Negative experience: Honestly, I don’t even know how to begin, this place is wild. They’ll cancel on you last minute because they don’t have a hygienist but if you can’t make your appointment and have to cancel, they’ll charge you $100. What makes their time more important than your time? when you take time off of work for an appointment that you can’t make for a better reason then , “ Oh sorry we don’t have a hygienist for you today. Mind you that happened to me four times before I moved to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is second to none. The support staff is very nice and totally organized. The hygienists are excellent, leaving no stone unturned during cleaning, making recommendations for better flossing, brushing, etc. The two dentists, Lena and Warren, are both Tufts Dental School graduates who are entering the prime of their careers. One can tell both are real students of dentistry, having received excellent training and utilizing the latest technologies. They are thorough and meticulous in their work. To prospective patients, look no further than this office.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Rhode Island from Connecticut eight years ago, not expecting to find a Dental practice. I liked as much as the one in Connecticut. I was pleasantly surprised to find a practice I like just as much. Dr. Warren Nogueira is professional, friendly and takes the time to explain what he is doing. I have had experience with a few different hygienists and they are all terrific. The front staff is always friendly and explains things clearing. I highly recommend the practice.

The hygienists and assistants I’ve had have all been the same way, consistently friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with. The care I have received says a lot about the practice as a whole. I have always felt well cared for and valued at each visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Billing has also been super easy, no confusion or back and forth, which I really appreciate. All in, visiting Aquidneck Dental has been a very smooth experience every time I’ve gone. Dr Warren was extremely patience because this time once one area was adjusted it adversely affected a few other areas . Negative experience: Have gone for my routine checkups appointments for more then a couple years now, however multiple times over multiple years I've walked in at my appointed time and the front desk staff have no knowledge that I ever had an appointment scheduled, even when they were the ones who scheduled it. I would recommend anyone making appointments call a month ahead of time to make sure that your appointment wasn't canceled without your knowledge.

Fantastic experience: Susan was excellent today with my cleaning as I had many questions after a recent viral infection. She was thotpugh in her cleaning and exam. I was also able to see Dr. Lena who readily addressed my concerns and gave an answer regarding any follow u questions that I had. Thank you. Today Cheryl was my dental hygienist for the first time because I wanted yo stay on my 6 month schedule. Cheryl was very pleasant and professional. She was also very thorough but gentle. She listened carefully to my concerns and reported them to Dr Noguera after skillfully taking my annual x rays. Dr. Noguera noted a problem and I was quickly scheduled for a follow intervention for this problem. The office staff was also very helpful. I am grateful to this dental practice for their professional and personal care. Thank you! Today June 17 Dr. Noguera and Stacey were helpful and professional in my care and answered all of my questions. Dr. Noguera made the right decision in referring me to a specialist. Thank you Today June 24 I was having a follow up problem from my previous visit. I was able to be seen right away NY Suelisa and Dr. Noguera who quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a treatment plan for this issue. Both answered all of my questions. Thank you! Susan is an excellent dental hygienist and a true professional. Her technique is thorough and very gentle when she became aware of a problem that I was having. She teaches good habits and listens carefully to my concerns cerns and questions . She is very knowledgeable and I am grateful for her care and advice. Thank you! I was seen by Dr. Lena Noguera who was professional, kind and provided important information regarding my questions. She responded quickly to my follow up questions with important information for my recovery. The entire staff was very helpful in coordinating my care. Fantastic experience: I recently had an apt at Aquidneck Dental with Dr Warren to have a crown replaced that I had had for many years. . Unfortunately that did not happen like we had planned. The crown was removed and tooth that I had a root canal on many years ago could not be saved. Dr. Warren spent an enormous amount of time trying to be able to attach the new crown but to no avail. He tried every possible option but in the end he did not feel comfortable putting a replacement crown on that tooth that he said ultimately would not be successful. I admire his honesty, his passion for his line of work and his empathy for his patients ! He kept apologizing for not being about to replace the crown which by the way was installed years ago by a dentist that is no longer in business. I appreciated all of his efforts. I have been a patient of his for about a year and a half now and could not be more pleased with the his vast knowledge of his trade and of his staff members . I would highly recommend this practice which he shares to with his wife who is also a very competent dentist to anyone !

Fantastic experience: My wife and children switched from our old dentist practice to Aquidneck and seemed very happy so I also jumped a board. Amazing doesn’t begin to describe my first visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and instantly there to help. Very comfortable waiting room gorgeous view once you’re in the treatment room. Calming bedside manner from all doctors and staff. I tend to get a little nervous at the dentist, they don’t mind my old man/dad jokes. I have not one negative thing to say, and that’s not like me, I’m known as a bit of a curmudgeon.. Highly recommended hi this curmudgeon. Highly recommended.

So I get my adult pants on and was seen by Dr Warren. He was both emphatic and encouraged and I both advancing to a complete exam and to another provider for root extraction. Fingers crossed.

Fantastic experience: AD is the best! I called the office to say I've have a growth on the roof of my mouth for the past few weeks. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dr. Lena immediately referred me to an oral surgeon. She called the office during my appointment and spoke with the oral surgeon about my growth. Fantastic experience: Aquidneck Dental is an upbeat, cheery place to have dental work done. The dentistry is superb, but it sure helps to have staff, hygienists, dentists all with a nice bright smile on their faces. One bit of real "evidence" for their work - on a trip to Minneapolis, I had to see a dentist for an emergency. He looked at an x-ray of my teeth and said " this is brilliant dentistry." So there's that!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Aquidneck Dental for decades. I have had many dentists over my 78 years. Aquidneck Dental is the best ...by a wide margin. Clear description of procedures and follow-ups. A tad pricey but worth it! A bit of a mixup today. Went in for dental cleaning and was told I needed crays at $274. I had sent what I thought were sufficient but needed more recent. Staff followed up but told me the dentist office was permanently closed. It is not. Did not get the cleaning. I called and got the most recent X-rays and have sent them. Hoping to get a cleaning sometime soon without having to pay for additional X-rays and exam. The staff and dentists and especially hygienists are as good as they come.
