Positive experience: The Dentist is nice and does their best to meet your needs. But I didn’t have the best experience with the black assistant after I kindly asked her to wear gloves before touching near my mouth and before touching tools that will go in my mouth… she communicate very aggressively and has a rude attitude during every visit (2). But overall the owner is nice and does her job very well! Just be aware of the back room assistants.

They’re transparent with everything, their procedures, any charges, and also anything expected. Doctor is genuine about what she does and very informative. Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a dentist and after looking at many reviews I ended up deciding on this one. I was still nervous because it’s the dentist. I’ve been two times now and both were great. They let me know what they were doing and showed me pictures of the X-ray and my teeth. I got fillings and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even gave me a blanket! If you were like me scrolling through reviews, nervous about where to go and how it would be I hope you decide to go here because I’m so happy I did.

Negative experience: Was a perfect place until they continued to charge left and right for this that and the other ....I currently am disputing getting charged hundreds of dollars extra and they won't even acknowledge the dispute....months later and still nothing ...DO NOT GO HERE .. hundreds of dollars just gone

Negative experience: READ BEFORE GOING -- Unhappy for many reasons. I really wish I had trusted my gut to not keep going back. I don't even want to think about how much wasted money I spent at Faith Family or else it will get me upset because they totally took advantage of me. 1) The pricing amounts NEVER added up... Front desk would write chicken scratch numbers on random paper, doing a horrible job trying to explain the numbers instead of it actually being transparent and a set amount. 2) My crown was THROWN away from the staff, so I had to pay ~$800 for a new one... horrible!! This should've been a warning sign! 3) I was in constant pain after the new crown was fitted. Went back & it still was not fitted properly, and I stayed in pain.... My new dentist was able to fix it in a matter of seconds, free of charge! 4) Dr. Ami NEVER EVER gave me or talked about treatment plan. She wanted me to get certain work done first like deep cleaning... and told me I had multiple cavaties (she didn't tell me where) before discussing treatment plan. My new dentist confirmed I have ZERO cavaties and did NOT need a deep cleaning. 5) Both Dr. Ami and the hygenist told me that I could not do the free cleaning... I "NEEDED" deep cleaning and had to go in TWO separate visits, take time off of work, and get numbed both times. I went once to do the first half deep cleaning, was at the front desk, I couldn't get a straight answer on what I was actually being billed for... so I left in pain and I decided to go elsewhere. Turns out: I did NOT need deep cleaning. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! HORRIBLE!!! 6) Environment also feels very dark (dark walls, bad lighting) and extremely outdated equipment compared to other dental offices. I was able to find an amazing dental office that is upfront about pricing... but better yet - actually honest about the work and procedures needed.

They are absolutely the sweetest! ❤️ I had anxiety about having a tooth pulled and the staff was very comforting and made sure the procedure was quick and painless! We are going to continue our dental health journey here for sure!

Positive experience: Front desk were very welcoming and explained everything so well to me from understanding what I needed to be done with my tooth’s and including the prices so I could understand better what they will be working on my next appointment. I also enjoyed the music choice they played today because it was R&B!! A few of my favorite songs came on so it distracted me from getting any dental anxieties.

Negative experience: I walked out before my deep cleaning due to lack of accommodation relating to medical fear and fear of needles. They refused to take any steps to make the procedure more bearable. I was completely dismissed and even argued with when I asked for accommodation. This practice lacks tact or compassion. I'd go somewhere the person matters and not just the paycheck.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and welcoming environment. I felt comfortable from my arrival up until my departure. The Doctor and team in this facility were all so friendly. You can definitely tell when people enjoy their job. My teeth are have been my biggest insecurity and not one time did I feel awkward. I called, the person who answered the phone Alicia was great! she was very helpful and brought me right in. when I got there they figured out that I didn't have Dental insurance and they still treated me with empathy and great respect. While I was getting the procedure done the Dentist was great! she did not treat me any less because I did not have Dental insurance. I will highly recommend Family Dental to my friends! also to the public great place.

Fantastic experience: I just went to Faith Family Dental for the first time. I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 2 years. Within an hour they had done many X-Rays, taken pictures of my teeth, and cleaned them. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help me and Dr Ami was very quick about it. All of the women there are beautiful, always smiling, and make you feel so welcome. Even though I got disappointing news, Dr Ami was so nice and I didn’t feel judged. If I could rate this office 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: The women at this clinic were so warm and friendly, it was honestly a joy to go to the dentist. They helped shape a few of my front teeth, and even though I was very particular, they were happy to listen to me and did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable there and highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: Update: based on the paperwork pulled from the insurance policy, the tooth that you performed the filling on, is the filling that had fallen out. My issue is that once I received the X-ray yesterday that info was left out. As well as the fact that the chip was directly beside it. Also since I am paying so much out of pocket stating other options even if they aren’t the best long term would be ideal. For someone who isn’t in the dental field over explaining is sometimes needed for clarity. Thanks! Do not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your hard earned money. I came in last month and got a localized cleaning and filling on the right side. I had to go back later that day because I couldn’t bite down properly so they adjusted it. A few weeks ago I started feeling sensitivity to hot and cold in that same area. So yesterday, I went in and got an X-ray which is when I was told my tooth next to the filling was chipped which I’m sure was from the adjustment. I was told they didn’t know what was causing the sensitivity but a crown should fix it. And as we all know that is one of the more expensive options. So with this option they want $460 deposit and $305 the day of. I decided to go to a different office and get another opinion which I got a full xray and a thorough examination. I was told that the filling that was put in last month had come out (why wasn’t this mentioned yesterday) and that I don’t need any crowns just fillings.

