Brown & Nawrocki Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Our dentist retired, and the practice was sold to Drs Brown and Nawrocki - always a time of trepidation! Not so, in this case. The office staff is so friendly and personable, I thought they must have picture ID's of the patients, as they know you by the second visit. The persona of the office is warm, helpful, individually interested in each one of the patients. The hygienists and dental assistants are skilled and proficient, all the while making you feel special, offering feedback on how you are doing with home care techniques and offering recommendations if something needs to be improved. Dr. Brown and Dr. Nawrocki treat you as though they have known you for a long while and are genuinely interested in the best oral care you need, but within the framework of what is affordable for you. They are skilled, and practice the highest standard of infection control and updated technique. There is no pain, good information about the procedure and great follow-through. Due to changes in my dental insurance and deterioration of a large filling, Dr. N is working me in to complete 'last minute' crown prep and seating, and will be working through his lunchtime to accommodate me! Both my husband and I are very pleased with our new dentists and support staff, and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The new hygienist is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met in any type of doctors office. She keeps you at ease at all times while she’s working on your teeth she also did an exceptional job better than the girl did before her. I actually felt like the money I spent for my teeth was well worth it

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and had to have it removed and Dr Nawrocki and Lindsay were wonderful. I did not have any pain after the tooth removal and I had no pain when Lindsay took the stitches out. I will definitely use them for other dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nawrocki has been my dentist for several years. He”s a congenial and personable guy who treats his patients, me in particular, like I’m the most important patient he has. Not only him, but his entire staff, including his office staff and hygienists have treated me with friendliness and respect with humor and kindness. I highly recommend him and his entire staff.

Fantastic experience: Broke my two front teeth last night in a freak rollerblading accident. My wife cold-called Dr. Andrew at 8pm and he had me come in first thing this morning. This staff is absolutely incredible. Ashely at front desk opened up the office early for me knowing that it was an urgent issue. Dr. Andrew Nawrocki is a man overflowing with the confidence, positivity, and charisma; exactly what you would want to see when you’re worried you just ruined your face. Debbie the doctors assistant may be the MVP of the day for me. Extremely kind, had an answer for every question, and gave so much care and attention to crafting my temporary crowns. I come back for my permanent crowns in two weeks so I will update then, but based off my experience today 5 stars isn’t even enough.

Fantastic experience: I really liked liked him His staff was more than friendly I decided after 5 different dentist appointments checking price and what each explained their ideas. and felt like I was buying a car going into the F&I offices to be closed. This facility had all smiling faces that were for real and lots of hugs. Everything was made honest and transparent with no surprises. They were also more quality and less cost.

Dentist Alex, Angie and Wendy could not be any more patient with my grand kids we will be back in 6 months for their cleaning. The first part of this review was Written sometime ago. I moved out of the area and spent almost a full year trying to find another Dentist closer to where I live now. I must say that I couldn’t find anyone with the knowledge and the professionalism of this dental practice. I am back with them and it’s worth the trip.

I have literally interviewed over 5 different Dentists in the Daytona area (recently moved here from WI), Dr. Nawrocki being who I chose to take care of my dental needs. He is the first Dentist I interviewed that sat down with me and went through what my dental needs are - just very personable and professional. The staff is also awesome and are extremely professional and helpful!! Just a really great place that I would highly recommend!! I could go on about what I ran across in looking for a dentist, but will leave it at this. The first Dentist I started with told me I had 9 cavities (which was odd since I just had a cleaning and X-Rays in WI 6 months ago) - turns out I had one cavity.

Negative experience: My Friend had implants done in 2018 and this company will not reassure their work!! You shouldn’t have to go back every time a tooth breaks, and after implants, they SHOULD NOT BREAK!!!

I called 2 different area dentists that said they couldn’t see me at such short notice . I was thrilled that Dr Dennis fit me in as an emergency visit . I was even more thrilled to find out that she and her staff are patient , caring & professional people that addressed all of my issues !

