Fantastic experience: I am about to begin clear aligner treatment, and so far I have found the Tollgate team to be amazing. During my consultation, Dr. Eves clearly laid out what my treatment plan would look like, making me feel confident in his care. Sonia put me at ease with her kind bedside manner as she completed the imaging process, and Leticia, their treatment coordinator, took the time to walk through financing options and answer all of my questions. She was also incredibly kind and patient as I sorted through some personal issues to ensure that I could initiate treatment. My other daughter had braces and they were very caring and always fixed anything that was wrong. She is on the spectrum and they never made her feel awkward. Now onto the next bunch of kids!!!

Recently after a cleaning with my child’s regular dentist they requested the wires be removed for x-rays which revealed cavities that needed to be treated. Tollgate Orthodontics were very accommodating with scheduling and communicating needs of primary dentist as well as taking into consideration school hours. Negative experience: My My first visit was good, but I just went yesterday and I had a Not very good experience she didn’t wear a mask when she did my braces and she spit on my face on accident. I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t wanna be rude and she was chewing gum in my face and put the power train before the wire which is not how you’re supposed to do it so yesterday was not very happy at all the result.
