The hygienist listened carefully to my situation and took thoughtful steps to ensure my cleaning went well. She was gentle and offered suggestions for a positive experience. The appointment was a success.

She is personable; listens to any concerns and offers recommendations. We have been with Dr. D'Arco for an unbelievable 35 years and every single appointment is a pleasure to attend. We wonder how many people can say that about a dental visit! Highly recommend.

My dental hygienist, Ashleigh Lee, is so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and at ease while keeping me informed when I am there. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was scheduled as a new patient, all to repair a broken tooth. The staff is kind, straight forward, and completely helpful. I was literally in and out in an hour, and I was able to go straight into work afterwards. I plan to go back to them as my regular dentist office now!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vaughn and Marcy were awesome. Had great treatment. Only problem is there are some ladies that work at check in desk are not helpful at times. Moody and disrespectful. Overall I recommend this Dentist office.

Negative experience: I’m a former patient who had a significant amount of work done after not having insurance for some time and medication side effects. This included multiple fillings. Within 3 years, I had to have all but one filling replaced by another provider as they were done incorrectly and causing further issues, including a build up of composite material on the back of a tooth that I pointed out at a follow-up from my extensive work and was told “it will adjust back”. It’s been 4 years and I’m now having to get Invisalign as it changed my bite and made my front tooth crooked and extended forward (my new provider confirmed this cause and popped the material off at my first visit). I’ve now paid double (out of pocket) what I paid here to fix what work I received. The staff was friendly, which is why I’m giving any stars.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office. They got us in quick for teeth cleanings (new patients). The hygienist and the dentist are all very nice and helpful. I felt welcome and cared for every step of the way with my young daughters cleaning as well as mine. I would recommend them to anyone and especially anyone with children.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment online, needed to get one 3 months out. Showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early and they said my appointment was earlier in the day and could book another appointment 3 months further. Terrible service and zero support. Back looking for another provider in the area that actually cares for patients…

Fantastic experience: They are hands down my favorite dentist in the area. I've had root canals/crowns, fillings, and regular cleanings done. Everyone is very nice and it always feels like they genuinely care about the patients. I love that they have an option for nitrous because I get a lot of anxiety when the drills start and pain in my jaw from being open. For anyone complaining about costs, you're complaining about the wrong people. Change the system, not the people caught in it doing the best they can! They still need money to keep the lights on so obviously dental work can't be free. Verify with your dental insurance if they are in network before your appointment. They provided an estimate for all expected costs up front before we started so there weren't any surprises, but keep in mind sometimes things change or are worse than expected when they get in there. Overall, if you're looking for a great dental team, this is for sure the best choice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Amanda I feel like I hit the jackpot with This dental practice. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Amanda is my dentist and I have been to many dentist in my years and she is the only one that makes me feel that she is doing what is best for me not what is best for her. I went to her knowing I needed work fine but not nearly as much as another dental practice told me I needed fine. They were wanting me to have extractions implants the cost was way up there. She was honest caring and more reasonsble for my budget. My teeth look and feel much better. Thank you Dr Amanda for being the type of dentist that cares about your patients well being and not your well being. You are kind and by far have given me beautiful crowns

The dentists are wonderful and take the time to speak with you after the examination. It's always a positive experience for our appointments! We wouldn't go anywhere else!

There have been no unpleasant experiences regarding insurance coordination and coverage; nor any surprise bills either. Services are promptly provided and we usually leave their office happy with our experience. Definitely recommend.
