Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! This was my first experience as a new patient. I had an exceptional experience from a friendly welcome at the inviting front desk area to each person who interacted with me, including some good natured humor from Holly. Everyone acknowledged I was a new patient. Dr. Helga Idrizi was great! The personalized touch was very important to me! Of note, this is the second Plymouth office I tried after moving back to Plymouth and leaving my previous dentist of 25 years.

Fantastic experience: I just return to Plymouth after being gone 43 years. Finding new doctors is not easy especially when the one I left is also a friend. I had a great experience. This was my first time here but I can say they are kind, caring, fun, and organized. I dealt with Lorraine, Dr. Nguyen, and Hollie and was treated great. Fantastic experience: Having lived in several places throughout my life, I’ve had a number of dentists. None have been as wonderful as Plymouth Bay Dental. It’s the first practice I’ve ever visited where I haven’t felt even a moment of pain. While dental work can involve some discomfort at times, I’ve never had an experience this consistently pain free anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a new patient and was greeted by the office manager, Lorraine. She was professional pleasant and easy to talk to. I didn’t have to wait long for my hygienist Megan. Once in the room, she asked questions, took x-rays and even did pictures of my teeth. She then did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. When she was done, Dr. Idrizi came in and did a full examm. When I left this practice, I felt amazing. I felt as if I was cared for my teeth felt great and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much, Plymouth Bay Dental!

Negative experience: Consult visit completed and plan agreed between Dr and I. Referral to oral surgeon not completed as per agreement. Charged $230 for cleaning of 9 lower teeth, one lower tooth with cavity, chipped, now with exposed nerve, left in horrific pain. The need for cleaning was not used for more information needed for oral surgeon. Very displeased, they robbed me and still want more.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental. I wanted to share an amazing experience I had with the team. I went in last Friday in terrible pain. Dr When, Holly and Jennifer were wonderful. Kind, caring and made sure I had a referral and appointment with an Endo first thing Monday morning. After my Monday appointment, Tuesday Holly was on the phone to see how I as feeling. You just don’t get this type of service these days. Great team!

Fantastic experience: What a terrific dental practice this is. Every single person I talked to today was friendly and I could tell even the front office staff cared about me. I was in for a filling. Yikes Even though I’ve had my share of dental work I was STILL apprehensive. No worries. A staff member was with me the entire time. We had fun conversations so when Dr I came in I was totally relaxed. The dentist was super friendly and we chatted both before and after the procedure. I highly recommend Plymouth Bay Dental. Try them…..you won’t be disappointed.

Positive experience: Do your research on Invisalign before coming here. After my first “complete” treatment my teeth were not where they were supposed to be despite wearing my aligners as detailed in my plan. I then had a second round, which got me closer to my goal. At the end of that I still had some concerns about my front teeth but felt obligated not to complain again about my teeth not being where the Invisalign treatment plan said they should be. What was advertised as 3-4 months took closer to 7 months and I didn’t get my teeth to where I wanted them.

The doctor was brilliant with incredible knowledge and ability to analyze my situation. Although not happy to hear her diagnosis, she is no doubt incredibly accurate and had the ability to convey it to me.

I could even have fallen asleep laying there while the procedure was being performed if I didn't have to follow the directions given. I felt zero pain or discomfort. In fact, quite the opposite. I’m paying out of pocket sadly but they deserve every little penny. Genuinely a place where I honestly want to keep attending for my Invisalign appointments.

Fantastic experience: The was my first time visiting this office, and it was a very pleasant experience . I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who quickly took my information and I was asked to wait. In less than 5 minutes, I was greeted by a very cordial and professional hygienist who brought me back to the exam room and asked some general questions about my health. A few minutes later some x-rays were taken and then a gentle but thorough cleaning took place. A brief visit by Dr Idrizzi to go over the X-rays and to answer any questions and I was on my way. One of the best cleaning experiences I've had at a dentist. Looking forward to many more years with this practice. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have always had bad experiences with dentists to the point of having anxiety any time I think about making an appointment. This was by far my best experience. The entire staff is incredible, but Megan was amazing! She did my X-rays and cleaning. I actually can't wait to go back for my next appointments!

Fantastic experience: I was super anxious going back to the dentist after so many years of neglecting my dental hygiene. Knowing I had some areas of concern the hygienist was super gentile, talked me through each step of the process and assured me when I expressed anxiety about my teeth. The following women who met me to review what work was needed and suggested plans of care for moving forward were so great at explaining the cause of my concerns, and ideas to improve my situation going forward with helpful instructions around making the most out of my dental insurance and how to finance for future appointments. 10/10 experience over all, and I suggested their business to many who reached out after my appointment regarding their own dental needs!

Fantastic experience: As someone who is incredibly anxious about Dentistry (because of some really poor experiences with dental practices) this review should mean a little bit more. I find that this is a staff of truly thoughtful considerate and compassionate women. I have never had anything except a good experience and they have also treated my husband with great respect and compassion as well. I think that's what matters more to me than anything else. It doesn't hurt that they are also very skilled very professional and state-of-the-art as far as treatment is concerned.
