Fantastic experience: The staff tries to help patients be as comfortable as possible. I appreciate them for admitting that some procedures are unpleasant to endure and trying to mitigate the anxiety.

Fantastic experience: This was my very first visit with this dental group. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while out of fear and anxiety. I must say this was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. They made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel any irritation. Brooke was 100000/10. From the start she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is a true reflection of Mississippi Hospitality. I’ve never seen my teeth look or feel this clean. She made sure I understood everything about my teeth and we created a game plan to tackle my problem areas along with the Dr. Also, I needed a referral for something and they even took the extra mile to refer me to an oral surgeon that accepts my insurance. The ladies in the front area were welcoming and friendly. Everyone was nice and friendly even for it to be an early morning appointment it seemed as if everyone had their coffee and was ready to hit the ground running. They did just that got me in and out but I wasn’t rushed. Another key thing for me was that it was very clean! If you are someone who has a fear of going to the dentist book an appointment with this group. IT IS LIFE CHANGING!

I was politely greeted with small talk from Dr. Fortenberry and his assistant and work was started. It was obvious they knew how to take care of a patient and what needed to be done and work was proceeded professionally and I was made comfortable all during the service. Upon check out the front desk was just as comforting, and professional as everyone you met during the appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Madison Dental Group to anyone needed dental services.

At first, I was a little anxious when making the appointment over the phone because I'm not confident in my English. However, when I mentioned this, they kindly allowed me to communicate via email, which made me feel much more at ease. During our visit, everyone was very kind to us even we could not talk very well. Both the dental hygienists and the doctor were also kind and their examinations and cares were gentle and careful. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic, and we highly recommend it to anyone—especially those who may be nervous about language barriers.
