Fantastic experience: The staff at advanced endotontics were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. After a very painful aching tooth all weekend they managed to see me on Monday morning. After X-rays to find the problem, Dr Jessica Garcia and her team calmed me down and reassured me that the toothache could be resolved straight away. She also provided me with all the information on the treatment, what to expect over the next week and the final steps to full recovery. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my visit.

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful experience. We had an emergency with our daughter after she fell and broke her tooth. Dr. Garcia and her team were super accommodating. Dr. Garcia was great with our daughter. They gave her some cool glasses to watch TV while she got the work done and says she didn’t feel a thing. They explained every step of the way and made us feel comfortable during this scary time. The job was beautifully done and repaired looking good as new. We are so grateful for this wonderful team and will make them our go to in the future.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I cracked my tooth. Fortunately, my amazing Dentist Dr. Grady with Maitland Dentistry recommended Dr. Garcia with Advanced. I will get back to her in a second, but definitely want to point out that her staff is just incredible. Initially, i was greeted and assisted by Marissa who made me feel most welcome and checked me in with patience and kindness. Sabrina, scanned my mouth and took some x rays. Once again incredibly patient and sweet. She seemed to really care about my well being. Dr. Garcia then checked out the images and gave me the lowdown on the findings. Typically, i ask a lot of questions so i am able to fully understand but she explained it in a way that i could understand eliminating a lot of ny concerns and anxieties. Miraculously, she was able to find a cancellation and fit me in right away for the root canal. The next day. Amazing. The next day Marissa greeted me as I walked in the door. She checked me in and next thing i iknew i was being hosted back to the chair by the dental assistant Vanessa. Vanessa also like the rest of the staff was concerned with my comfort and wellbeing and preped me for Dr. Garcia. It is my first root canal so i was expecting the worst and i was racked with anxiety. Turns out none of that was necessary. Dr. Garcia was efficient and quick and the pain i anticipated never happened. I am so glad Dr. Grady recommended Dr. Garcia and Advanced I am looking forward to my follow up. Thank you so much for caring for me and my little broken tooth.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional office. I came in for my fist appointment after I have given them my information requesting the please notify of any costs prior. They did not and when I arrived they slung several costs on me and said they’re record show they did and left messages. I didn’t receive either and have never had any of these issues with other offices in the past. Instead of trying to find a way to help resolve the issue the front desk person ask if I wanted to cancel the appointment. Thanks for wasting my time, lack of professionalism and consideration. Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my dentist and I am so glad that I went! My first visit was to examine and discuss treatment for an infected root canal. Everyone was so kind and courteous. I was immediately prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication which was sent directly to my preferred pharmacy before I had even left the office. It was so easy to accommodate my schedule for the second appointment. Doctor Garcia is such a lovely professional. She performed excellent work in record time while being concerned for my comfort. Julia was in tandem with her as she assisted while still being very kind. Sharika will make you feel welcome immediately as she addresses any concerns or questions at the front desk. I have had numerous root canals and implants over the years and this team was the very best that I have ever encountered. So thankful and will highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful all around experience from front desk to medical assistant to Doctor. Dr. Garcia was absolutely amazing in her medical professionalism. She fully explained the procedure I would be getting and I could tell she was VERY focused on the technical aspect of what she was doing every step of the way. I wasn't aware of the need for the laser usage but she completely explained how the procedure does a better job of cleaning the canal area to treat bacteria. No after treatment pain or discomfort. Highly and enthusiastically endorse their practice.

