Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish. Booked online easily, paperwork was already in the system when I arrived, and I was in the chair within five minutes. Dr. Zach spotted an issue with one of my back molars that two previous dentists had missed and explained my options without pressuring me. Clean office, modern equipment, and they take my insurance. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for about 2 years now for Invisalign. Front desk is friendly, never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment. Dr. Zach is straightforward and doesn’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. My teeth look great. Would recommend.

Doctor Zack Mekouar impressed me with his professionalism and kindness .He answered all my questions and did a very thorough check .I wish I lived in Virginia because he would be my dentist for the rest of my life but still I will send my son and his family whom live here . The place was great very modern with panoramic X-rays and extremely clean.My recognition too for the two sisters/assistants that were friendly and kind and all of them had high standards in terms of protecting me because they kept changing disposable gloves to touch my mouth and that is something that unfortunately doesn’t happened in some places I visited before. I would give the a 100 over 10 for the professionalism of all. Thank you all!!!!

I always have a pleasant visit with with the Russell Branch Dental & Orthodontics team. Dr. Zack is both personable and knowledgeable. He cares about his quality of work and the satisfaction of his patients. I am thoroughly pleases with the progress made with my Invisialign trays. Also, the office is always clean and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend making Dr. Zack your orthodontist!

Fantastic experience: Russell Branch Dental & Orthodontics popped up when I was searching on Google after just moving across the country, and choosing a new dentist is never easy. I’m really glad I found them. My first visit was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the exam and cleaning were very thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The office is clean, well organized, and made the whole process feel easy. Definitely a place I plan to stick with!

He did two crowns for me and they turned out absolutely perfect and he told me he loves them as well)) His attention to detail is incredible and I always feel completely taken care of. My husband goes here as well and we also bring our kids that’s how much we trust him and his team. The entire staff is warm professional and truly patient focused. Fantastic experience: I had cavity in my first molar and was having a bad pain with it so they immediately took it out. The procedure went smoothly, Dr.Zak was very professional and I didn’t had any pain during the tooth extraction. Plus I got swelling after tooth extraction and their staff kept checking on me everyday to see how I was doing which I really appreciate.

As a second opinion, I found that was grossly inflated and wholly unnecessary. The staff here is amazing and I was treated with the utmost dignity for all the challenges in my mouth. 12/10, would recommend.

Fantastic experience: this dentist is really good if you need a quick appointment with super nice people that listen to your concerns. ive had tooth pain for a while now and was told by dentists theres nothing they can do and finally i come here and they come up with a whole treatment plan for me and were gonnna fix my teeth yayy and they take my insurance (kaiser medicaid) which like nobody freakin takes so the fact that they take it is awesome!!! definitely way more comfortable and professional than other dentists ive been to recently and they have cool technology.

Fantastic experience: Went to Russell Branch Dental for chipped front teeth. Beautiful office and wonderful staff. The Doctor was professional and personable and an expert at repairing my teeth. All the staff and the Doctor were top notched. Been to several other dentists to repair my teeth and it failed. This office used top noticed technology and equipment and provided a personal approach, and excellent bedside manner. The office is also beautiful and welcoming. I recommended DR. Fantastic experience: Far and away the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. It’d been ~5 years since I’d been to a dentist. Dr. Mekouar found issues with 2 back molars (from silver fillings)—I came in today (8/9/26) to get crowns. It was a big process. Dr. Mekouar did a great job of numbing just the immediate area around the back molars; no pain throughout the entire process—and little pain as the feeling came back and I recovered. He uses this device he puts in your mouth: keeps your mouth open comfortably while he works; it also has a vacuum that keeps saliva from going down your throat. It made the experience comfortable. I was blown away. I highly recommend Dr. Mekouar and his great/competent/friendly staff to any and all who want a positive, painless experience getting your teeth fixed.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful practice! I came in for an Invisalign consult. Dr. Mekouar listened to and addressed all my concerns. The office staff was lovely. The girls were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. A plus.

His calming approach and genuine care have completely transformed my experience. I actually look forward to my appointments now! Today, I had a root canal, brought my weighted blanket, and was so relaxed I fell asleep during the procedure. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. Zach and his team. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Russell Branch!! Without a doubt the best dental office I have been to. During my very first visit to establish care and get a cleaning I had brought my baby to the appointment but of course she didn’t nap like I had expected her to. Tiffany came to my rescue and held, fed and snuggled my baby so I could get my teeth cleaned. It was amazing!! I also had a cavity taken care of and having had several cavities filled in the past I was completely blown away by how quick and efficient the whole team was. They were running just slightly behind schedule and kept apologizing but I wasn’t in the slightest bit bothered because all of their staff are so friendly and courteous and it really didn’t feel at all like a long wait. Once I got into the chair they were about business and had me out of the office in no time! A good dental office is hard to find but Russell Branch goes above and beyond expectations!
