Fantastic experience: Dr McQueen is the Best Dentist around, the whole staff is kind and compassionate. I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind to me . I went in with an abcess, didn't feel judged because my teeth aren't in the best shape. Anyhow, very friendly, helped with parking pass for the garage, and I even thought it was sweet that the assistant kept grabbing my hand when I'd get tense. They were all so professional yet made me feel comfortable and as painless as possible. Im definitely going back and I'd totally recommend others. The parking is hard to figure out at first but if you go to the second level of the parking garage, its the quickest and best place to park, everywhere else around the building is restricted parking and they do tow the vehicle. Just a heads up that I didn't get.

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give them a 10 star ⭐ but I can't. It all go to the nurses Dr McQueen himself. I would give 1 stars to the office staff. One was a bit rude the other one was on their personal cell phone.

Negative experience: Had been a patient for 12 years and came in for a procedure that I was quoted half up front and half after it the procedure was completed. Michael refused to honor this despite the fact. Be careful!!!!

Negative experience: Hung up on me as I was trying to help the lady I take care of, who was present, with her denture issues. I've taken her to this dentist with denture complaints at least 5 times since I started in January. They even sent the dentures to the lab again and either the tech at the lab or someone in this office still can't get them right. Just admit the mistake and start over. I would not recommend this business. Shady.

Fantastic experience: The people at McQueen Dental are amazing. I have a bad history with dentist not listening, being judgey or mean about the state of my teeth. (Dentists not recognizing good teeth is a privilege). Not at McQueen. They are so kind, so helpful, and not mean or judgey. I came in with a sore tooth. we made a plan of care to fix the issue- and once it is resolved will have a plan of care for my whole mouth. They are upfront with pricing and reasonable expectations and results. i was really nervous at my visit and they let me hold on to my little lip balm applicator q-tip to fidget with. They speak kindly and respectfully with each other, and sometimes they sing with the music on (great music choices btw). I feel really confident and welcome at McQueen, and for the first time feel like i can have a smile that i am proud of. That i worked for. #bubblegumtoothpasteisbest

Fantastic experience: I went in thinking I was just going to get checked out and ended up having dental surgery on a broken tooth. Dr. McQueen is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen! Even the shot of novacaine didn't hurt as much as I expected! Everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly, but especially his dental assistant Chandra. She even held my hand when I was nervous about the shot, and did her best to put me at ease. If you're like me, you totally hate the dentist, but you couldn't be in better hands than with Dr. McQueen and his staff. Highly recommend, would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Negative experience: I will never back there again . I went for root canal and after that My Tooth was painful. I back there 10 times and didn’t change. Finally I got appointment from another dentist and he did the root canal again. Never recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is explained to you from start to finish. Friendly staff. In the early to mid 80s I had to have front teeth put back in my mouth. I told them about it wasn't a very good experience at all well they finally came loose a few weeks ago couldn't be at all had to be real careful trying to eat. The dentist made sure I didn't feel anything he started to take four teeth out so I could eat better again next thing I know he goes ok done a matter of minutes and I was headed out the door. That was Monday this is Wednesday no pain. Eating better and haven't bitten my cheek or lip once. Very good service.

Fantastic experience: Really liked the fact service, didn't wait long for appointment and repaired my dentures quickly as well. Staff was wonderful especially the bubbly dental assistant.

Negative experience: They pressure you into making a “5 star Google review” and hand you a “McQueen Dental tervis” to try and bribe and make you feel special about the 5-star Google review. The actual dentist “Michael” didn't place patient care with my visits. I would go on to say that he isn’t personal either bc he doesn’t care how you’re actually doing but i take that back bc the only things ge really told me was “be careful with the filling in your front tooth bc it will probably fall out”… HEY THANKS MIKE! hahaha nice one bc it definitely did fall out a year and a half later. OH and that ~$700 crown you put over my still rooted tooth was the worst tooth pain I’ve ever had to deal with. I had it extracted with a different provide and kept the crown since it cost me so much. You’re the best.

Fantastic experience: Dr. McQueen and his team are awesome. For starters, they got me in on short notice to assess a troublesome tooth, and prompty scheduled its removal within an hour. Despite being down a person and recieving multiple patients and countless phone calls during my visit, the customer service was fantastic and I felt thoroughly cared for. Every single team member I came into contact with acted with so much compassion and understanding that my anxiety melted right away. When it came time for procedures, Dr. McQueen's assistant talked me through ever necessary step, and then very patiently helped me explore my options for paying on a low income and without insurance. Dr. McQueen in turn answered every question I could possibly have, and even offered some extra insight into reading xrays when he saw me checking mine out! Absolutely the best dentist visit I've ever had, and virtually stress free. This will definitely be my primary office from now on!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, I hate dentist and never like going but this place is super friendly.

Negative experience: A personal and professional support staff. Very friendly and welcoming. However, the dentist Michael McQueen was rude and scolding toward a staff member and then seemed irritated and impatient, almost ridiculing me, when I asked about a specific issue with a tooth. After the procedure I ended up having to to return twice for adjustments. Sloppy craftsmanship, really, like he was just annoyed that he had to do his job at all. A family member had the same problem - multiple corrections to a filling that was too big and caused jaw pain due to incorrect alignment.