Fantastic experience: Just had a retreatment on a root canal that I had years ago, and I've always gone to this location, originally with Dr Wu, Who has always lovely but has since retired, however I just had Dr Chung amd he too was awesome, his whole staff is awesome, and the service was done professionally and efficiently, but I do have to say his assistant, as lovely as her intentions were, needs to not talk to the patients like their 5 years old. I'm almost 50 and being spoken to as if I'm an adolescent with the baby talk is not the way to go

Fantastic experience: Let me just say if you go anywhere other than Dr Garcia you are not getting exceptional care! She is absolutely talented, sweet and excellent at her Craft. There is no need to look For another endodontist because the service she provides is beyond, what is necessary and I personally have a phobia of Dentists and I will tell you She not only did everything she could to make me comfortable, her staff were just as empathetic and again these are traits that are not trained in individuals. This is who they are. Getting a root canal is never a fun experience, however listening to her And her staff sing to the music, makes you feel at ease. Céline Dion and Adele definitely have competition! She is well worth my hour drive. It was a wonderful surprise being a veteran to get this T-shirt after my root canal and I will wear it proudly to advertise for her because it is a definite conversation piece.

Fantastic experience: No one wants to wind up here…(or anywhere) to get a root canal. It’s lousy, it’s not fun and it’s really expensive wherever you wind up I spent a week in miserable pain before I was finally referred here. I’m a self-paying patient and yes, the price was very high. However, a root canal treatment anywhere is expensive. I was able to get a prompt appt to see Dr Gonzalez. The office was super clean and comfortable. After a quick set of X-rays and exam, they were able to perform the root canal right away. Every step of the procedure was orally explained to me. Dr. Gonzalez and her assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine. They moved in synchronicity. I marveled at their precise movements over my face. The root canal was performed with lasers which was new to me. All throughout, I never felt a thing other than the discomfort of the bite block and protective film they wrapped around my tooth. In about an hour, the root canal was done and I was on my way. Now that I need to restore the tooth (i.e. get a crown), I regret not getting an implant instead. Next time, I will definitely look into getting an implant rather than a root canal. I left with a very expensive t-shirt and thank you gift. I’d rather they skip the souvenirs and reduce the out of pocket expense, but we all know that’s not happening. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I want to edit my review. As I wrote before this office is very nice. I do want to say after receiving my explanation of benefits and realizing that the laser for your root canal is not covered by insurance… any insurance. $150 and you will owe that. I was told that I signed stated that this was not covered. I ask to see this and billing sent me through email where I signed that I’m aware of this charge not being covered. Only thing is , it’s not even a signature…. No just like a slant of a mark. Just know about the $150 charge.

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen many endodontist but I would highly remain Dr. Cruz from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. It was an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and make sure to check in on you so you're not just sitting and waiting. Dr. Cruz is awesome! She is so pleasant and so knowledgeable and actually explains everything she is talking about. So you can understand it. I had to have a root canal replaced and it was the most pleasant root canal I've ever had. They set you up as if you're in surgery and even sing along to the tunes while they're working on you. Aisha was also amazing. I would have thought that she was the doctor. I've already started recommending Dr. Cruz to my friends and family and I would highly suggest you do the same I even received a cool t-shirt for being brave

Fantastic experience: I am so blessed that I come across this office in my web search.I called a few places but they stated they couldnt see my daughter because she was to young shes six they only accept twelve and up. She broke her molar and the regular dentist did her best cleaning/filled it but after that the pain become worst she gave me a referral to see a specialist but again her age was the issue. I didn't know what to do I felt hopeless she was not able to sleep because of the pain and I couldnt take her to get it fixed with the referral from the dentist. Sunday night she didn't sleep at all so again I am so greatful that Advanced Endodontics were able to take care of us the same day I called. All of the staff from the front desk ladies to the assistant and the doctor were so accommodating and patient while taking care of my daughter and we finally got sleep lastnight thank you. She woke up and was back to her normal self and said she didn't have any pain. I definitely recommend coming to this office if your in pain you walk in with it and leave restored.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garcia was kind patient and fast. She listened to me and answered all my questions. Having needles in someone’s mouth is not fun, but what she did was, she used a special device to help soothe the gum area where the needles were going in and it helped so much. The music was nice. I was able to honestly calm down and I have the procedure done. The assistant Milexis was exceptionally kind answered so many questions and when I told her I was a baby she said oh that’s OK. We’re gonna do great. I will recommend this dentist office to everybody who needs complex root canals.

