Negative experience: Greenburg Dental doesn’t write the correct information on referrals resulting in delayed care.Then when called to confront, yes I was pissed and said I wanted to file a complaint they then started arguing with me saying it not their fault. Even though the wrote “tooth pain” on a referral knowing my daughter needed an extraction. So the Oral Surgeon couldn’t use the referral. How is it not your fault if yall were the one writing it out? Hmmm. I wasn’t pleasantly on the phone which then they dismissed my daughter at this location knowing I’ve been fighting since 2024 for my daughters teeth. Between insurance and Greenburg writing wrong information. And lying to the surgeons. ( I have proof) There is a lot more, but I’m not writing it out.

Fantastic experience: The office is super cold, but besides that the staff is great. I completely recommend this dental office. And they also treat you like family.

Negative experience: here for over an HOUR AND A HALF for just a basic check up and cleaning

Negative experience: I made my appointment last week August 20th they told me it would be $59 I went in on the 27th and it was $89. They told me all Greensburg are charging more now. Since I made my appointment before it went up and they told me it would be $59 they should have charged me what they quoted me. I think it was a waste of my time and money going there nothing got done to my teeth. They sent me to another office in Altamonte to get my cleaning. Wondering why they couldn't do the cleaning there and put a filling with a crown. I don't want to say I feel like I got ripped off because I know the exam alone was worth it...just SMH. This place is all an act they really only want your money. It was very noticeable i felt i got ripped off.i dont recommend this place.i am 74 i deserve a little care

Negative experience: On August 1,2025 I schedule an appointment for my son for August 18, 2025 at 4pm. On the website it states this location does not close until 6pm on Mondays. I arrived to the location at 3:45pm, the doors are locked and the lights are off. Not a single employee in site. There is a huge sticker on the door that states the location is open until 6pm on Mondays. I took off work early due to the distance to get to this location, it was a 45 minute ride. Normally dentist office call the day before your appointment or the Friday before if your appointment is on a Monday, I did not receive a phone or a voice message advising the location would not be open. There was no indication or notice on the door advising the location was closing early, another individual also arrived to the location asking why the office was closed. I will not be rescheduling with this location due to their lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Nor can I recommend anyone to go to their location or use their services.

Fantastic experience: Great service and staff! I took my brothers for their routine check ups & Alexis and Dr. Ryan Priemer at the South Orlando location were very kind and informative. My brothers and I felt cared for and heard. We will be coming back for future routine check-ups!

Negative experience: Place is not organized. They cost me four thousand dollars due to they took a month and a half to bill my insurance and by then I had changed plan which didn't cover the service. My daughter has braces and the mounting brackets keep coming loose, now they say they have to charge us to fix it each time when they are the ones not installing them correctly. Another thing they only have the Orthodontist in the office one day a week, so getting an appointment is nearly impossible. We had to wait over a month for an appointment to get her braces fixed when the wire was jabbing her in the mouth. The place is a joke. Do not waste your money going to them.

Negative experience: I came to this office in excruciating pain, and I was genuinely grateful that the office manager was able to get me in the next day. That part of the experience was smooth and appreciated. After the exam, I was given a treatment plan. The prices were astronomical I then asked if Dr. Ryan Priemer could return so I could ask a few questions and discuss possible adjustments. He declined. I continued speaking with the dental assistant—who was kind and clearly trying to help—and she offered to ask him again on my behalf. I said yes, once more. Again, he refused to return I asked three times really—calmly and respectfully—but was left sitting in pain with no opportunity to ask about my options or understand the costs involved. The assistant was put in a difficult position, trying to explain things that really should have come directly from the doctor. I chose this office based o information the office manager provided about crown materials and how they aligned with my insurance. She gave me some info—enough to entice me. That “transparency” was a key reason for my decision. However, when I arrived, the treatment plan included significantly more expensive materials than what had been discussed—without explanation. Also very different from the estimated costs. I remained professional and respectful throughout, yet my concerns were ultimately dismissed. I wasn’t confrontational noticeably upset yes but—I simply wanted clarity. But when the doctor shows no willingness to communicate, it sets the tone for the rest of the staff. The front desk seemed just as uninterested in helping resolve the issue, and I was left feeling stuck. In the end, I felt misled and unheard. When someone comes in experiencing real pain, the bare minimum should be open communication and a willingness to have a conversation about care and cost. I really hope someone from the office reads this because that was unacceptable like yall work in healthcare. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. If you’re using Medicare or Medicaid, they may be able to bill higher-tier services with fewer questions asked but they can get away with it. that seems to be their focus. For patients trying to make informed decisions about their care, this wasn’t the right place.

