Negative experience: Total waste of money!!! I spent over $1,000 for basically nothing. Honestly, I was not happy with the service. The brows literally faded within a day or two. There’s places and spots that she missed. I still have to color them in everyday. and I’m out $1000. Way overpriced, I need a touch up. And she wanted to charge me extra for a touch up. For me, it wasn’t worth the money and I do not ever recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

Before your appointment, we had already advised you that, based on the condition of your skin at that time, we did not believe you were an appropriate candidate for permanent brow services and that pigment retention could be significantly compromised. We initially declined to perform the service for that reason.
When you later scheduled an appointment, we again discussed the condition of your skin in person and specifically explained that the pigment might not retain properly. You chose to proceed despite those warnings and acknowledged that you wanted to try the service knowing the potential outcome.
Unfortunately, the retention concerns we discussed beforehand did occur. This was not the result of information being withheld from you or an expectation being misrepresented. We were transparent about the risk before the service was performed and gave you the opportunity not to proceed.
Your service also included one complimentary touch-up, which was provided. Any additional touch-ups beyond the included appointment would have been subject to our standard touch-up fee.
We take client concerns seriously, but we also believe it is important that the circumstances surrounding a service be represented accurately. Our records reflect that the risks and expected limitations were discussed with you before you elected to proceed.
Fantastic experience: Amanda Lanzoni is THE Brow Queen!! ✨ I will never trust anyone else with my brows. She somehow makes them look absolutely PERFECT every single time. Her attention to detail is unreal, and she knows exactly what shape works best for your face. On top of being insanely talented, she’s so sweet, welcoming, and provides the best customer service. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend while leaving looking like a million bucks. If you’re even thinking about getting your brows done, BOOK WITH AMANDA AT BROW WIZARD. Fantastic experience: Kaylee absolutely killed it. I love love love my brows. I used to go to this location and when Abigail stepped away, I was bummed and started going to downtown location. I love the girls there, the only thing is I hate the traffic. I happened to be in the Winter Park area today and decided to swing by. There I met Kaylee and she took me back immediately. She did an amazing job. Usually they’ve had to go back in a 2nd time to get the shape that I like right (and this is because I like to be cautious in not taking out too much hair the first time) but she nailed it the first time around. She also did a lip threading which came out flawless, zero hair left behind. She was professional, but still very nice to chat with. Honestly, I really liked her and I’m going to be coming back to this location to see her. 10/10 highly recommend!

Positive experience: I really wanted this to be my brow place after reading the amazing reviews. The salon itself is beautiful and has a great vibe and everyone is super friendly. That being said, I definitely don’t feel like the price I paid for my eyebrows threaded shows. While I can appreciate being in and out of a place rather quickly, in the less than 10 minutes I was there and the way my eyebrows look. I feel like I could’ve plucked those few strands on my own at home. I’m sure there are some great technicians here and perhaps I just didn’t get them.I’ll definitely be going back to my other place for half the price.

Negative experience: Moved my appt and did not service me once I got there. Then acted dumbfounded. Unprofessional and bad scheduling on them. Never coming again. If I can give a 0 stars I would.
Negative experience: My experience with Brow Wizard in winter park was extremely disappointing. I continue to follow up largely on principle. The amount of time and effort that has gone into this situation now far exceeds the value of the deposit itself. However, the way this experience has been handled has felt fundamentally unfair, and it is important to provide an accurate account for others who may be considering booking with this business. I scheduled an appointment through Vagaro because I wanted to treat my mom to a beauty service that I personally value. I normally see a provider in my hometown, but my mom lives in Winter Park, so we booked with Brow Wizard while I was visiting. Before the appointment, I contacted Brow Wizard and received information from staff regarding scheduling and deposit terms. That information later proved to be incorrect and directly contributed to the situation that resulted in my deposit being charged. When the issue arose, I made attempts to contact the business to clarify the situation and reschedule. When I was finally able to reach someone, the call ended before the issue could be resolved and subsequent calls went unanswered. As a result, there was no reasonable opportunity to correct the situation before the deposit was forfeited. When I later requested a refund, Brow Wizard refused and described refunding the charge as an “exception,” even though the problem arose from incorrect information provided by their staff and the difficulty reaching anyone to resolve the issue once it was identified. Equally concerning was the tone of the communication that followed. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the responses we received were dismissive and argumentative. As customers attempting to resolve a situation created by inaccurate information, this treatment was both surprising and deeply disappointing. Because the appointment never occurred, I cannot comment on the quality of the brow services themselves. However, the scheduling, communication, and deposit experience alone raises serious concerns about how this business handles customer issues. For services positioned as luxury beauty treatments, professionalism and customer care should be the standard. I would strongly encourage customers to confirm all policies in writing before booking and not rely solely on verbal information provided by administrative staff. Consumers should also carefully consider how they expect to be treated when selecting providers for luxury services like this. In a place like Winter Park, where there are many options for these types of services, customer experience and professionalism matter. At this point, I have also submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau in hopes that the matter can be resolved fairly. *** Edit: For clarity, the appointment had to be cancelled due to a medical issue. That context was communicated at the time. While I understand that businesses maintain cancellation policies, most also exercise reasonable discretion when unexpected health issues arise. Based on this experience, it does not appear that staff answering the phones, emails, or reviews like this are trained or empowered to exercise discretion when sensitive circumstances such as medical issues arise. The absence of that flexibility, combined with the communication challenges described above, and evidenced in the response here from the business, is what ultimately made this experience feel so unfair. It is also disappointing to see any business publicly imply that a customer behaved aggressively. Expressing frustration when a business refuses to address a legitimate service issue should not be reframed as misconduct by the customer. At no point prior to me posting a public review was my communication framed as aggressive by Brow Wizard, and those who were present with me at the time of the call in question can affirm the tone as reasonably frustrated given the situation.

