Fantastic experience: I drove from an hour away, and it was extremely worth it! The office was very clean and inviting. Megan was very helpful and prompt in assisting me with check in and out. I had Miriam as a hygienist and she was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Taraji was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! Best experience from the start. I spoke with Meghan and she was my person of contact the entire time. She answered all my questions and followed up with me every single time.. She got me my appointment right away & even accommodated my work schedule. She quoted me an estimated price & the price did not change, It was very affordable. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, the process was easy and the staff were very professional. The dentist and nurses were very reassuring and and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. Then once I was done the front desk scheduled my next visit quickly and I was on my way. They checked in with me the following day to make sure I was all good. Answered any questions I had and told me if I needed anything at all to stop in or call. Best experience I've had at a dental office especially with getting such a painful procedure done. Im on day 3 and no issues. 10/10 highly recommend this place for anyone. Kids or adults. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am having a decent amount of work done and after 2 days I already see a feel a huge difference. Hands down greats place from the second you walk in the door. Super clean.

She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was also very nice as were the ladies up front at the desk. Megan goes over everything and keeps you on point with the billing and appointment reminders. I absolutely love this dental office!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eva and her staff are amazing! I don’t even know where to start with explaining why I feel this way. She has been my dentist for a while now. Years back when I was given a referral for her by a friend , I sent my husband and son first ( as I have done in the past with other health care professionals) because I have I have a huge phobia with trust ! I had a previous dentist that I have had for most of my life and he retired. It took many years to trust again! Dr. Eva has preformed a numerous amount of various procedures on me in her chair. She is a true geniuses with her Dental skills and also one of the most compassionate people that I have ever met in a professional setting! Yes! She is a brilliant doctor and a beautiful person❤️

Fantastic experience: I swear dentist have always made me so nervous I would avoid getting my teeth taking care of and at first my blood pressure was 200+ on the high end but half way through my first visit I was relaxed playing Chris brown tlc commodores Christmas songs chill in with the coolest dental prosessionals and before u knew it we were doing extra 40 mins worth of root canal more then I originally planned or thought it would work out but staff gets a 10-10 !and they were pleasant on the eyes if ya know what I’m saying ! Organized , professional, relaxed and down to earth at the same time !?? Like what !?!! I’m glad I walked in the door the other day just curious. U won’t regret choosing them as your permanent dentist. Thanks guys see u next week

Staff is super friendly and find affordable accommodations for you. I had my wisdom teeth removed with no anesthesia and my experience was great and only took them about a half hour.

I had an emergency and the office did all in their power to make sure I could travel to Europe in just 2 days. Found an underlying issue other dentists missed for years even after my 6 month check-ups with them. So thankful she was able to save my tooth. Highly recommended!!!

Positive experience: Had to change my review here. Unfortunately I had a very terrible experience here. I had to have my teeth pulled and get dentures. Got my temp dentures and within a few weeks they didn't fit anymore. Dentist says there is absolutely nothing I can do . Didn't give me options or any just nope can't help you. So if you need dentures please go somewhere else. I'm giving 3stars only because before all this it was a very pleasant experience.just was blown away by not being able to get dentures and a smile from a place called exactly that smile.not this guy.

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews but am giving in this time and doing one because I owe it to Dr Eva and she deserves it. I am in my mid 50's and have been to many dentists ( including a prominent lady dentist in Gross Pointe ). Dr Eva by far is the best dentist I have had in my life. She has done much work to my teeth ( thousands of dollars worth ) over the past 5 years. Not crazy out of this world expensive services - I'm talking like a dozen crowns plus multiple fillings. Dr Eva is the only dentist I've been to who can grind down a tooth and put a temporary crown on it and the next day I forget I even went to the dentist. She is very caring and she does top-level dentistry work. I am a skilled tradesman who is hard to please and I can't find any flaws with Dr Eva's work. She is a gifted craftsperson who could easily charge double for the quality of work she performs. I hope I never see any other dentist again other than Dr Eva for the rest of my life. Anyone looking for a new dentist or wants to see one for the first time in a lot of years would do themself a favor by trying Dr Eva first. She does top notch crowns that fit perfect and can be chewed on without any pain whatsoever. She also doesn't push extra unwanted dental work on you. Dr Eva crowned by front teeth and I was scared even though I know she is good. But they fit perfect and look better than they have looked in the past 30 years. I feel blessed to have such a great dentist. In addition, her office manager ( Megan ) is top notch. Megan handles the billing perfectly and does not overcharge ever. I have fought with other dental billing persons in the past about excessive repetitive billing but NEVER with Megan. She is the only medical office person whom I have ever been able to fully trust. She is a blessing. Together they make it much easier to visit the dentist regularly and the world is a much better place with them in it. I'm glad I made the decision to make an appointment with Dr Eva 5 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I just got my wisdom teeth taken out early November, I was super nervous to get them them done. But the team here was great and did a fantastic job. It was quick and I wasn’t in that much pain after and was eating normal food in 4-5 days. I got all 4 of them taken out and was really happy with the way they checked up on me and was really helpful. Fantastic experience: *I have been going to Dr. Goriee's office for a few years now. She demonstrates patience, attentiveness, intelligence, and genuine concern for each patient. Her staff shows the same kindness to patients. Dr. Goriee has attended to every dental emergency I've had. She makes herself available and understands the needs of her patient, including their sensitivities and fear. I highly recommend this Smile Shapers office. Her work is impeccable. *I tried to write two reviews, but Google won't let me. My father recently came to visit and arrived with a terrible toothache. It was preventing him from eating or sleeping. I contacted Dr. Goriee's office on Monday, and the following day, she not only accepted my father as a new patient and examined him that day, but she was able to fix his tooth that afternoon. Phenomenal! My father has not had any pain since and really wishes he could take Dr. Goiree and her staff back home with him. Everyone in the office from Meghan to Kaleigh welcomed my dad and made him comfortable. I am so grateful for this office and the professionalism they present every time I visit.

Fantastic experience: All of Smile Shapers staff are exceptionally courteous, competent, and professional. I was especially impressed with how thorough Dr. Eva performed my dental exam upon my initial visit. She diagnosed complications that no other dentists ever pointed out to me, in going to different dentists for 40 years. Meghan the receptionist, is well-knowledged in dental insurance plans and gave me expert advice when I wanted to buy additional dental insurance outside of my employers plan. I have found my new dentistry home.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Dr. Eva. was amazing! I needed two wisdom teeth removed (that I have put off for quite some time due to my previous dentist telling me it wasn’t a simple pull, I would need to be put under anesthesia and how they didn’t feel comfortable etc.)Well, I am glad I went to get another opinion because she pulled them with no issue! I felt little to zero discomfort. Dr. Eva. Followed up the following day to check in and see how I was doing. Her staff is so kind and helpful as well. Very clean inside.

Negative experience: My 8 year old daughter has been going here since she was a LITTLE BABY… they have called me numerous times to reschedule appointments to help them out, no problem I would do it …my daughters father and I got mixed up on one of her appointment dates I thought it was Wednesday he thought Thursday so we missed ONE appointment without calling i called the following day to reschedule and they told me they kicked my 8 year old daughter out and won’t let her be seen anymore …stopped answering our calls emails texts everything just threw her away like she was NOTHING after 5 years of loyal business…. Absolutely dumb founded how heartless these people can be to a little child. Telling EVERYONE not to ever use this company.
