Fantastic experience: I am impressed with the professionalism in this clinic. I have now been here twice but it is a new dentist office for me. They have been nothing but kind and broke all expenses down for from the start so I was never misinformed. They let you know exactly what they are doing through all procedures. Each step and make sure you are comfortable and if you need anything they will take care of you! I I’ll continue to use them as my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Starks staff was very helpful to send me a quick text to let me know of cancellations so I could squeeze in an extra appointment. (I learned my insurance would cover an additional cleaning while pregnant.) Hygienist Maria friendly and did a good job.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Emily was thorough and efficient. She explained each step of my dental exam so I could adjust for sensitivity and comfort. She adjusted my head position with a comfortable pillow. She asked me for confirmation that my teeth were clean. She is both professional and accomodating in providing my health care.

Fantastic experience: i went in with major anxiety anticipating the huge amount of work i need and the cost associated with it. the ladies of the office and the doctor were calm and happy and very knowledgeable. my anxiety was gone and i'm super excited about tackling the upcoming proceedures!

Negative experience: If you use them make sure they explain everything. They will do stuff that will cost you money out of pocket and not tell you that they are doing it and insurance wont cover it. So make sure they explain everything to you and not just do what they feel like doing. I would highly recommend not using this office

Negative experience: I'm very frustrated with this office. My family and I have been patients there for almost nine years. In that time they have canceled my appointment for cleanings three different times without notice. When I recently called to reschedule my cleaning appointment due to illness, I was immediately informed that there would be a cancellation fee. I do not feel that our loyalty to Dr Stark over the past several years is appreciated, so my family will be finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and friendly. The office staff worked w/scheduling me into this late year so that I would be able to use my insurance before year’s end. They were direct and clear about what needs to be done. They gave me the opportunity and space to ask questions. Their office is clean, fresh, and comfortable to be in.

Negative experience: When a medical provider no longer accepts State Medicaid after establishing a practice off that money, and leaves his patients without an option-pay out of pocket or leave, I don’t think it’s disrespectful to post that the practice isn’t interested in treatment as much as making money. I was told, “Medicaid doesn’t reimburse enough” so even though we have taken Medicaid for 7 years-no longer will we accept an indigent child as a patient. And should speak to your staff about this. it was obvious I was upset and why you didn’t call and talk to me instead of replying to this post speaks volumes. If you have lots of money---make an appointment. I was his patient and my 7 kids were for over 7 years--I wrote a review 7 years ago which was this------Fantastic staff and knowledgeable dentist. Great with children who have fears of the dentist. Calm atmosphere with lots of smiling faces....this practice doesn't charge you for stuff you don't need. Very honest.--------fast forward 7 years and he is focused on his revenue and how to make as much money as he can....hmph. Good for him-I'll find a dentist who is okay living within his means to allow me and my children to eat and not spend thousands of dollars on dental work.

Fantastic experience: So 11 months ago when I relocated to the area I broke a tooth on my second weekend here, I then found myself in the unenviable position of having to find a new dentist for the first time in 30 years! I am so glad I chose Founders Park! I wrote a review after that first visit, so it won’t let me write another on their chosen review service…so I’ll wrote it here! Two weeks ago I went in and found out I needed even more extensive work…not on the tooth they fixed almost a year ago - it’s done amazing, but on a few other teeth. Never the news you want to hear, but I can’t think of a better dentist to get that news from then Dr. Stark and his staff! I just finish that lengthy procedure, and I can’t say enough on just how incredible he and his team are! I won’t mention all of them, for fear of misspelling, but everyone in the office is amazing, and make you feel right at home - plus, they gave me a donut on my way out! FOR REAL! Anyway, if you need a dentist I’d call them asap! You might not get a donut but you’ll spectacular service!

Negative experience: After what they just pulled on my son I would not be going to this dentist again!! Lost all of are business!!

Negative experience: I don't like the bait and switch tactics of this office. I discussed treatment on my first visit with the dentist AND the office manager at check out after my first visit. On my second visit my cavity was drilled out and a temporary filling put in. The dentist then proceeds to tell me to come back for a crown..Definitely not what was agreed upon. I am angry about this because it wasn't a misunderstanding on anyone's part, I was VERY clear I did not want a crown. Don't go to this office unless you want to be ripped off. There are better dentists out there. I'd give the dental assistants 5 stars though.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist and super attentive staff. Live in Fayetteville, but travel the distance to get the best cleanings, comfortable mouth guard and most courteous treatment ever. Everyone takes pride in what they do and goes the extra mile to make sure all dental work is perfect. I highly recommend!

The communication is simple and can be done over a text message if needed. Everyone in the office is so nice and great with our kids. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Founder’s Park Dentistry. Alise Dodson is the best dental hygienist on the planet. I wouldn’t trust my mouth to anyone else.

Negative experience: The dental hygienist was very sweet and informative. However Dr Stark is rude and condescending. Almost a quarter of Americans don’t have dental insurance at all, not every single person has been taught great dental hygiene, and MANY people have anxiety surrounding going to the dentist. I hope Dr Stark becomes more compassionate toward his patients, and aware of his tone in the future.

Negative experience: I’m appalled by how arrogant this dentist is and how unprofessional he is when he responds to patients for the reviews they leave. I went to this dentist several years ago and haven’t been back because of how I was treated. I actually looked up his office to see if it’s gotten any better or to see if the same dentist is there. Apparently things haven’t changed and I’m another patient that refuses to go back because of how I was treated. His demeaning behavior, which is proven in his replies is proof to what kind of dentist and person he is.

Negative experience: I didn’t like Dr Starks demeanor he had time to speak to me about how much I needed a root canal and was rude to say the least but not time to adjust my partial which is very loose and is hard for me to eat it would have literally took two minutes way less than the time he took to explain to me why I should spend 3000$ at his office!! Won’t be going back here it was my first and only visit

Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly. I have gotten a couple of fillings and a crown, over the last several years, and Dr. Stark has a great demeanor, always calm and relaxed. He and the staff are fantastic with our two boys, who we started taking when they were about 4 and 9, now both teenagers. I love that they communicate clearly and will work with you if insurance does something unexpected. I also noticed at one point that they had found a company that would help set up payments, if you needed work that insurance wouldn’t cover (or you didn’t have insurance). They were one of the first offices that I know of that worked out protocols to start seeing patients, as soon as Covid restrictions were relaxed. It’s clearly a well-run practice that is used to adopting new practices to serve patients. Highly recommended.

Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and all my questions were addressed. The work was performed in a timely manner without the slightest feeling that I was being rushed through the process. On my second visit, I received a new crown, which was created in-house. The whole process was barely two hours. Best of all, I did not experience one iota of pain or discomfort during or since my visits! Best dental experience I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend Dr. Stark to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Stark for about 12 years now. He is great! A very nice guy but also just very professional and thorough. Yesterday he was in the middle of getting rid of two fillings that were getting old and replacing with crowns when the power went out. It went on about 45 minutes later and they worked hard and past closing time to make sure they got my crowns in before I left. Today Dr. Stark himself called to see how I was feeling and to see if I needed to come in to have anything adjusted. He really seems to care about each individual and strives to to a top notch job! Would highly recommend!
