Fantastic experience: After my lifetime dentist retired, I started seeing a dentist that was absolutely horrible. She did a ton of dental work on me, but while under her care I permanently lost a tooth and almost a 2nd one. My sister referred me to Dr. Tiffin. He and his staff are wonderful! It was nice to go in for my cleaning and not feel sick inside. Thank you Dr. Tiffin!

After experiencing a dental mishap over the weekend, they were able to accommodate me quickly on Monday without hesitation. What impressed me most was how they handled the situation, with smiles on their faces, never making me feel like I was an inconvenience. They even went the extra mile to review my insurance thoroughly, ensuring everything was taken care of. That kind of attention and care is rare, and it made a stressful situation feel manageable. I’m so thankful to every staff member who turned today’s visit into such a positive experience. This office truly sets the standard for patient care, and I wouldn’t trust my dental health anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I am visiting Michigan from China and my upper gums became inflamed and tender, so my friend suggested I visit Tiffin Family Dentistry. I appreciate that they were able to see me the very next day and the whole experience could not have been more pleasant. Dr. Tiffin was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided pain free treatment to the inflamed area along with instructions for care. Dr. Tiffin and his assistant made me feel so comfortable the whole time and two days later, I am already starting to feel better. I thanked my friend for recommending Tiffin Family Dentistry to me.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Tiffin and staff was outstanding !!

Negative experience: Beware! We used to use this practice for my children but have since moved. We have had 4 failed pulpotomies on my kids in total that were managed here. They have seen several dentists amongst them for tooth infections and resultant extractions due to failure to properly seal the teeth post procedure. (both new dentists at a pediatric dental office made the same comments) After the first time we didn't think much of it but since it has become a pattern and two different dentists commented on the failures it seems they were performed incorrectly. The staff were polite it just seems the procedures were not done to a high standard of care. Sadly the kids have had to endure extractions and spacers. I would recommend seeking a second opinion if Dr Tiffin proposes a pulpotomy procedure on your child.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and very welcoming for a dentist office. For someone who is deathly afraid of dentist like I am, this is the place to go. Everyone is so nice and make you feel so much at ease. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

Stephanie at the front desk is very friendly and has gone above and beyond with customer service. Maggie was both careful in attentive it's such a shame that she's moving however I'm grateful for her diligence on my visit today and look forward to my next cleaning with someone new at tiffin I'm sure they will be just as good. I have yet to have a poor or even slightly mediocre experience at tiffin dentistry I will recommend it to anyone I meet.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown installed and an extraction with Dr Tiffin and his staff. The experience was so smooth and pain free (after the local anesthesia). It was remarkable to me how efficiently they moved thru the surgery. 24 hours later, I’m pain free with no complications. This is definitely the place to go for your dental care

My first visit was for a cleaning then I returned for a crown and filling. I have bad dental anxiety so I was nervous, but Dr Tiffin and his assistant explained everything they were doing and continuously checked on me through my procedure. Added bonus, my crown was made at my appointment so no temporary crown or a return visit needed!
