Fantastic experience: I was new to full time residence in Daytona coming from Seminole County. I had a bridge break and knew I needed 2 implants in other spots. I went to see Dr Bergen and he hooked me up with a general dentist and root canal specialist. I was so happy with his choices. I was quoted 40k at another place so Dr Bergan saved me a TON of money. As for his implants 2 years later , they are solid! I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bergen did implants to my wife and did an amazing job and made sure to call us back the night after the surgery to make sure everything was fine. The process was seamless and painless. The staff is extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a consult,referred by my Dentist to examine my gums.....I was told they dont take DENTAL INSURANCE? Im a Retired Dep Sheriff, my Insurance has covered all my needs for 25yrs....The front desk person said it will be $125 cash for the consult. After reading the bad reviews Im cancelling tommorrow morning. And advising my Dentist of the practice....

Negative experience: I was there today for an 1100 am appointment, I went in at 1045 I was the only patient In the lobby, I signed in then sat down. The 2 woman behind the counter never looked or sayed I word to me! 1100am I got up said have a nice day,they replyed u to! Then I walked out! Never again!

Negative experience: I’m very dissatisfied with my appointment today! I feel like it was a money grab! Very nice people, but not helpful. I got my teeth counted and they charged me $168 and sent me packing, oh and I need a deep cleaning for 1500 cash! For bone loss, how are we going to bring the bone loss back?? I say have open pockets before going there!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a gum grafting procedure performed by Dr. Bergens and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Fantastic experience: Went to the office thought might need surgery, but only needed something simple. Dr Bergens is the most HONEST kind dentist I have ever been to. He was able to solve the problem right then and there and no surgery. And the office staff was awesome amazing

He and his staff made me feel at ease every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He even called me personally later in the day to see how I was doing. To say was impressed would be an understatement. I highly recommend Dr. Bergens to anyone seeking the best in dental care.

Fantastic experience: Even though my wisdom tooth fought to stay in, Dr. Bergen's expertise prevailed. I also had sinus augmentation and a implant. done at the same time. I experienced the remainder of the day with the expected bleeding and jaw soreness, but the next day, I had no brusing, no bleeding and no pain! This guy knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: Best implantologist in Florida. Nice guy too. (edit 4/11/2023) Just had my 4th implant here (my old teeth were bad), still the greatest. Excellent chairside manner, top notch assistants and office staff. Great follow-up and communication too. Not cheap, but the very best aren't. This is not a dental 'mill'. This is the gold standard of implants.I Had # 18 implanted today into the healed bone graft. Great job again. No pain with the nitrous oxide anesthesia, as usual. I will be having # 31 replaced with an implant next month. I expect it will be another uneventful procedure. Dr. Bergens and his wonderful staff are the perio surgeon office to see for the highest level of professionalism in dental implants. Highly recommended!

I have to say that it was very sore when my mouth was numb but as soon as the numbness wore off, the pain went away, and I have not had any pain since. Go figure.