Negative experience: Inhumane service!! Do not! Do not go to Greenberg Dental on Orange Avenue with Dr.Premier!!! Save yourself now! The service I received at this place gave me an infection! Thank God for real dentist with compassion that were able to save my life because Dr.Premier is lazy and could care less! I went in to have a chipped tooth repaired and you would have thought I was in a 3rd world country by how disgusting this practice treated me. The dental hygienist was nasty and on the phone with her boyfriend while doing a crown! While propping my mouth open with the block she literally threw the block across the counter and put it back in my mouth while molding the crown!! I wish you all could see the crown these people created a thought I was going to actually use. I had an allergic reaction that could have been prevented doctors premier was nowhere to be found! I called the headquarters office and spoke with Lois who transferred my care to a different location on Kirkman road and she could have cared less as well! It’s cheap work and cheap doctors who do not care and don’t know what they’re doing!!!! Infection control is non existent under wanna be Dr.Premier office and I wouldn’t recommend you or your loved ones going to this practice to do anything!! Save yourself and choose a different office!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here! I’m currently on tour with a Broadway National Tour and my crown I got in New York years ago broke. I thought it would be nearly impossible to replace because I’m in a different city every week, but Dr. Priemer and his assistant, Alexis, acted fast and had a 3-D scan sent to the lab. I stopped in on Tuesday and had my new permanent crown by Friday. I don’t know what I would have done without their quick thinking, kindness, and attention to detail. Cierra also popped in to help mold my temporary crown, which fit like a dream. I highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: Used Car Salespeople with a DDS Had fun with the phone tree… Very difficult to talk to a person on the phone. They refuse to give out any substantive information over the phone to make an informed session. Only thing they want to do is get you in for a consult and then they use typical high pressure sales tactics to try and get you to sign a contract or opt into their various “discount” programs. Go find a sole proprietor dentist or orthodontist, you may see a higher upfront cost but will end up paying less in the long run and have a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Alexis was very kind and extremely comforting. I was very frightened to have my teeth filled in but she helped me stay calm while the dentist completed the procedure.

Dr. Ryan Primier is awesome ,he is one of the few Dr. that sits to listen, and takes everything you said in consideration, he is very gentle, honest, friendly... He worked on my case along with Jerry . Jerry is so professional and so helpful . He went above and beyond making sure all my needs were accomplished before leaving the office..also we can't forget about our hygienist Jackie is one of the best hygienist we have been to , my husband loves her too. They really make you feel like a family! Thanks for making me smile bright again

Negative experience: Worst dentist in Orlando. Dr.Premiere is a hack. When anyone mentions a tooth issue whether it be tooth cleaning, filling, or major my immediate response is "Whatever you do, don't go to greenberg dental" their front office staff is immature and very unproffesional like little high school girls. Very sad. Do better.

Negative experience: The dentist is a good guy, but the administrative staff is terrible. Every appointment I've had for myself or my kids have had issues so far. Their admin staff are both rude and lie, taking no accountability for themselves. Our whole family will be walking on the next inccident

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and friendly. I came in early and the young lady fitted me in. The person who took my impressions was very good also. 02/14/2024 I went in to speak with the Dentist about new braces and implants. I was informed that I would have to pay out of pocket. They said the insurance company, Liberty didn’t give me the correct information. He checked my teeth and said everything looked good and I can get new partial’s. The assistant sent in the pre-authorization to company. She also informed me I would have to pay out of pocket for scans, $200. and part of one partial. My partial was FREE 5 years ago. But they both was professional and nice. The office is always clean. Thanks

Negative experience: Incredibly long wait to be seen. I was provided my estimate after services started and told that services were completed that my insurance didn’t cover. I was also told that I was required to use a substance that was also not covered by insurance and never received my cleaning because I would not agree to use it.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit today and I was very impressed with my experience. Dr. Priemer and everyone there were very friendly. Jackie who did my cleaning was amazing. She was very concerned about me being comfortable and fully explained everything. I have found my new dental office and I highly recommend for anyone nervous about visiting the dentist. 8/3/23 I've been here for several routine checkups and cleanings now and I am still happy with the service I receive here. 2/6/24 Still happy with the service received at this office.

Negative experience: My appointment was for 12 I wasn’t seeing until 12:50 I asked them how much longer it will take they told me they don’t know any range of time would’ve been a lot more professional than I don’t know. For the price I believe it is a great place to go, but if you believe in punctuality, and you have something to do, I will not recommend.