Negative experience: Pretty bad experience. Charged me for a teeth cleaning I never had, when I called to ask why I was charged- I was told it was an error and that they'd be taking care of it... 4 months later I was sent a bill for the same teeth cleaning I never had... called AGAIN and was told it would be taken care of. While on the phone, I asked to schedule a regular adult teeth cleaning (I have gotten them religiously every 6 months since I was a child-now almost 30) , and was told I was not eligible for a regular teeth cleaning and they would only do a "deep-cleaning". I had explained to them that wasn't something I could afford (poor grad student), and they refused to give me a regular teeth cleaning. Just another dentist who only cares about $$. Lost a customer.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a broken tooth he was in terrible pain, call his own dentist did not get a return call and called every dentist in Fayetteville and no one could not see him until next week or two weeks away, he was in pain. Dr McQueen and his staff saw him and they were friendly, professional. We have decided we are going to change to Dr. McQueen.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an excellent dentist with wonderful team members McQueen Dental is the place to go! Rose was super friendly and professional. She did an excellent job with x-rays and polishing. Hannah was the sweetest, most gentle and thorough hygienist. My teeth felt so clean when these ladies were finished! Dr. McQueen took time explaining what needed to be done and why. I appreciate a dentist's patience! Past experience having a dentist spout what I needed with no explanation is why I switched to McQueen Dental. Being able to fill out paperwork online was a huge plus also!

Fantastic experience: I was having trouble getting my filling fixed at my current dentist, possibly over booked? I changed to Dr.McQueen & I'm very happy with my decision. He got me in & got the work done. The dental assistant was great, too. She explained what was going on & was very gentle, no cuts ect., from stretching... Good 80's/90's music, too. glad I switched.

If you have any qualms about going to the dentist, they ease you apprehension immediately. Dr McQueen was very thorough and I was in and out in a very short time. Negative experience: They asked for reviews in order to get free items which I’m guessing is why so many people gave them good reviews. They were very kind, however they told me I had a bunch of cavities that needed filled and when I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion these weren’t actual cavities and didn’t need to be filled.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to write a review for Dr. McQueen and his staff at McQueen Dental because I found the whole experience one of the best I've ever had in 57 years. The staff was very personable and professional. Dr. McQueen is an expert certainly. He did 4 difficult extractions at one sitting with such minimal trauma that I was almost completely healed in less than 5 days. Amazing!!! Thanks again for this great experience Dr.McQueen.

The dental assistant (I didn't catch her name) was super up beat and down to earth. Made me feel comfortable. Dr. McQueen has lots of knowledge and also down to earth. Negative experience: Teeth didn’t bother me work all over the states decided to come to McQueen Dental while working in AR after that visit my teeth still 6 months later hurt. Got 3 fillings and have been sensitive and hurt when eating any of my favorite crunchy foods. Also was not very professional seeing there was a new student trying to learn didn’t get taught well also did her mistakes on me as i could tell just while taking X-rays in first visit. Also weird how I’m in my mid 20’s and only have two wisdom teeth (both in gums still) haven’t bothered me ever and after the couple apt felt a cut and HALF my wisdom tooth is out.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic. Dr McQueen is a very excellent dentist and genuinely cares about each of his patients. I have had several procedures (root canal, extraction) and I have never felt any pain whatsoever. They are really understanding concerning payments and will let you work out a payment plan that will work for you and your income. They are the only dentist office I will ever consider going to.

Negative experience: Poor communication with an individual new patient. Staff preferred to squabble about policy and procedure after the fact rather than proactively communicate clear expectations on policy and procedure to the consumer related to safe and effective care during the covid crisis.

Did i mention i have a fear when itcomes to going to a dentest .. nope..not here i feel like the will take care of me and my needs so incredibly greatful to find a dentest i like and will continue to return to McQueen dental is #1 in my book. Fantastic experience: My insurance changed and I had to switch dentists after many years. I was concerned after seeing seeing so many 5-star reviews and the free mug offer for good reviews when I visited the office. But alrthough my previous dentist did not know Mcqueen specifically, he asked around and told me he thought it would be Okay. I also needed emergency work and decided to risk it. I am glad I took the chance. The office is nice, clean and shows care from the staff. That care extends to how was treated. Although Dr. McQueen was working with on additional patients, the times he was as with me never felt rushed. He not only answered mynquestions and addressed my concerns, he actually asked questions to better understand (and address) my questions and concerns. That was a few months ago and I'm back to evaluate an Invisalign treatment. Unlike mybprevious investigations into online solutions, the consultation at McQueen's qas definitely not high-pressure sales as I've experienced.

Fantastic experience: This review is primarily for the hygienist Hannah. I briefly met with Dr. McQueen post cleaning and he was polite and professional but Hannah's professional and friendly demeanor made the annual trip to the dentist a breeze. She spoke the entire time as if we were long lost friends telling great stories and making sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. That kind of professionalism and welcoming presence make signing up for those pesky annual cleanings so much more pleasant.