Fantastic experience: They are wonderful. I have several medical issues and they work with me to accommodate all of them. I have dental insurance with my insurance but choose to go to them because they go out of the way to accommodate me. Have been with the practice for over 20 years.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Was told I had three cavities. I did not want to do them all at once and then Dr. N walked off like a brat. He came back and did the one filling very sloppily. I decided to go to another dentist and was told that I did not have two other cavities. What I had was one area on my tooth where an old filling needed to be redone. No other cavities. I will never go back there. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff cares and is very kind.

The doctor had great bedside Manner and did an incredible job on my mouth. It was very hard to believe such a positive experience came from visiting a dentist's office.

Negative experience: This is our review. It is being incorrectly referred to as fraudulent. This did happen. The patient was my teenage grandson. My wife paid the consult fee. She asked why was it was so costly. The person said "thats what we charge." He went to our Dentist in Port Orange. They said he didn't need any fillings. This place was a referral. It was a ripoff and a scam. They charged $414 for a consultation. Unacceptably ridiculous. Robbery. They also quoted thousands of dollars for required work. Another dentist for a second opinion said that the work was not required. This office was dishonestly gauging people for work not required. That is so untrustworthy and disgusting. Do not trust them!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a crown put on today. My crown is perfectly and feels great. My treatment with this procedure was fantastic. I really felt very comfortable with the people who took care of me especially Dr Nawrocki and his assistants. I am so glad to be a patient of this group.

Negative experience: When I scheduled I was quite insistent on nitrous oxide. The staff was very reassuring in the availability. After an exam and my introduction to hygienist se informed me without exception did anyone inform you the cost of nitrous is 185$. U informed her my cost in ny us 45$ and with four cleaning a year I couldn’t continue in this practice thus was prohibitive in nature. When I moved to the hygienist chair she connected me checked for comfort i didn’t feel staging and hired it. Once comfortable she began. During the process I became full aware and gave her hand signals by which she says u was Jin responsive and she loaded it to 39 percent I said with a fee if 185$ I know my level I informed the dr once I’m comfortable just complete the process do not stature. She replied if your non responsive I lower. I said I’ve been doing this fur 30 years I know my comfort I’m leaving. She said you have pooling water there was nothing in my chin I was squeaking clearly wide awake. They were saving on dxiebses. Apparently they charge by 15 unite intervals. I sat up to leave she stated in need oxygen I lied down for the required 4 minutes they got yo explained to reception at 185$ a session and never completed the treatment. Not patient care.. not comfort care. Not highly recommended. Not fully recommended. D

Fantastic experience: I must admit I got the best service I ever had. Everything was explained to me in words I can understand. My treatment plan was explained in full detail and the costs. I wish I had gone there in the first place. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best practice around.I was pleased with the friendly staff and DR Nawrocki. I felt comfortable and safe in their presence. I love the team work they display. Everything runs smoothly in their office. They make you feel welcome here. The Atmosphere is very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency repair of a broken FRONT tooth while on my second day of vacation and Dr Nawrocki was able to see me and made my stay 100% better! He was very thorough explaining what I needed and my options. His staff was especially nice/kind given my predicament. I would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hybridge Dental to get an evaluation done to determine if I would be able to to have my dental situation fixed. I have a very unique dental situation with lots of previous dental work. The office location was convenient, the office itself is exquisite, the staff were exceptional, courteous and caring and Dr. Andy was phenomenal in his explanation of the entire logistics involved in getting me to a healthy and functional place with my entire oral situation. I feel very confident that if I had started my dental journey with them a year ago that I would be a happy and satisfied patient now. As much as I would like to start tomorrow, I am having to wait a few months to get my procedure underway. However, I know when my other health issues are out of the way I will be scheduling an appointment asap. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone there was. Professional, personable, efficient and enjoyable in every way!!...
