Scheduling as a new patient was effortless, and Pam at the front desk was not only pleasant but incredibly helpful and welcoming. Taylor, my hygienist, was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely friendly—she made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Dr. Baldelli personally introduced himself right away and spent a full 15 minutes getting to know me before even beginning the exam, which spoke volumes about his patient-first approach. Even though the office was under renovation, it was spotless, organized, and surprisingly cozy. Located in a beautiful Newport neighborhood, the setting only added to the overall experience. Every question and concern I had was addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully. I left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful to have found such an outstanding practice.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the dentist is usually not a fun time, but if you're a patient of Dr. Baldelli in Newport, you're in for a treat! His receptionist is always friendly and genuinely happy to see you, making you feel welcome at every visit. My hygienist is also incredibly kind, with a gentle touch and just the right amount of questions to keep me comfortable. Dr. Baldelli himself is very compassionate and doesn’t push expensive dental work. I've visited several excellent dentists in Rhode Island and Massachusetts in my lifetime but Dr. Baldelli has quickly become my favorite.

I highly recommend this very crucial , local business updated 11/8/24 If Newport Dental Associates was an amusement park you would WANT to go on all the rides! whether it’s for a cleaning, filling or more Dr. Baldelli and all of his support staff make the process smooth and painless. I don’t usually look forward to medical appointments but I do where this business is concerned. Plus their magazines, unlike other dental offices, are from ThIS year!

She proceeded with scaling and prophylaxis skillfully administered. She pointed out areas where I need to focus my oral hygiene efforts. Finally, she scheduled my six month follow up. Very professional staff.

Negative experience: Cleaning was good. I didn’t like being threatened to have a doctors exam. I don’t have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. I needed to be told before that there was going to be an added expense of exam. That’s not what I booked.
