Fantastic experience: This is my first visit with Envision Dental. And by far, it was probably the best visit I’ve ever had with a dentist. I have never felt so comfortable with all the staff as I did yesterday October 13, 2026. I’m very impressed with the Staff and their professionalism. Dr. Bowers and her medical assistant were the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend Envision Dental to all my friends and family. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time in this office. What a fabulous experience. The staff is very friendly from the moment you arrive. My husband is a veteran who has a very hard time with dental appts. Isabelle was the dental assistant that worked with him. She is an absolute GEM!! She took great care in assuring that he was comfortable. She literally talked with him the entire time she was taking images. He has never been able to get the amount of images taken in one visit that she was able to get. THANK YOU ISABELLE Thank you to the staff for working with veterans to insure their needs are met.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment with more than a week in advance, was reminded a couple of times about it and to be on time (including on the same day), arrived 15 minutes before as requested, and was informed fifteen minutes after the scheduled time that the hygienist wasn’t feeling well and they would have to reschedule my appointment. For the lack of respect and honor to see me as scheduled, I, of course, will never return to this clinic. I am sure there are many other professionals in the Port Orange/Daytona Beach area available to do the same or better quality job.

Fantastic experience: Had a routine cleaning yesterday and Lisa did a great job. Dr Bowers stopped in to say hello as she usually does. I’ve been a patient for several years now and she has assembled a great staff at Envision Dental. You won’t be sorry if you give them a try.

Positive experience: I will say dentist is so nice and caring. The assistant Maria is super sweet. The front staff Teresa is nice and also April. However, the amount of money they are quoting to repair my teeth is much more than a senior can afford. I should not have to remortgage my home or take a loan out for some crowns. I will be getting another estimate and plan. I do know my insurance covers 20% of my appliance that I was told my insurance does not cover. I will wait for my 20% refund.

Negative experience: My moiuth is complex. I called to schedule a consulation. I went into detail with whom I spoke with about how I only wanted a consult. I was bringing my records from New Orleans. I wanted and was willing to pay to talk with the dentist to make sure we were on the same page and it was a good fit. I have had bad experiences in the past and am looking for a comfort level. Immediately, I was taken back to the bone density x-ray machine, I refused the x-ray and was taken back to an exam room where I was told AI would be recording all conversations and that this was their procedure. I would of been more than willing to do anything requested once I had a comfort level. However being shoved to a bone density x-ray machine prior to my comfort level was merely a money grab.

Fantastic experience: Always outstanding....staff is accurate, professional and kind. Dr. Bowers is just so great...a life long learner, always up on her profession.

Fantastic experience: My rheumatologist suggested I see Dr Bowers because of a jaw injury that has been slow to heal . I'm already getting physical therapy which is helping , but I think the things she discovered will help my healing move faster along. The appointment lasted 3 hours. Very thorough. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional.

I was so scared & so nervous but the staff there is so nice & accommodating and you don't feel absolutely any judgements. I'm so happy I found this place & can finally get over my dentist fear.

Negative experience: I didn’t want to have to write this but no one will return our calls. My husband lost all his teeth to a bad car accident and we were quoted a price for what we were told was for top and bottom implants. The price was way more than we could afford but I knew how much it meant to him for his self confidence. He asked a number of times if it was for top and bottoms and he was told yes when they finished his bottom we were given a referral for the top teeth, mind you we can barely afford the first price. I call the referral and told it would be 30,000 so now he has only bottom teeth and no top! And we’re stuck with over a 500 dollar monthly payment that we can’t afford!!!!!! I cannot recommend this place as I feel we got ripped off

Fantastic experience: Teresa and the whole staff were beyond helpful cordial and right on spot! They took care of my husband's tooth for his dentures we drop them off and got them back within a few hours I would recommend them to anybody. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are right on target. Wonderful people even the lab gentleman who fixed my husband's tooth did a superb job!

Fantastic experience: I had an unscheduled emergency visit due to a loose crown, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The office was able to fit me in quickly, and the staff was kind, professional, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. My dentist, Dr Bower, took the time to explain the issue and repaired the tooth and refit my crown efficiently with minimal discomfort. I left feeling relieved and well taken care of. Highly recommend this practice for both routine care and emergencies!

I tried to explain to the VA that I just thought my cap needed to be tightened, they didn’t wanna hear it. Envision Dental listen to everything I said tighten my cap and sent me on my way. Happy. Negative experience: I had a highly disappointing experience with this practice. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Additionally, I encountered issues with the billing process, which was unclear and misleading. I was not informed that the practice does not work directly with insurance companies, and only after services were rendered was I made aware of this, resulting in an unexpected 90% charge rather than the anticipated 50%. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and it appears that Dr. Bowers is not fully attentive to the concerns regarding the treatment of clients by her staff. Initially, she was very welcoming when she invited me to her clinic, but it became clear that she showed little concern when I was mistreated by her staff. Following up on your response: I find it frustrating how the situation is being twisted, as it completely overlooks the real issues I’ve raised. The main issue I encountered was not related to insurance, but rather the unprofessional conduct of the staff, which was both rude and dismissive. Additionally, the whole billing process was misleading. According to your initial estimate, I was expecting to pay only $300, but I ended up being charged $910 for the services provided in December (which is a significant difference of $610). Regarding the $40.60 difference you mentioned, this pertains to future services. After requesting clarification for a month on the cost of replacing my crown, your first estimate indicated a cost that was $700 less. However, after verifying with my insurance company, the final amount ended up being $40 less, not the $700 difference initially expected. I have left this review to ensure others are fully informed about my experience.

But the staff are amazing and the doctor treats you with respect even though my teeth are horrible. Most dentist, make you feel bad about not taking care of your teeth, this office is amazing and compassionate. So grateful I took the first step!

I am 65 years old have experienced many dentists and this one by far have been the most processional, kind, and while the facility is state of the art the prices for services are extremely competitive then the "discount chains" of dentists in the area. I'm a client for life.