Positive experience: UPDATE!! Dr.Ami showed concern with my frustration of care and pain and asked to see me back in to see if there was anything she could do. Dr.Ami listened to my concerns and explained next steps. Apologized for misunderstandings, appreciate her reaching out when most dentists would not have. I have had several fillings done approximately 1-1.5 months ago. Have been having throbbing pain, issues with hot/cold sensitivity for the past month, thought it would go away(Fiancee had same issue, he went back to Dr.Ami, she adjusted filling and his issue went away), within the past week, the pain has changed from throbbing to shooting excruciating pain, ear ache, swelling on side of face. I went in to see Dr.Ami on a Thursday, she stated the filling she did was probably too close to the nerve and she prescribed antibiotics and a few pain pills(4), and to call back Monday if I was still in pain. I was in excruciating pain over the weekend. Nothing was helping. I called back first thing Monday morning asking for an Endodontics referral(for root canal). The endontics specialist cannot see me until 4 week from now. I called Dr.Ami back if there was anything else she could do, (refill pain meds, refer to other endodontists), front desk stated no pain med refills and other endodontists cant see me for 2 weeks and that would just be for consult. Office does not seem to care to help when they are the ones who did filling, If filling was going to be that large and close to filling, should have been referred for root canal to begin with, I was not having issues with tooth previously.

Fantastic experience: I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and it had been embarrassingly long time since my last dentist visit. With the birth of my daughter I knew I had to do something diff and set an example. I chose this place because it was close by and I’m glad I did! Dr Ami has made me feel comfortable and did a great job on my first procedure with almost no pain at all. I am very impressed and will be going regularly for checkups from here on out. My wife will be transitioning to this clinic as well and I highly recommend Dr Ami and staff!

Fantastic experience: This was my son's first dental visit at this clinic and Dr. Ami was very thorough and friendly. She made my nervous kid feel at ease. I would, and have, recommend her. Extra comments: her clinic feels very inviting and doesn't look like a clinic at all! Fantastic experience: My first visit at Faith Family Dental didn’t feel like a first visit, it felt like I’ve been knowing the team for ages. The cleanliness of the office was impeccable and I can’t praise the staff enough. What was most impressive was I needed imagery of my wisdom tooth and I had already used my insurance coverage for that particular procedure. Instead of just telling me the out of pocket expense I will have to pay they gave me another option to get in touch with my previous dentist to have those images sent over. Any other office would not had told me that, instead would’ve took my cash. I would highly recommend the Faith Family Dental team for all your oral needs.

Positive experience: The response from the owner is completely incorrect and a lie. I know my story, and I know what happened. My daughter went here with extreme dental anxiety. She has many struggles. She was told when she was ready to come back, to let them know. They referred her to a surgeon to pull a tooth, but the tooth fell out on its own so it was not needed to put her under anesthesia for that. She never had multiple appts. with that man. I have the records to prove it. She had a consult and a surgery date, which we cancelled the latter because it was not needed. When she finally found her bravery and wanted to go back to "Faith,", this clinic refused to see her. She had one appt. that had to be cancelled because of covid and then they refused to make her another one. One of their staff said it's because we didn't go to the referral, which we did indeed go and even had a surgery date set up. Another staff said they had no record of her. Another gave some other lame excuse I can't even remember now. She does exist, she does matter, and she's a child who struggles greatly. She thought these people were Christians and trusted them. She really liked this dentist, and for her to willingly be brave enough to want to go back was HUGE. Only to be told no. It's the story of her life, though. Every time she gets brave enough to do something, she gets knocked down again. I used to recommend this dentist to all sorts of people because my daughter connected so well with her. Obviously, I don't now. You don't treat humans like that, especially as someone who touts the name Faith. Our story absolutely happened this way. We are one remembering something traumatic. They are a staff of people trying to remember details of hundreds of patients. It's not hard to figure out who is telling the real story. Fortunately, there are many other wonderful dental providers in our area who do try to help children who are very fearful and don't just go back on their word. Don't tell a child to come back when they feel ready and then say no. Shameful.

Fantastic experience: I developed a terrible toothache over the weekend and had not established with a dentist since ours retired several years ago. First thing Monday morning I called Faith Family Dental and explained my situation. They got me in immediately and were so kind and gentle. My dental issue turned out to be fairly complicated. Dr. Amy and her staff were very thorough in explaining my options and worked very hard helping me get back on track with my dental health. I have found my new dental team!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter (10) here for her first dentist appointment (our family has been blessed with good dental genetics) but regardless my daughter was VERY apprehensive about the visit. She is visually impaired so the unknown and not being able to see well compounded the anxiety. I explained all of this to the lovely Victoria as we came into the clinic and she went above and beyond to make me and my child feel safe and more confident about what all they were going to do. They follow strict health protocols to ensure germs are not being spread to others as you enter the back of the clinic. Dr. Ami was equally as nice and a joy to deal with. She was very thorough explaining her concerns in a way that built confidence in my daughter. My daughter left the clinic feeling happy about the dentist and cant wait to go back for her future dental needs. I also plan on using them for my needs as well :)
