Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parsa and Ms. Angelica. They were both very kind, professional, and caring throughout the entire appointment. Fantastic experience: Today was my first dentist appointment since moving to NOVA, and I'm extremely thankful that this is the dentist office I chose! After arriving for my appointment, I was greeted by a nice woman at the front desk (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name), had a seat, and instantly felt more comfortable than in previous experiences. Hemal was my hygienist! She made me feel welcomed, and I felt zero judgement about the status of my teeth! She was also very personable, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had the same experience with Dr. Obregon! She was incredibly kind, and genuinely wanted what was best for my oral health. I have another appointment scheduled for August, and it's a good feeling to know that I am in great hands!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 10 years, mainly because of my amazing dental hygienist, Yvette. She’s always friendly, polite, and really good at what she does. She’s also very gentle, which makes cleanings so much easier and stress-free. The office is under new management now, but I’ve continued coming here because I’m comfortable with her. The previous dentist retired, and I’m still getting to know the new one, but so far everything has been good.

Fantastic experience: The office staff were warm and welcoming processing my administrative work efficiently. I went in for a toothache and was able to get a next day appointment which turned into a nerve related problem requiring a root canal. Dr. Parsa was able to complete the procedure - I wasn't sent to a different office and I appreciated that. Dr. Parsa ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure and I left with a temporary crown in considerably less pain than when I arrived. All around a great dental experience.

Another thing I truly valued was Dr Khalil's honest, no-pressure approach—there was absolutely no upselling or unnecessary recommendations, just straightforward advice focused on what I actually needed. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a compassionate approach, I highly recommend this practice. This was my second visit and I’ll definitely be returning for future care.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time at the new office here, this time for a root canal. As always, everything about the experience here is outstanding. This time just wanted to point to the assistant, Emma and the front office. Emma was just kind, efficient, anticipated every need and made sure I know what's happening next every step if the way. This feels great. As for the front office, being greeted by name feels like you are in good hands already just when you get in. Then the question post procedure of how was it with a full intent to capture your experience is also very reassuring. I heard about plans to further improve patients' experience and saw a kind attitude towards feedback. Great practice all around!

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice for emergency tooth pain and left feeling frustrated. They performed a CT scan without clearly explaining the need and charged me $250 out of pocket. They couldn’t take a regular X-ray and went straight to an expensive CT instead. The only treatment was a bite adjustment, which didn’t resolve the pain, and they were reluctant to share the CT results when I asked. The experience felt unnecessary and poorly communicated. Positive experience: I'm a person that does not like to wait so I always make my appointments early in the morning so that I will be first in line. My appointment was at 8:00 I was there about 5 to 10 minutes early and I got called back 10 minutes after my appointment time. If they could fix this I would give them a better rating but don't make me wait. After I got back the dental hygienist spent a couple minutes setting everything up before she got started. Again why was this not done before I got back there. Other than that the visit was nice and I had no problems.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience I have a lot of anxiety and Dr.Maria Obregom was very compassionate and took her time at the end and explained ever I had done and didn’t rush me and DA Eugenin her assistant they were both very good and very friendly. Great experience highly recommend. Another person was Emma and the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
