Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about two years now, maybe three. I hadn't seen a dentist in years due to my fear. I don't know what it is with the anxiety of dental work but it's awful and Dr. Choi and his team are just phenomenal at relaxing you and making sure you feel comfortable for all procedures. I had my very first root canal done by Dr. Choi on a small side tooth. It lasted 3 years but now has a cavity under it. I understand sometimes that happens but my only thing is I would recommend an actual endo doc to do it. There's so many canals and narrow ways that can be missed. However the procedure was painless and didn't take Long at all. And doc and his team were truly supportive and amazing. I would recommend all other procedures that need to be done be done here. You can't wrong when doctors and staff actually care. This team truly is amazing and they go above and beyond to prepare you for what's going to be happening. They educate and heal. Thank you Dr. Choi and team. I'm so grateful you saved my teeth!

Negative experience: Horrific experience with my almost five year old daughter. Something that could have been avoided has ended up in PTSD and more work on the pediatric dentist I have been sent to. They should stick to only working on adults and not children is all I have to say. I’m very disappointed in a place I’ve gone to for a couple years for myself I will never send my children or recommend any children going to this practice.

Fantastic experience: They were so nice. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a few years, and I was dreading going to any dentist. But Eldersburg Dental was so awesome. They didn't give me a hard time about not having been to the dentist in years, they didn't tell me how awful I was at cleaning my teeth, and they didn't berate me for any of my dental habits. They were just super nice and took care of me. This really was the best dentist experience of my life. I'm not going anywhere else for my teeth ever again.

Had my prior experiences with a dentist been like my recent experiences with Dr. Choi I wouldn't be in the shape I am now. I can't say enough about Dr. Choi.The dental assistant Courtney(God I hope I have her name right) is like the secret ingredient that makes my experiences what they are. Courtney has a very calming presence. She relieves me of all anxiety and causes me to relax. I have trouble relaxing in my regular life and she makes it possible in a high stress situation. If she was around more often I think my everyday life could only be better. Hopefully if you come here you will get this dynamic duo. This is a wonderful dental business.

You’re not made to feel like you’re just another nameless patient who has to get done in 45 mins or whatever is the allotted time allowance. They actually try to get to know you as a person but at the same time trying to take care good care of your dental health in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today at Eldersburg Dental Group. It was pouring down rain when I got there. Since I use a rollator that I have to get out of my trunk, I called the office to see if they could possibly help me get inside. Courtney answered the phone and immediately said that she would be happy to help me. She came out and helped me to get inside & even helped me to get back to my car. I did have an umbrella, which I gave to her to help both going in & coming out, but she still got wet since it was raining so hard. I’m 73 and recently had surgery. It was such a big help to me having her assistance. The doctor and his assistant were also very good. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: This clinic discriminates based on insurance type. They will not accept new adult patients with the Maryland healthy smiles program, but will accept new patients with all other insurance providers.
