Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough good words to say about Dr Doshi and her staff! I’m not a fan of the dentist, a big wimp to say the least, they had the upmost patience with me and they made sure my experience was comfortable and pain free. And now thanks to them I’m walking around with not a single ounce of mouth pain. If you are in need of a dentist, go here! I brought my whole family here now. From the compassionate care provided to the dental work done, Dr Doshi is an amazing and so are her staff!!

Positive experience: At first I thought they were great but through several visits my opinion has changed. Found them to be very condescending and some staff inexperienced and unprofessional! They sent around a notice from Mass Health saying benefits were changing and were not going to pay for certain procedures after a certain date. Since then they seem too busy to take the time to care. During a procedure one of my teeth were chipped which my teeth are fragile but when i asked what could be done Dr. Doshi said that it was not due to the procedure and would not take responsibility nor offer any solutions. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: my doctors where so kind and comforting, as someone who struggles with very intense generalized anxiety disorder i definitely recommend anyone who has anxiety this dentist because of how comforting and understanding they are.My doctor is Dr.Lall and shes great!

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain and needed a dentist asap. and went online and found Admire Dental and decided to give them a try as I have a HUGE phobia of dentists.. From my first appointment Dr Lal and her whole staff including Heather at the front desk were amazing. Dr Lal did what no other dentist would. She pulled 6 teeth in 1 appointment and it was pain free immediately .. Her compassion and understanding is priceless.. Over the last 6 weeks I’ve seen them quite often. Today I went for my final appointment and I am truly amazed with the job she has done.. I know my Husband is watching over me and is proud that I can finally smile. I skipped cleanings for almost 7 years because if the horrible experience ive had with other dentist offices and now I will always go to admire dental! They make me feel so comfortable and are constantly checking in on you during procedures ! Ive gotten two teeth extractions and 1 root canal (going back for a few more) and If I could rate them more then 5 stars I would! The last place I went to to get a root canal was so rude to me told me I didnt need any more numbing and that “he could do the procedure without it” talked about me like he was working on a car and not doing a root canal on a human being so I was scared to go anywhere else . Admire dental totally changed my life around and I cant explain how amazing they are ! I would drive hours to go to them if I had to !

Fantastic experience: Dr. Doshi is really amazing! So caring and careful! My back teeth are in rough shape and I’ve had some hack job dental work done in the past, she has fixed them beautifully and explains everything she’s doing along the way, always makes sure I’m comfortable and that I’m aware of any possible problems I might encounter in the future with my teeth, she has taken much extra time and continued working past closing time to finish. I would recommend her to anyone!

Negative experience: My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated coldly by the receptionist, who seemed to have no patience for patients. The nurse was also rude and didn’t explain anything she was doing. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected the entire time. On top of that, my appointment was canceled without any notice, which caused me serious inconvenience. Total lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: I want to express my dissatisfaction with this dental clinic. I was treated very poorly by the nurse, who showed a lack of respect and empathy during my visit. In addition, the receptionist canceled my appointment without any prior notice, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked for an excuse note for school, they refused to provide one, even knowing it would cause me problems. As a result, I was not allowed to take an important test because I had no excuse. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic human decency from this staff is very disappointing. A healthcare facility should treat patients with respect and responsibility, which clearly did not happen here. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently got a root canal done here and they were excellent. I typically get very anxious, and shake a lot and it showed during the procedure. They were comforting and reassured that I’m fine which was nice of them. The root canal only was about 50 minutes in total which was incredibly fast. It did not hurt much at all the same day and there after. Excellent and friendly staff. Thank you!

