Only had cleaning so far (every 3 months) but from other’s I’ve talked to all their services are excellent. Owner only comes in on Thu (he’s very nice) but the rest of the time all women crew! Love it!

Fantastic experience: You’ll notice the difference. They take the time to explain things to you, they offer you options, they genuinely want your feedback and thoughts, they want to give you the smile you want (not the smile they think you want), they meet your budget. It’s just night and day versus the last place I almost went for extensive smile recovery. About to start procedures and can’t wait to offer comments on end results, but it’s obvious they are extremely professional (basic tooth cleaning was amazing too! Go for your basic dental needs too!)

Fantastic experience: When I say never, I mean, never have I written a review before, but this doctor and his office deserves 110 stars. I honestly don’t know how I got so blessed to have the most amazing, caring, professional, and quite honestly the best dentist of all times. Dr. Han is hands down the best Dentist. I have a fear of Dentist and I won’t lie. I was very scared. The first time I went to him. And he knew I was nervous and he took his time with me and walked me through every procedure that he was doing and this Man took away most all my fears. If you want A professional Dentist hands-down Dr. Han is who you want to go to! , I wish there were more stars than five to put on here. This is the dentist you wanna go to I promise you, you will not regret it. Thank you, Dr. Han for making my smile come back. Your perfection and caring is very rare these days. And Kim, the office manager is exceptionally professional and caring. I was hurting on a Saturday and she was able to have Dr. Han meet me at one of his other locations and mind you Dr. Han was packing to get on a plane for a conference, but yet he still came and took care of my pain before he left for the conference.. Kim at the front desk also has an assistant Kristen and she’s absolutely wonderful as well. She took the time to go through the payments and get them worked out for me as well as Kim did.Then you have Heather, I just adore this gal!! She is Dr. Hans right hand, dental assistant. While I was going through my procedure, not only was I nervous. And scared out of my mind of the unknown. She also took my hand and walked me through everything my lips we’re getting so dry she not only put Vaseline on my lips, but continued to put Chapstick on as welll..Heather truly knows exactly what Dr. Han needs Before he even has to ask, she truly knows how how to care for her patients and treats them like they’re the only ones there. She didn’t even know me Isince since I was a new patient. Everyone in his office is professional and they truly care about you and your health and your teeth. 100+ best Dentist around!!! Best office personnel and mind you I’ve only been going to him for a little over a year and a half maybe two years and I feel like family there. If you’re looking for a dentist and a friendly office atmosphere please this is the office you want to go to. You will not find anyone better in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and Jessica (her hygienist) were cordial and took all the time I needed. Jessica has a great sense of humor and has a great memory of personal details of her clients. They made me feel like I was the only client in the office. Very thorough and professional. I’d recommend them highly. I just don’t care for what inflation has done to medical costs over time. I remember when a teeth cleaning was $20.00.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lee is just amazing. I can’t express that enough. I’ve always had massive dental fears, and the condition of my teeth didn’t make my anxiety about it any better. Dr Lee didn’t bash me for neglecting my mouth. She made me feel comfortable and fully explained a treatment plan. She’s very caring about your comfort while you’re in her chair. The entire staff is wonderful. They truly treat you like you’re an old friend. When I was trying to find a new dentist I went in full of terrifying fears, but I really needed a dentist. Kim at the front desk talked with me for at least an hour about anything and everything until I was comfortable enough to make an appointment. It’s been almost a year now, and I’ve had a ton of work done. My mouth looks, and feels great. I now schedule appointments without hesitation, and no longer dread the visits. If you have dental anxiety like I did, do yourself a favor and call Smile Designer of Leesburg. 2026 Update: Its been 2 years that I've been coming here. No longer in fear of the dentist. They are still just as wonderful as when I first arrived.

Fantastic experience: August 2025 update: I'd like to add Dr. Han and Heather to this review, after they were so wonderful to me today during a tooth extraction surgery. They were so patient and kind and made sure that the procedure was painless. Thank you so very much! I am so glad I found this practice. --------- I had a great first visit with Dr. Sarah Lee in July 2025. Very pleased with the time she took to understand what's been going on with my teeth this year. Then she developed a plan to get things back in order. The dental hygienist and Smile Designer's front desk/billing professional, Kim were also so kind and helpful.

Negative experience: I came to this office after a conflict with my previous dental office. The situation was serious, and the surgery didn’t go as promised. I needed surgical stitches to be removed. Dr. Han performed an x-ray, removed the stitches, and took intraoral pictures. Later, I filed a complaint with the dental board about my previous dentist and requested the x-rays and pictures Dr. Han had taken.I needed the files as an additional evidence for the dental board. The pictures were provided to me in a cropped, compressed, and altered condition. One of the pictures had undergone correction in an Apple app, according to the metadata of the files. I kept asking for the pictures in their original condition, but they were provided in the same altered form, bundled into a PDF. Only after I mentioned that I would file a HIPAA complaint if my files were not provided in their original, high-resolution form did they send me twice a "view only" email with limited access—meaning I could not resend or save them. The office manager emailed me, stating that the access was "somehow" limited. I had to cancel my upcoming appointment with Dr. Han due to a lack of trust caused by the failure to provide my records as requested. My crown treatment was also delayed because of it. I requested the pictures again, clearly stating that I would file a HIPAA complaint if the files were not provided without access restrictions. After six requests, my pictures were finally provided, but the x-ray was still missing. Dr. Han then called me personally and spoke to me in a rude, disrespectful tone, saying, "This is too much", "You should ask nicely," "You’re stressing my staff and me out," and "This is getting ugly". He mentioned his lawyer, saying that his lawyer would use certain words regarding how I requested my files. He also mentioned that if I complained, he would report me and that other dental offices would be notified about "unfriendly" patients who complain. When I asked what he meant by mentioning his lawyer and other dental offices, he said, "We don’t want to go that far." The office violated HIPAA and then tried to intimidate me after breaking the rules. No medical provider should ever speak to any patient this way. Edited after response from office: I attached the emails from Dr. Han. While it's true that no treatment was completed, it is not accurate to say that no treatment was ever begun. I had a scheduled appointment for crown scanning, which I waited two weeks for, and only canceled due to the unprofessional behavior I encountered from your staff — I lost two weeks of my time waiting for the scan body to be ordered by you and waited for my appointment. I’ve documented every step of this experience and will continue to pursue a resolution through appropriate channels just because you responded that my review is "untrue comments." This comment is just a refusal to take accountability. I can prove everything I mentioned.

Fantastic experience: Jesse is my dental hygienist and my teeth looked beautifully clean when I got home. Also, I met Dr. Lee who I look forward to being a patient of she was very relaxed and not filled with bad news about my mouth.!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Dr. Han for over ten years. He is the best dentist in the whole world. He has saved my teeth whenever possible. I wouldn't have any teeth at all if not for him. He is intelligent, kind, caring, sometimes funny, always making patients feel better and easier about their problems. His staff and assistants are top notch. Kim is the best and wears many hats. I had a broken tooth yesterday and she took me in immediately. I left there with a repair that looks absolutely real and perfect. If you need a dentist for any reason, you MUST call Smile Designer of Leesburg--that's a command from me. You will never be sorry and you will be externally grateful. Wish I had a photo to show you but just think of a bottom broken tooth with the root showing and the one next to it full of black decay--nasty thought for sure. No more, however--thanks to the genius knowledge, ability and care of Dr. Han. Go to him--you will be glad you did and forever pleased with your teeth.