Fantastic experience: The customer service was grade A. The staff was very knowledgeable of their work and the work that is done there. They were very concerned about my problem and made sure I understood what work they were going to do to correct my problem. I experienced no pain with the shots and the idea of listening to music while the dentist does her work was outstanding. It helped me to relax and not worry about what work was being done on my teeth. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate being treated with kindness and care by Dr Garcia. She made a procedure which was difficult for me go as well as possible. I especially appreciated the information and counseling provided to me by dental assistant Milexis. The communication at the front desk went easily. Referral to this office came to me from Dr. Cohen and Dr Pascha. My insurance overpaid my first visit for x-rays and I am told the over payment will be credited to my card.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garcia performed the easiest root canal I've ever experienced on a rear molar. I'm truly a terrible patient, but this went so smoothly I was actually surprised when they told me it was finished. Milexis was wonderful assisting, and I had a great conversation with Kellie and the gals up front about our summer reads. If you need a root canal and you're nervous, visit Dr. Garcia!!

Fantastic experience: First I want to thank all the staff for making me feel so welcome and like family. I received a welcome gift which I never experienced before. I came in for a root canal and left with a temporary filling thanks to Jessica Garcia who treated my root canal. Negative experience: Noo , this experience it was Terrible . It was an emergency for me , I was all swallowed for one infection in my tooth and I decided to go to a specialist . I meet Doc Nicolas Chung in this clinic young guy without to much experience I believe , he was not able to give me a diagnosis also send me a home without a treatment for my infection and he invited me to come at they’re first availability after a week to open the tooth for seeing what’s happened. They also didn’t ask a opinion a another person’s with more experience to see my tooth and my face and neck all swollen. All this 253$ for talking with him 5 min and waiting more than one hour . Also they didn’t accept my Rx from the same day which I did at my previous dentist . Everything just for charging more and more money , they don’t care of patients , ah that for sure . The last and more stupid thing , he told me I need to decide if I want to take the antibiotic or not in the future days and didn’t check about the treatment .I work in medical field from a long time but like this I never have been seen before. I left that beautiful office crying because I lost my money and I didn’t received nothing regarding my tooth but They gave me a small bag with ombrella toothpaste and some stupid things inside probably for that I paid all this money ……..Patients need right treatment because the other staff we can buy by ourself . Don’t put specialist Endodontics because just a specialist I didn’t find over there .

Negative experience: I would not recommend going here. My personal experience has not been good. The place is an assembly line. i had a root canal done a few weeks ago, They "evaluated" another tooth, found an abscess, did not rx an antibiotic. Had to call my general dentist for an Rx the following week in serious pain. When I had my first root canal, I forgot my wallet, my bad. I have a Care Credit account, I said put it on that. I had a remaining balance of 12.00. They refused to treat me unless I came up with it. Thank God I was able to find my debit card number through my bank app after a 1/2 hour searching. 100/1000, I get it. But 12.00? I was referred back due to another tooth possibly needing a root canal. Called to set up an appointment, rude staff. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience from the moment I walked into this office until the last day of my follow-up. The staff and dental assistants were very warm, welcoming, personable and did everything to help me relax and feel comfortable. Dr. Chung was absolutely Amazing. We discussed my procedure ,he was personable, professional, understanding, reassuring and checked on me throughout. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep WHILE he was working on me...that has NEVER happened to me during dental work. My root canal was in March 2025, all is fantastic and I highly recommend Dr. Chung. Thank you, your staff and assistants for a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nicholas Chung (Winter Park, FL site) performed my root canal. He and his assistants were professional and thorough. He asked several times if I was ok and he explained everything that he was going to do. I never had any pain after he initially administered novocaine. The office staff was friendly and helpful. No one wants to have a root canal. However, if you have to have one, I would recommend Dr. Chung at AE. Very caring people.