Negative experience: I don't know her name but the doctor is very rude I what's what's my mom and my mom heard her say I have to be out of here in an hour and he better not hold up my schedule and I was very nervous about getting my cavities done tell me why I have a panic attack and she's like oh we're going out to sedate him if he don't stop no honey you won't be sedating me and now I'm trying to play against you cuz you're mad rude like I have very bad anxiety and my cousin also goes here and she has a very bad time with it but she is mad rude

I loved it because they have the skills to do it right in the office instead of sending you here and there . They have the qualifications to service you there. Fantastic experience: You can’t possibly imagine a better place to go for all of your dental needs!! If there were ten stars available to give, they would have it hands down. I had gone there for a full set of dentures. After three visits taking impressions and receiving the finished denture… for whatever reason they just didn’t seem like “me” I understand full well that it is impossible to get dentures that will be exactly like your own, but we all want them to be as close as possible. Despite them being the final set, AND my signing off on them saying I was satisfied, I went back in telling them I just wasn’t super comfortable with them. My insurance would have not allowed for another set and my financial situation at he time wouldn’t allow me to pay for another set out of pocket. Do you KNOW….. these ladies, Dr. Lall and Tanya in particular, somehow made it possible for the lab to do another full denture….. with no charge to me!!!! That’s unheard of! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what any other dental office would have. Heather at the front desk is probably the sweetest lady you will ever meet. ALL the staff are just AMAZING! Thank you all SO MUCH for going out of your way to make me one happy lady! Please, go see for yourself….. you will NOT be disappointed ❤️

Fantastic experience: A++service. This is by far the best dentist I have been to in my entire life. Logistically, she accepts no pcommonweatlth ins7urance and does all procedures in house which is super convenient. In general dentist give me super anxiety and I fear going. However Doctor Joshi always makes you comftable. She co pmetely exolaines everyrging she is doing in a way you ubdestand and dont fear, she frequently pauses to ask if ur ok during proxedured and gives you a safety signal to use at any point during if uou feel unconftable she will immediately stop. Today in my appointment I was so relaxed I actua⁵ll dozed off mid proxedure and fellell asleep ifor a few minutes. If I of all people can have this type od experience anyone can. Then a year went by, then I contacted them and they said they could still take me and they took me in within days off calling them back! Fantastic experience: Yep, another five star review for this great dental practice! I hadn't been to a dentist office in years because of insurance issues. They took me in and did a thorough workup and addressed some complicated issues with regard to my teeth. Dr Lall to put a quite simply is amazing! She has a soft touch and great chair side manner. She's always in communication with you during your procedure and is extremely attentive to make sure that you are not in pain. Like other people that have given reviews, she is not afraid to take on some complicated situations in an effort to save your teeth. I cannot be more thankful for her efforts and her entire staff. Speaking of that the front desk is fantastic as well! They will politely hound you and call you until you confirm your appointment because I think secretly they know no one really likes to go see the dentist no matter how good they are! The assistants are all top notch professionals who work hand in hand with the doctors ensuring a smooth visit with minimal pain and discomfort. Also the music is fantastic! Lol. Run, do not walk and do yourself a favor and see the professionals at Admire dental. ***Update ..11/04***about six visits and two crowns later I wish I could give this place a million stars! Not only are they very efficient but they really don't keep you in the chair any longer than they have to which is refreshing especially if you are a big baby like me lol. The work that they have done for me has been impeccable. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants have been absolutely remarkable. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with any other practice. Believe me I've tried them all and if you are worried about visiting the dentist or what you experience may be you can be rest assured that these people will take the utmost care in making sure that your dental health is maintained. Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!!! All around fantastic service… I have had literal horror stories from previous dentist both in and out of the city. I was referred to Dr. Lall for a root canal that was “tricky” … she performed miracles I ended up needing 3 root canals. One tooth I was told by a “specialist” needed to be extracted and she saved it. The entire staff in the office is friendly, caring and compassionate. Heather at the front desk is always super patient and helpful. Always a smile and warm welcome. The manager is very involved and also very friendly. Dr. Lall is simply Amazing!!! She was gentle and determined. She was extremely caring towards my anxiety and was super sweet. I recommend her and this office 100%

Fantastic experience: They helped me chew again I was malnourished and hurting and feeling awkward in public because of the poor denture alignment and bite. Also food kept collecting under my denture. But dr Lall did a miracle. I highly recommend her for bringing me back to smiling again and it was quick. The very next day the dentures came in!!!

Doctor listens to me and has worked with my personal needs in a proactive and very comfortable/accommodating way. Glad I tried this dentist office out, I will now be back in 6months for regular check upstairs and cleans since most recently doing a few needed procedures.
