Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! I have seen at least 5 dentist in the past 10 years since I got crowns on my front 2 teeth. The gums on those teeth were always dark red, bleeding and irritated. Some dentist blamed me for not cleaning enough even though gums around my other teeth are fine. This dentist realized the crowns had a sharp edge underneath the gum line. 15 minutes of polishing literally fixed 10 years of problems for me. I can't recommend this guy enough!!

Negative experience: They did not find all my cavities I later went to amother dentist office because I lost my retainers and they ended up finding I had more cavities and plus I had to do a crown so I rated them one because they are nice to people but the examination is not 100 fully considering the fact I seen another doctor for one thing and told me I had more cavities

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Jon since my first ever dentist appointment as a small child. I have never had to wait long and they do a great job at making me feel comfortable. I moved out of town and I still make the 45 min drive to come here.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the care and expertise of services I receive from all of the staff at Shelby Family Dental. I have had quite a bit of work done including several crowns. I am always impressed at how gentle Dr. Murry is while he works on me. Dr. Murry has always shown me every courtesy and is always patient and really makes me feel comfortable because he shows me that he is interested in me when he takes the time to listen to me. I also really appreciate the gentle handling I have always received from the dental hygienists during dental cleanings. Thank you so very much!!

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Eustis, Florida for 3 years now and I still come to Shelby Family Dental Care to get my teeth taken care of. I will never change. My husband made an appointment for me with a dental practice in Eustis, Florida because I was traveling to Shelby for my dental care. He said we need to find doctors closer to our new place of residence. I went to the dentist in Eustis one time and when I left, I knew I was going back to Shelby Family Dental Care as soon as my gums felt better. I went back to Shelby Family Dental Care and the cleaning was like day and night difference. Wendy cleaned my teeth extra clean, took the time to clean all my teeth, not just the bottom row, and my mouth felt clean and fresh when she finished. No one cleans my teeth as well as Wendy does. I am her forever client!!!!

Negative experience: It has been about a year since myself and my wife did some dental work there, and still suffering the consequences of a bad work. All crowns that were done, need to be redone again, and not only that, the damage it has caused to the gums is tremendous. One of my wife’s crown was done way bigger than her tooth, and every dentist we seen since then gets shocked when they look at it. Very unprofessional work done by that office. Please do your research and make sure you’re very careful when choosing your family dentist, as sometimes the consequences are very serious.
