Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Island Dental Health. I found the dentist, Dr. Faiella, and the staff to be welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Although I was planning to start with them in December and had not been seen in this office before today, they got me right in to start helping me with a dental emergency, a broken molar.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist was professional, welcoming and friendly. Great attitude! Makes going to the dentist almost fun. And the best dentist in Rhode Island!

Fantastic experience: I had some cosmetic dentistry done. They strive for perfection and their work reflects it. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere and you feel as though they are focusing on you and your needs. Dr. Faiella is an excellent dentist. She is very professional and always communicates clearly regarding your dental health and what needs to be done. I have had a number of different procedures done at Island Dental Health and every one has produced excellent results. The entire staff reflects her positive approach to providing care. My most recent visit was for a routine cleaning. Valerie, the hygienist, does an excellent job. She is very thorough and focuses on your specific needs. I highly recommend her. July 2025 Island dental health really came through for me when I had a veneer on my front tooth come off during a family reunion weekend. It was a Sunday evening and I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Early Monday morning I called and left a message for Lynn, the receptionist and scheduler and she returned my call almost immediately and fit me in that morning. Dr. Faiella re-cemented the veneer and by 10 AM. I was ready to go. This is another example of why I consider island dental health as the best dental care available. May 2026 I had an appointment for a routine cleaning. However, there was an additional issue that I wanted to resolve at the same appointment. Dr. Faiella made time within her schedule to address my issue. This flexibility saved me from having to make an additional appointment at a later date. This is just one example of the customer based focus that all the staff at Island dental health have.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to this dental practice and to Dr. Faiella. My first appointment was for X-rays and a new doctor/patient visit. OH, and because there was some time after my XRAYS, the hygenist asked "do you want your teeth cleaned while you wait?" She told me that my teeth and gums were in great shape and it would not take longer than 30 minutes to clean them. Of course I accepted. It saved me from having to make an appointment!! The the second visit (today) was to have a crown replaced. The staff are all courteous, friendly and reassuring. Dr. Faiella was so kind giving me extra Novocaine and being so gentle with me. I am a big scaredy cat when I go for dental visits/procedures. This was INCREDIBLY refreshing to have SUCH a caring doctor and assistant (Kat). I will go back to get the permanent crown, but I am not nervous now...THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST and DENTAL PRACTICE I have ever been to....THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Faiella and all Island Dental staff!!!! Just had my THIRD visit. Ashley cleaned my teeth. GREAT JOB!!!! LOVE THIS dental practice. I will keep coming back!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I must say, the staff at Island Dental does not disappoint. Yesterday, my appointment consisted of a cleaning and Ashley is a top-drawer hygienist! She’s everything one would want: She listens, she explains what she’s doing and what she finds. And for what it’s worth, she provides pain-free dentistry! As a relatively new patient (having just moved to RI) I have had several issues that put me in Dr. Faiella’s chair. Clearly, this buttoned-up practice takes its cues from its leader, Dr. Faiella, who has provided me with excellent, thoughtful dentistry. She’s very professional and competent - all things one would want in a dentist! I highly recommend Island Dental.

The office is spotless and modern, and everything feels very organized and efficient. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and focus on doing what’s best for your long term dental health. The cleaning was gentle but thorough, and they checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. Pricing and insurance were also explained upfront, so there were no surprises. If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go they make the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