He advised me about my teeth problems and treatment plan. The dental hygienist Jackie was fantastic! Not only did she spend at least 30 minutes each on both my daughter and me for a very thorough and detailed cleaning, but also took time to educate us on proper flossing techniques at home! We definitely will choose this clinic as our dental office from now on.

Negative experience: The people are nice but careless and sloppy when it comes to dental work. I came because they had better reviews but shortly realized they fish for good reviews. They are more expensive than the others also. I have been in pain and irritation more since walking into their office than even before I came to them. I never should have trusted them or gone in. Poor consultation and careless solutions to my specific issues. I don't think I will use any Greenberg dentists locations anymore. They seem to be concerned more with money than patient well being.

Fantastic experience: I have used Dr. Premier twice for issues with my kids’ teeth that needed immediate attention. He has been great in all our interactions and my son had such a good experience he told me he wants to return instead of seeing the pediatric dentist. The staff was very helpful all around, we needed to pull a baby tooth and they were able to do the consult, do a cleaning, and still do an emergent extraction all in the same visit. Insurance and urgency led us to our visit this past Friday but it was a great experience and we will likely return for routine work.

Negative experience: Maria at the front desk is super nice, however, overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had a dental office. I highly recommend you search for other options that can give you the time, committment, and care you deserve as a patient.

Fantastic experience: My crown came out when my braces were removed at the Kissimmee office. The SoDo office got me in the next day and Dr. Premier did an excellent job at cementing my crown back in place. Happy patient!

Fantastic experience: I was able to do my x-rays today and they did an assessment of what work I needed to have done in order to get the smile that I want I was pleased the way they broke it down to me and then leaving today I knew the price around about what it would cost me out of pocket and what the insurance is doing as well for that I'm truly grateful and it take the guessing out of it all and I believe it's going to be reasonable for my pocket as well for that I'm happy also the doctor and his helper they were very nice informative I felt very comfortable the whole nine yards and yes I would refer a friend to them

Negative experience: Poor orientation and waste of time due to ignorance of the processes carried out by the office. After waiting for the appointment it turned out that they did not do the procedure and we wasted time. They should guide the staff that gives information about the services so that they do not make these mistakes, in my case my son was absent from classes and I had to go with my two handicapped children from afar to waste time.

Negative experience: I had a cleaning here 6 months ago and the lady who did it was amazing, and informed me on where I needed to brush more and was very thorough. The hygienist this last cleaning barely said anything. And the cleaning itself was not as thorough.

Negative experience: This office is promoting a $59 special for new patients. It includes x-rays, & a cleaning. Got the x-ray but no cleaning...they said I needed deep cleaning... "Which I'm sure they say that to everyone that steps foot into that office" ..Im very disappointed!!! I work very hard, for someone to take advantage of me..I would have just given you the money, instead of wasting my time! Will make sure I tell everyone I know...

Fantastic experience: Dr. primer and his staff are PHENOMENAL human beings. My daughter Averie suffered from severe damage to her front four teeth and as a result she had major confidence issues, as well as severe anxiety. Our first visit was the initial consultation to obtain a referral to the Endodontist, for root canals, which booked a month out. We went to the endodontist and it was a pretty traumatic experience for Averie. He was super rough, aggressive and had no bedside manner; and this increased her anxiety towards her visits to the MAX. When I explained to Dr. Primer and his staff what experience she and I both had (I left the endodontist in tears) they were obviously shocked, but completely put all of Averies fears to rest by explaining thoroughly what they planned to do, before during and after and they continuously checked in with her throughout the temporary crown procedure and the permanent crown procedure. The temporary crowns were done absolutely beautifully, but the permanent crowns exceeded any expectations that I could have imagined! Averies teeth are PERFECT. They look better than they did before her accident. I am so grateful for Dr. Palmer and his team! Knowing how comfortable Averie is with them, and how much anxiety she has going to other offices with different doctors, they made sure to let us know they have an orthodontist that comes to their office a couple times a month so she could schedule her appointment with him, at their office. They went above and beyond for her, never made her feel self conscious about her teeth, and took their time with her. I will never go to another location or dentist, ever. Trust me when I tell you that if you’re scared and wanting to pick the perfect dentist for your child- Dr. Palmer and his team @ Orange Ave, are the best. This huge weight has been lifted off my chest, and my baby (ok, she’s almost 12) is smiling again! I can’t explain the feeling of pure happiness and relief, after all of the pain and suffering watching your child cover her mouth when she speaks, or tries to laugh with out opening her mouth too wide, never smiling for pictures. It’s been such an emotional rollercoaster and Dr. Palmer and his staff are literally out here doing Gods work I swear ❤️ Thank you, Dr. Palmer & thank you to the wonderful team. You guys have single handedly given my daughter her life back, and inspired me to start work on my own teeth that I’ve put off due to anxiety and fear. We can’t thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: Efficient, professional and friendly. Happy as I can be for a dentist appointment (cleaning). Did not wait long. Everyone I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and competent and spoke to me courteously. I made my appointment for my next cleaning and would recommend this office.

