Fantastic experience: First intake visit was great. Able to fit me in within a couple weeks of my call. Full set of Xrays and generous visit with Dr Morgan who was thorough explaining the xrays and a few teeth that need attention (which I was aware of from visits to previous dentist). No pressure to take action. Looking forward to ongoing visits.

Fantastic experience: Just had a cap put on today. Entire process was painless and seamless I was sad to learn that Dr Rogers is leaving and going in a practice in Providence. I’m sorry she is leaving. Capalbo dynasty taking over. Now I’ll need to find a new dentist!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had with anyone. Office manger confirmed multiple times over a 2 month period that the practice was in-network with my insurance. This means I would have no out of pocket cost for this particular procedure. However, he still made me pay $650 upfront or treatment would be denied. Turns out, Plum Dental; their administrative arm, did not enroll practice as an in-network provider. Office manger lied. It took hours of phone calls and letters to them as well as to insurance filing grievance and appeals, but ultimately the money was refunded.. However, the practice would not reimburse me cost of certified mailings even as a courtesy. No surprise here as this seems to be standard operating procedure for them. The periodontist, Brian Goldstein, was no better. He never explained the procedure, he asked about allergies but not about current meds that may react to what he was prescribing, never told me what he was prescribing, and then transmitted to wrong pharmacy. When told about the insurance issue he said it wasn't his responsibility and walked out of the room. My opinion, stay away from this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stacey Rogers, DMD and hygienist Kim are both very kind, patient, and thorough. My examinations and cleanings are always excellent. I always look forward to my visit. She even remembers my preference for a purple toothbrush and sensitive toothpaste every time.

From the front desk to the examining rooms, every person is upbeat, thoughtful, often very funny and fun, and genuinely glad to serve us. Dr. Rogers and her staff, in addition to doing all my regular dental upkeep, have fitted me for Invisaligns and worked with me over the last year and a half to make the experience as easy as possible and truly successfuI. In the midst of my Invisalign process, Dr. Coleman performed a very successful dental implant. In both cases, the doctors and their staff made me comfortable and confident. I recommend Coastal Dental to anyone looking for a full service serve

Pleasant to work with and they actually listened, to what I had to say. Unlike some know-it-alls who don't. I would recommend a visit to this establishment if you to have any on going issues.

Fantastic experience: For anyone who dislikes the dentist-you really should try Seacoast Family Dental. Everyone is welcoming. The front desk explained what I was scheduled for and Kim my hygienist was informative and thorough. Dr Rogers did my exam and said I have a beautiful smile. I completed all my paperwork was completed via my patient portal prior so checkin and out was a breeze.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience with one of the dental hygienist who I thought was rude and condescending. To be honest my family and I haven't been happy here for a while now. Some of our dental cleanings have been done as fast as 20 minutes. They are not as thorough as our last Dentist, which stopped taking BCBS insurance. I asked the office manager to have the Dentist call me but was told she doesn't call the patients. Maybe it starts at the top.

Fantastic experience: Seacoast Dental is my new Dentist. I'm very happy with the results. I ended up having two cavities filled by Seacoast Dental (at the same time.) I was very nervous as the last time I had a cavity the dentist (at another practice) couldn't find the nerve to numb me with novocaine. We eventually just drilled my tooth without numbing it. It was horrible. I told Dr Rogers that I was nervous because of my previous experience. She was very attentive. She numbed me up so much you could have hit me in the face with a 2x4 and I wouldn't have felt it, which is exactly what I wanted! She made sure throughout the procedure that I didn't feel any of the drilling. The whole process was over in like 5-10 minutes which was great. I literally lost sleep over it the night before because I was so nervous. I have total trust in Seacoast Dental and Dr Rogers. I highly recommend this practice.

The entire staff puts you at ease, explains every step, and all have very enjoyable personalities. Highly recommend, especially for kids! Oct 18, 2018 I just had my cleaning at Sea Coast Dental. I have a condition which causes me to get dizzy. I mostly avoid loud noises and bright lights. Well my hygenist, Tara made me completely comfortable and even stood to do the cleaning. It was a very easy visit with a great outcome. I highly recommend Sea Coast Dental to everyone.
