Fantastic experience: I had the rather unique misfortune of breaking a tooth on an unpopped popcorn kernel. Normally not a big deal but I am a Canadian Snowbird so had no Dental connections in the area. I was driving past “The Pampered Tooth” and decided to see if they could provide some assistance and what a stroke of luck that was. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, accommodating and professional. They managed to assist me in a modern surgery in a timely manner without disrupting other patients. Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in 15-20 years. She made the experience very comfortable and easy. I no longer fear going back to get my teeth cleaned!!

Positive experience: So i initially i liked this place, got appt pretty quick, no waiting and friendly staff. Had a deep cleaning done and purchased a mouth wash for $26 which was highly recommended. About 2 weeks after using mouthwash my teeth started getting major brown stains. I googled it and sure enough it was the cause of the $26 mouthwash. I was devastated to say the least! The office was closed so i emailed them asking them to plz remove brown stains and i felt that this should be complimentary. They did reply saying they would follow up with dentist and let me know. It’s been a week and i have heard nothing! I am extremely disappointed to say the least ! As a dentist would you want one of your clients walking around with stained teeth because of a mouthwash you recommended. I feel this dental office is all about the almighty dollar! As i said i am very disappointed and feel completely let down.

Negative experience: Wasted my money. Cost $300 and she did NOTHING!! I am a senior on SS. This woman should be ashamed of her self. Stay away from this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care, fantastic staff, high standards. After going to this office for years, changed insurance and had poor experiences with other offices. Having been frustrated with others, decided to go back to Pampered Tooth, the results were greatly different than others. One comment from another dentist upon first visit was "you must of had a very good dentist before coming to the office". Needless to say, all I had was a cleaning and I was so disappointed with service, I never went back. It felt that they were in a hurry to finish with me and on to next patient. That was when I decided to go back to Dr. Hanson office. My mouth is important and it is worth spending the money, than going to HMO referrals because of lower prices. Service, staff and treatment are more important. Highly recommend the Pampered Tooth, you will not be disappointed. The Dental hygienists is amazing and wonderful professional. Dr. Hanson is a consumate professional and maintains up to date with technology and techniques.

Fantastic experience: They are very good at what do, teeth. Had my teeth checked there for a 2nd opinion, after being with another dentist for 2 yrs. New appt, and they found that the gingivitis had spread into my jaw bone, that the prior dr missed or evidently did not see, including his hygienist. It's like getting your car fixed...if you aren't happy with your car mechanic, you change mechanics. If your mouth hurts...there's a reason. Lost two molar teeth so far because of his office not being through. The Pampered Tooth answers their phones and returns calls.

I got the best periodontal cleaning (which was over due from Covid). I had several major cap needs. Painless, 3d, beautiful.
