Fantastic experience: We are brand new to the Orthodontist experience but our two visits so far have exceeded expectations. It was recommended that my son use Invisalign and he received his trays today. The staff have all been extremely welcoming and very supportive with showing him how to remove and apply his trays. They were all very reassuring to him to keep him motivated until he got it down pat. So far, we would definitely recommend this group to anyone that is looking.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the easiest, seamless, most pleasant drs office appt I’ve ever been to! Anyone know the drs office with kids, whether it’s for them or not is sometimes challenging. Not at RAO! From the second we walked in to the very last person who spoke as we left, we were so welcomed, informed and treated with the utmost care & interest than any place we’ve ever been before! We signed up for Invisalign for our 7 yo daughter who will likely need trays again later in adolescence & they were so helpful in talking through that with us! If you are even considering, THERE IS NOTHING that compares to these wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient here before, so when it was time for my son to get braces, I knew exactly where we were going back. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the office is very welcoming for kids. We never have to wait long, which is a big plus. What I really appreciated is how they spoke directly to my son about his treatment plan. They took the time to listen to his concerns and answer all of his questions before talking with me. That meant a lot. My own teeth still look amazing, and I’m excited to see how great his smile will turn out!

Our experience from start to finish with Dr. Andrews and his team over the course of 6 years ( patient had unique circumstances ) was nothing short of amazing. The general takeaway that anyone considering treatment for themselves or a child with Dr. Andrews and his team is this- you are seen, heard and valued! Yes he is the Doctor and he does know best but he is also compassionate and empathetic to any fears or concerns you may have. He will put you first and truly listen. Every single team member, from the front desk staff, billing coordinator, and even the people working behind the scenes treat you with such great care. After years of visits I have seen this with my own eyes in addition to experiencing it personally. Financially, in my opinion is beyond worth it. We felt confident with a plan that was set forth before our initial treatment. Every question was answered clearly and with respect. Becoming a patient here means you become family. As cheesy and it may be, these amazing people are genuinely excited to see you at your next visit to hear how your job interview went or how much fun you at a school dance. You would not regret making Dr. Andrews your first choice in orthodontic care!

Fantastic experience: My permanent retainer snapped after 30 years. I went here as a kid, so I decided to call them up just to see. They went out of their way to get me in quick and fix the issue before my teeth started to shift. While my original orthodontist had obviously retired, apparently the business has stayed in the family and everything was as good as I remembered it to be. Usually I don't leave reviews but they got me sorted with so little friction I've been thinking about it for the last month, so I decided to leave them some stars. Highly recommended.

They are super efficient and every appointment we've ever had moves quickly (even one morning when all the computers had crashed the night before from a thunderstorm!). Appointment times and purpose are clearly communicated. And Dr. Andrews will make sure you understand your treatment plan and will make sure you are happy with the results at the end.
