had great service from Aspen. Initially concerned as I had quite a bit of extensive dental work to be done. Luckily I only have positive words for Aspen Dental. Everyone I've come in contact with has been pleasant. They also are quite helpful with the financial aspect of all the dental work. Nice too, that you may pay as you go... I'll definitely continue my care with Plymouth Aspen Dental.

Negative experience: Like others have said, the staff is very nice but they are money hungry. Told me I needed xyz done at 8000 dollars, when I just went for a cleaning and x-rays. No tooth pain what so ever. Dentist said I needed scaling done (for 4k after insurance) before she would even clean them. Mind you, I have regularly gone to another dentist and had cleanings every 6 months. Regular cleanings should and are standard else where. They also seemed to have limited medical knowledge, which as a dentist is fine. However they seemed to be compleatly dumbfounded that I am unable to have 99% of antibiotics due to a chronic condition. They couldnt even name the antibiotic they said they must use when doing a crown. Instead they printed out a form for my doctor to name all the antibiotics I could have? Which seems to make little sence. They would probably do great as an emergency stop, should you have an issue. Staff is nice. As your normal dentist, I would look elsewhere.

Positive experience: It took to long ( 2 hours) and they didn't do much . I just came in because 1 tooth was bothering me. They told me I needed 4 teeth taken out and get dentures and it will cost $10,000. Just unbelievable

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, flexible pricing. When you don’t have dental insurance it can be overwhelming, they make it easier and manageable.

Positive experience: My hygienist was very good, the dentist was nice but what people should know is that Aspen Dental pads their treatment plans. They don’t have their own oral surgeon so unless you ask why it’s not covered by insurance they won’t tell but you can go find your own oral surgeon, then they tried to tell me that they could treat a gum infection at the wonderful price of $119 per tooth for 22 teeth for a topical antibiotic and the last time I had one I had 2 weeks of amoxicillin for less than $ 4. Ask questions and realize they are upselling their treatment packages just like they do when you buy a car.

Negative experience: First of all: the “Dentist” had never heard of gum graft surgery (which I’ve had). She didn’t even recognize that I had the grafts. She did not know what they were. She honestly looked confused when I mentioned them. It made me wonder if she was really a dentist. They took about 30 X-rays and offered me a “cancer screening “ for $35. I politely said no. The hygienist then told me (this was 1 hour into the visit) that I had gum disease and would need deep cleaning or my teeth would fall out. (First time a dentist had ever told me that!). I was skeptical. I said I have no cavities found (despite 50 X-rays) no bleeding , no pain and my gums are a healthy pink. She tried to scare me by telling me that I had an “infection” that was “in my blood” and it would cause diabetes and high blood pressure. Ok. By then I was getting irritated. But I am polite. So I said nothing. She said now you will meet with our office manager and she will tell you all about it. So they offered me a plan for the “deep cleaning “ for $7000. Ah but I was lucky. I would only have to pay $4000 after insurance. I said yea no thanks. I will be making an appointment with a real dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist. My teeth are in poor condition and I don’t like anyone looking in my mouth. All of the staff were patient and very kind. Very happy with there care and compassion.

Positive experience: Staff at front desk and McKenzie were very helpful and nice. Ads of affordable smiles however leaves alot to the imagination.

Negative experience: Ready to seek legal counsel on fraudulent billing. On an issue that was one paid for and never fixed as they left the temporary cap on the tooth lost the cap had us pay for everything in advance and then billed us for months. When we felt it was resolved. We were gonna leave it be even though we never received compensation for the refund for work not done. They sent it to collections. Don't go here. As nice as the are they are also snakes even tricking my husband into the "recommend tooth brush" they conveniently added to the bill that we PAID and are charged again for! I have receipts and will be in touch!!

Negative experience: I want to preface this by saying the staff for this location are lovely, kind people. My issue is with Aspen Dental and how it operates. I just today received notification of a bill for a procedure I got in April of last year (2024). Supposedly my insurance denied my claim but I was not informed of this until TODAY when I received a bill. I now am not able to file a new claim correcting the issue because my procedure was over a year ago, so insurance will no longer accept a new claim. I would have fixed this issue a year ago if Aspen Dental informed me of my insurance being denied, but they only just now chose to do so. I submitted a ticket with Aspen Dental today, so hopefully this issue is corrected on their end - will update post if fixed. Update: The issue was never resolved as my insurance company is saying it’s Aspen Dentals fault and Aspen Dental is saying it’s my insurances fault. All I know is now a year past my procedure I have to pay $2600 for something that should’ve been covered by my insurance. Smaller companies would’ve caught the issue, don’t waste your time here.