Negative experience: Yesterday my appointment was cancelled due to fact they stopped taking my insurance on March 1st why did it take so long for to notify me. I probably will not get an appointment now for 3 to 4 months now. TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE

Positive experience: This is my first visit with Dr. Priemer and Greenberg Dental at Michigan St. & South Orange Ave. Overall, the experience was okay. That being said, the dental hygienist's bedside manner (Jaki or Yaki), was not good. I'm sure her intention of telling me the procedure was to educate me (remember, this was my first visit) but what she did was scold me for 5 mins and then finish with "your sensitive teeth are not my fault". My teeth sensitivity was a result of chemotherapy and yes, this cleaning was painful. Why bother to ask me if I have sensitive teeth if your not going to modify the cleaning. My teeth are clean though and very grateful I don't have to cross her again ever! I’ve since switched dentists. Life’s too short to redo that experience.

Fantastic experience: 5 star from beginning to end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super friendly & professional staff and they were patient with the patient They asked good questions and listened to my concerns before and after my procedure! It was a breath of fresh air i❤️

Negative experience: RUN as fast as as you can, away from this dentist. My pop waited over 3 months for a partial denture, only to not have them fit correctly and needed several adjustments. It still pinches the inside of his cheek. Then the dental office tried to submit these adjustments within the 3 month time period to be included in his outrageous bill to his insurance for reimbursement!! Very poor experience here. I’d give it zero stars if there was that choice!

Fantastic experience: This not a fancy dental office, by which I mean there are no oriental rugs and antique furniture. However I was pleased with my treatment. The periodontist was honest and straightforward and willing to approach my problems conservatively. The dental assistants were kind and thorough. I am a health professional and do recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Staff was kind curious, knowledgeable and patient with me on my 1st visit. This will be my new dentist of choice since my prior dentist will not take Medicare HMO. Greenberg does and was not reluctant to bring me on as a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I was in and out in 45 minutes. Staff are professional and friendly. The office is well kept and comfortable. The dental hygienist was very careful with her work and as such avoided causing me any pain during my cleaning. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: They answered the phone quickly and gave me a next day appointment.She was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. At the office, all the staff was very professional and understanding. The doctor and his assistant were excellent and explained everything in detail. I had an infection and my tooth was removed with No pain at all. Post extraction instructions were given to me verbally and in writing. Thanks so much!

Negative experience: The only thing I like was the fact that I got in and saw the doctor in a timely manner the support staff was the wonderful but the doctor that was another story he wanted me to extract my teeth just to get dentures are veneers because of what she playing was loss of bone and infection I have no infection I know when I have an infection and it's a very painful thing so he decided that if I didn't want to pull my teeth then he could do nothing for me so there are lots of services online that offer veneers without the injected opinion that my teeth need to be pulled

Positive experience: Office staff was very friendly and efficient. Jackie cleaned my teeth and it was the best most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Not 5 stars only because it was a long wait. About 1.5 hours.

Negative experience: Save yourself the headache, if I could leave no stars I would, This office is horrible. They will gladly take all your money and never render services. Most of the reviews are paid/fake. The office staff also are very rude and lack knowledge on what their job role entails. To provide some insight I was supposed to receive my Invisalign treatment after paying a $500 Deposit. After 3+ months I never received a call or any contact to come in or anything for the treatment. The office insisted that they contacted me but no attempt to contact me was made and not one voicemail was left. I also called the office multiple times and was told the “ the entire orthodontic department is out of the office for the next month”. I made the deposit in October and received no contact for 3 months. I finally decided to go in the office in person myself in January 2023 to get some answers and was turned away “because no one from ortho is available” when I asked the lady at the desk that turned me away when the dept would be back she told me they would be out of the office for the next several weeks. All in all, I disputed the charge with my bank because the office refuses to return my money to me after several of there employees admitted that services were never rendered for the Invisalign. I also have recorded conversations with several different employees from the billing dept stating I didn’t receive services but they still cant return my money. Save yourself the headache and find yourself a more reputable/trustworthy dental office.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant visit, Dr and nurses are wonderful. They make my son and I feel very comfortable, and always in and out. I recommend this site !
