Fantastic experience: The staff here are incredible! Initially, I called about a toothache and spoke with Mary. She set me up as a new patient and made everything easy. I got the sense that she genuinely cares - I could feel her warmth through the phone! As far as the establishment itself - it is clean and inviting. The massage chairs are a nice feature, and all of the tech is modern. Another bonus is the convenience of the location for Madison and Flora folks. My consultation went seamlessly. Maddie was a real gem! She was welcoming and made me feel at ease. She was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had during X-rays and the check-up. Then Mary thoroughly explained my treatment plan, cost, insurance, etc. I left with a clear understanding. During my procedure, Dr. Brown took care of my issue quickly and expertly. He listened to all of my concerns and provided solutions. Gracey assisted and made sure I was comfortable throughout, all while being as sweet as can be! Most importantly, my teeth feel as good as new. Additionally, I got a surprisingly relaxing cleaning from Sydney. My experience was gentle and painless, and I cannot recommend her enough for your routine cleaning. She is great at what she does! Everything about this practice is excellent, but the factor that makes it extraordinary is the care of their lovely staff. Mannsdale Dental provided the best possible experience for me, and my family and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.
