Negative experience: The dentist himself is great. But the girl at the front desk lies. I was told over and over multiple times my regular cleaning and exam would be 100% covered by insurance. A week later im being told i owe 40$ for the cleaning all the sudden. Completely cruel to lie to someone about the cost when its been gone over multiple times and was told it would be covered. Id find somewhere else if your worried about cost cause you wont get an accurate price

Fantastic experience: This by far is one of the friendliest staff I’ve ever come in contact with! Bronwen was super helpful and very knowledgeable, encouraging and most of all friendly! Awesome place!

Fantastic experience: Today I met with Hygienist, Bronwen, at Bell Dental. She was very encouraging to me concerning a couple of health issues including Sleep Apnea requiring the use of CPAP. We also talked about tongue tie. I very much want to continue with Bronwen for future visits and help with Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. She gets from me 5 out of 5 stars. I give her an A+ as well.

Fantastic experience: Dental Hygienist, "B", was a next level experience! ( Apologies forgot the name, but went by B.) Addressed lots of issues and gave thorough and thoughtful options. Felt very cared for!

Negative experience: They have to have a new hygienist that has obviously never done this before in their life and never should again. Dark hair. Been coming for years and never had a bad experience. They left in tears and pain with visible red marks all over their face from getting lips and face pulled on so hard. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting woman. Making jokes about how much they made someone bleed and how much pain and soreness they will have the next day is ridiculous. Shameful human.

Fantastic experience: B was great, she was informative and passionate about educating me and answering all my questions, while also being very kind, gentle, and professional during the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service, everytime i come here all the staff welcomes me with a great service and a smile. If you ever need a dental appointment I recommend Bell Dental, you will leave with a big and healthy smile

Fantastic experience: I’m so very thankful to have found Dr. Bell and his team. I have never felt the warmth and welcoming atmosphere that I experienced walking through the door. Each interaction is inviting and incredibly personalized. I did not feel like another body in the dental chair. I experienced patience and dynamic, ways of educating. This was a first time experience of tentative dental care for me. I forgot about my anxiety disorder and (dare I say..) was excited to return to my 2nd appointment. :) This is the only place to go if you have anxiety and have not found the right fit. I never have felt so seen and welcomed. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Chipped three of my front teeth pretty badly, Dr.Bell got me in as quick as possible and him and the staff were incredibly nice! My face and teeth were messed up bad, but they were able to give me veneers and made them look as if nothing happened. They made my whole experience quick and easy and I can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bell and his office are truly wonderful. I recently began Invisalign and the process has been incredibly easy because of Dr. Bell and his team. The front office specialists are always so kind and patient with me and my many questions; and the hygienists are nonjudgmental and true professionals. Every time I come in for an appointment, I leave with a smile :)

Negative experience: I’ve been here 3 times (all for one issue), and there were a few things that made it less than 5 stars. First of all, the cost of my service was 4x the cost of what it was for my husband 1 year ago at a different dentist. For a 10 minute service (they were gluing my permanent retainer back on), it was exorbitant. Considering that they had to fix it 2 more times because they did it incorrectly the first time, it felt like a lot to pay. Secondly, my interactions with the receptionist were truly unpleasant. So much so that I would never go to the practice again. I recognize that Bell has lots of 5 star reviews, but I just wanted to give an example of a less satisfactory experience for anyone interested. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

Fantastic experience: I have always been picky with my dental care from a very young age due to having so many teeth issues growing up. Moving here it took me a couple years to find a good fit for me. The first time I stepped into Bell Dental I knew this was the place for me. They have met and exceeded our expectations from scheduling, to customer care, follow up, and scheduling. They take such good care oft two boys and they love coming to visit every 6 months! This is what you would expect from a local dental office and you can’t beat the customer service they provide. They will have our business for as long as we are here in the area. Thank you all for being the best dental team in NWA… (I may be biased)

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since the days that it was still the office of Dr. Garlinghouse. Once he left, Dr. Sauser became my dentist. Dr. Sauser got me caught up on all of my dental needs after a long period time where I had not been seeing a dentist. I had a lot of work to be done and she did everything so well. One of my favorite things about how Bell Dental works is that they let you know what they are doing in your mouth before they do it, and they are very transparent about your needs and the financial obligations you will be under before having certain work done. They are also very personable and friendly! Thanks guys :)

Fantastic experience: I love this office! The staff is always so friendly, helps explain exactly what they’re doing and why. Plus the music selection is always amazing during my exam (yesterday it was all Taylor Swift )

I've had others taking care of me for various dental procedures here and there as well. They, too, were exceptional. The front office is terrific.

He has never done me wrong and the dental hygienists are awesome. I would tell you who the best hygienist is but then you would fill up her schedule and I'd have a harder time scheduling with her haha

Fantastic experience: Gentle dentistry, wonderful front desk staff and dental hygienists. Dr Bell makes sure you are numb completely before fillings. I have gone here for 8 years or so and always had excellent experiences.
