In addition, Dr. Lopez and Meghan the Dental Hygienist educated me about all procedures, as well as suggestions to improve and maintain dental hygiene at home. The desk administrators are all family-friendly and very personable, with vivacious smiles. Very healthy, clean and comfortable environment. Super services. A+ July 1, 2025 July which is known as the month of Perfection, embraced me with a perfect dental care visit with Dr. Lopez and staff. Professional yet personable, prompt, caring and the aesthetics were impeccable. In addition, the staff morale is very high with the positive attitudes, enthusiasm and joy, which is evident with the treatment of each client. I observed strong teamwork and collaboration among the employees which shows the great pride they have for working cooperatively together As a client, each procedure was explained before rendering it, and I was afforded the opportunity to ask questions. I was served in a timely manner. Today, June 21, 2023, was an awesome visit! I received A+ services, and each step was explained. Dr. Lopez, April, Kim, and other staff are a great caring team. The warm spa neck wrap really set the tone with April. My neck feels so much better! GREAT ! ———— 2022 This was a great and comprehensive new patient dental experience. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and Amanda readily recognized and greeted me by name before I could introduce myself! The waiting area was extremely clean, healthy, and even had snacks. Services were very timely. Blinda the dental hygienist escorted me to another private area to address my dental concerns, which was very personable and empathetic which made me feel more relaxed and like a total human being rather than just a patient for a dental concern. Next, Dr. Lopez a very genuine dentist came in after our conversation, and he too reiterated information from Blinda and addressed concerns with prioritized options, which led to a professional examination and readily targeting my most urgent concern! I felt that I was in trustworthy , very knowledgeable hands. I was truly impressed with the integrity because the dental scans from the Endodontist were used and the cost was not exaggerated, even with the economic issues going on in the world. Finally, my exit- visit ended with delicious cookies! Hence, I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez and staff for any dental care needs because they are well representative of true quality dental care! Yes, I had read the reviews prior to contacting the office, and the services rendered were the epitome of dental expectations- SUPER-FANTASTIC!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years, ever since returning to Augusta. After Dr. Albright retired, I was initially wary of a new dentist taking over the practice. Dr Albright and his staffs level of care and customer service were top-notch. With that in mind, I was already anticipating a drop in care and service and was actively researching other practices. On my next visit, I was happy to see the same friendly and caring staff I had grown accustomed to, with the only exceptation being a new dentist, Dr Lopez. By the end of my visit, I had come to the realization that my worries were for naught. Dr. Albright chose a worthy successor, one that has somehow managed, in a rather short period of time to improve the practice and to greatly expand its services. I greatly encourage anyone, who is looking for a Dentist that offers a truly comprehensive list of services to contact this practice. I trust Dr Lopez and his staff explicity, and no matter what part of the World I find myself, I will always return here for my dental needs. PS For anyone wondering, He is a UGA alumni, GO DAWGS!

Dr. Lopez is very gentle, he waits to inject the numbing stuff slowly for you so that it doesn’t hurt. From the moment I entered the office, the staff immediately greeted me with a smile and welcoming way. The staff are very focused on your comfort and shower you with tons of hospitality. I was given a warm neck/shoulder wrap which was very relaxing. Dr Lopez is very timely and was able to not only evaluate my tooth but was able to fit me for a permanent new crown during this visit. Dr Lopez has the latest and greatest technology that makes your visit very efficient. He knew it was very difficult for me to get time off from work for another visit and was able to make the crown and install it that day. I highly recommend Dr Lopez as he is an awesome dentist!