Fantastic experience: My son recently had a root canal done at this office after years of recurring issues with an abscess that wouldn’t fully resolve. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The office itself is immaculate and calming making it obvious that the staff truly go out of their way to make patients feel cared for. A special shout-out to Nikki for making my kiddo feel comfortable ♡ as he was offered a blanket during the procedure. Those small, thoughtful touches speak volumes about how much they care about patient experience. My son walked away not only relieved, but genuinely grateful...something I never thought I’d say after a root canal! We’re so thankful to have been referred to Dr. Garcia. The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail was remarkable. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team and service! Not sure I would ever equate root canal and words such as great, fun, comfortable. Dr. Martinez, Milexis, and the entire team were great. I had an unplanned root canal. They got me in the same day. The doctor and team calmly and clearly explained what we had to do. During the procedure, she explained things, told a few jokes, and sang to help me be calm. They took care of the small things that make a difference (e.g., gift bag, t-shirt). What ever the doctor is doing to build the culture and experience...please keep doing it.! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics. I am a repeat patient who needed a root canal. The staff was very caring and professional. Dr J Garcia was great. She did a thorough examination to make sure I needed a root canal and was not cheap with administering pain medication. At no point did I feel any less than totally confident in their abilities and in my speculation how the procedure would turn out. What blew me away was I found myself truly enjoying their work flow and the pure joy they showed. It was evident that they love what they do. I confess I actually chuckled. When does that ever happen in a place like this?

Fantastic experience: Had to go in for my first ever Root Canal. Very nervous about it. Was warmly greeted by Kelly, Ashia assisted Dr Martinez, both friendly, very professional and continually checked on how I was feeling, keeping my pain to a minimum. Positive experience overall and have great confidence in Dr Martinez and her staff. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Worst front desk ever. Extremely rude and hang up on my wife. Said they will call us back and not surprised that we never got a call. Was recommended by another dentist here for root canal. BTW, we never make comments online but this is just ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chung is the absolute man. He did my root canal in binder a half hour and it is perfect. Completely professional and was engaged the whole time. Spoke with me about the pros and cons of each decision and helped me determine what was best for me. As his was also amazing. His assistant was heart warming and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I developed a cavity in a crowned tooth in spite of my quarterly deep cleanings. A root canal was required to save the tooth. Advanced Endodontics performed the root canal and I was able to visit my dentist to have the tooth restored. No pain from the procedure. I was treated with respect and care.

Fantastic experience: I think most people are a little apprehensive when going for a root canal and i am no exception. When i first walked in I was warmly greeted at the front desk by Kellie and Rico. I don’t believe I’ve ever been greeted by such friendly and helpful front desk staff as i was this day. From friendly chatter to Kellie offering her assistance with my necklace to Rico offering me head phones and assistance picking out music to play for my procedure. The same care continued from Milexis taking x rays and assisting Dr. Chung who did a very thorough exam and consultation. I was only scheduled for a consultation and not for the root canal it was determined i needed. I asked if I could possibly have treatment that day which i assumed would not happen since i wasn’t on the schedule but he quickly checked with another Dr to see if they could do it. In comes Dr Garcia and her assistant Ashia who very graciously offered their services. Both so professional and caring making sure i was as comfortable and pain free as they could make me. I was overwhelmed with the entire staff and highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs this service.

Fantastic experience: They made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. Their staff was kind and friendly. Loved the new patient gift bag and the fact that they had snacks available in the waiting room.

I came in for a consultation and was able to get the procedure scheduled the same day. All around a good experience.

Fantastic experience: The dental office at Morse, Winter Park, is efficiently organized with friendly staff, fast digital processing of required paperwork, cozy waiting area which looks clean and comfortable, plus a provision of bottled water, juices, and snacks. I’m impressed. Dr Nicholas Chung and his assistant, D A Odorico, are very professional, attentive, and clearly to the point when explaining to me the process and price for doing my necessary “root canal.” Dr Chung explains the dental process to be performed in easy to understand words, giving me a great feeling to trust him plus his initial caring that I’d be pain free. His assisting technician, Odorico, is easy going with a professionally friendly personality plus a great listener when taking step by step directions from Dr Chung on what needs to be done next. What a TEAM. I thank Dr Chung, his assistant, and the Morse A.E. team for making me feel “Special.” P.S.: I’m overly surprised for the free “ae” gift bag & the new t-shirt given to me for “l Survived A Root Canal.”

Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome! From scheduling to the consultation to my root canal, it was simple, straight forward and informative. Dr. Chung was thorough and did an excellent job making sure the procedure was done to perfection. Ashia, who assisted Dr. Chung, was kind, and made the experience so much better from start to finish by keeping me informed and answering my questions.

Fantastic experience: This office is great. The staff is friendly, and they run a very efficient office. We were seen based on our appointment time with minimal waiting time, and the care was provided professionally, with very clear communication in each step of the way. I highly recommend this office. Overall it was as wonderful as a dental experience can be.

Fantastic experience: Dr Garcia and her team are awesome..did a root canal and had no pain at all. Very professional and I would say one of the best Endodontist in the area

Negative experience: I took my son for an initial evaluation and waited two hours for his appointment with Dr Chen. I asked a couple of times how long it would be as he had a lesson scheduled for 2.5 hours after his appointment time, which he wound up missing due to how long we sat around. When we went back to the exam room, it was dirty. They tried to take x-rays of his teeth, but the equipment was too large for his mouth, which hurt and made him gag. We left before ever seeing the doctor. They apologized and we were told there would be no charge for the visit, yet they billed my insurance anyway, including for the evaluation by the doctor he never saw. Overall, pretty terrible. Also, note that if you are having a procedure done, it is visible by others walking to their exam rooms as the rooms have no doors. There are large monitors on the walls which face the hallway, so I was able to see the oral surgery of the gentleman who was called back before we were.

Fantastic experience: I went for a root canal retreatment, The Dr was kind and patient answering all my questions, the staff from the front desk to the back was just wow. The experience was incredible, they welcome you with gift and make sure that you get comfortable they even ask me if i don’t want a blanket lol . A big heart full of thanks. I would definitely recommend. Best place ever.

Fantastic experience: The staff here were very friendly and welcoming! During my procedure, I was kind of freaking out and Dr. Garcia and her assistant was very understanding, patient and supportive. Them just giving me the time to relax was enough to get me through the process. I would 1000% return and recommend others to experience their services.

Negative experience: My wife had a root canal this morning with Dr Chung. The dental assistant for the procedure seemed distracted and annoyed to be at work. She was extremely rough during their interactions. During the procedure due to an error, her mouth was flooded with cleaning solution. The procedure then had to be halted to clean out her burning mouth and throat. I called their office to relay her frustration with procedure as she was too upset to do so. The office staff were really nice and courteous. They offered treatment to help the healing process as it can take up to a week to return to normal. Understandably, my wife doesn’t want to step foot in the building again. At the end of the day my wife now has additional unnecessary pain due to the error.

Fantastic experience: Advanced Endodontics is an amazing and awesome dental facility. I visited this facility to have a root canal procedure. Doctor Garcia and dental assistant Alice and staffing are incredible! Courteous, polite and true dental professionals. They make you feel very comfortable and give a family feel environment. Negative experience: I asked multiple staff at the beginning of the appointment to please not conduct any services that were not covered by my insurance. They did a non-covered test anyway (didn't even notice as it's a test where they just tap your tooth with a cold substance) and handed me a $78 bill at check out. The receptionist told me I could not leave the office unless I paid it, which I believe is not legal. She asked "you can't pay that?" with a super condescending tone loudly in front of other patients, which was embarrassing. I asked who accredits the facility, hoping to read up on patient policy to help my case, and not one of the 4 staff in the office had any idea who their accrediting body is. I want to note that the young woman who first checked me in was much more kind and helpful, unfortunately I do not remember her name. It took about 2 hours of persistence and a gentle threat to report them to the insurance and referring doctor to finally get them to remove the false charge.