For clarity for anyone reading this review: the appointment referenced here was cancelled approximately one hour before the scheduled service time. Brow Wizard has a clearly stated cancellation policy that is presented during booking through Vagaro and disclosed prior to confirming the appointment. Our policy states that same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service, as that appointment time is reserved exclusively for the service provider and cannot realistically be filled on such short notice.
When our front desk team explained the policy during the phone call, the conversation unfortunately escalated and our staff member was spoken to in a raised and aggressive tone. Our team members are trained to communicate policies professionally, and we expect respectful communication toward them as well.
For additional clarity, the service provider Kaylee had no involvement in this situation, as the appointment was cancelled before the service took place.
We stand by our clearly disclosed booking policy, which exists to protect the reserved time of our artists and ensure fairness for both our team and other clients seeking appointments.

Fantastic experience: I am very picky with my brows, which lead me to do them at home for years. On the whim I walked into the Winter Park location for a brow thread and was blessed to have Amanda do my service! I have been going to her ever since, she is phenomenal!!! Her attention to detail is amazing, she takes her time and my brows come out more than perfect every time. I won’t trust anyone else with my brows, I will drive 40 minutes for Amanda every time 10/10

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Amanda enough! I recently had my brows done by Amanda and the results are wonderful! I was hesitant about the procedure but Amanda was amazing. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect during the procedure. The results are so natural and I cannot wait for the healing to be complete! No more eye brow pencils LOL ya! Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous about getting my eyebrows tinted because I had plans to attend an important event the following day and I didn’t want to look crazy. Tinting was new to me and it was my first time visiting this shop. Amanda was great. She was warm, personable and professional. Fantastic experience: I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years now and I'm not exaggerating when I say this has been the best thread job I've ever had done. Amanda mapped out my eyebrows and really took her time to perfect the shape. Fantastic experience: Love this place. The girls are so nice and they try hard to get you in the books but it’s better to schedule an appointment ahead of time. I always walk out happy with my results because they practice the outline method before going in and threading your brows.

Fantastic experience: I received a combo maintenance on my brows today and went to Abbagail for the first time and WOW - her work is perfection! I've been to Brow Wizard twice before for my initial microblading and then combo maintenance by two other technicians and both were wonderful as well but I will be a repeat customer for Abby bc she's just that good. She listened to my desires and delivered perfectly feathered brows that look natural, full, and match my hair color perfectly. With her artistic background, she has an eye for detail which sets her apart and she is also very quick and super super sweet! Can't wait to try her lamination skills after my brows heal.

Fantastic experience: I was walking back to my car on the way back from Armando’s and saw this place that said “Brow Wizard” and an open sign. On a whim I walked in because my brows needed a little help and Abby was sooo nice and greeted me. I guess I came in at the perfect time because I was a “walk in” and she got me in right away!! I haven’t gotten my brows threaded in a couple years and the process was very professional. She mapped out my brows and showed me what to expect before she went in with the thread. I’ve had my brows threaded before and Abby really impressed me because she mapped them out so well and I already knew she was gonna slay my brows before she started. (In a good way ofc) I’m sure all the girls are great but I would say book with Abby or (Abigail as it says on the website) because she was so easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable!! I’m definitely coming back

Fantastic experience: Booked a last minute appointment with Samantha for brow threading after a friend recommended her and it was great! They were very accommodating to a last minute appointment which I appreciated. The vibes in the store are spa-like and so cute. My favorite part was she brow mapped and reviewed what she would be removing to be sure I would like the shape that would remain after threading. Great experience and great results-I have definitely found where I will be threading my brows from now on!

Negative experience: ***edit- my mother followed the instructions to wait 24 hours to wash her face and the tint and shape came off. It didn’t last more than a day. It’s unfortunate because it looked promising when it was finished but they completely faded. I took my mom to get her brows tinted for the first time. She was nervous about looking like Angry Bird brows but the tech, Oriana, did such a good job! It looks natural and mom was really happy. Oriana was patient and walked my mom and myself through the process. I highly recommend it here!

Fantastic experience: I have super blonde eye brows so I was unsure permanent make up would work for me and look natural. Wendy suggested a combo brow and I decided to go for it. Fantastic experience: I've had several services from Brow Wizard, and they've always been exceptional! I have light hair and skin and did a ton of research on local microblading salons to make sure I didn't end up with thick dark brows that didn't match my face. There were cheaper salons, for sure, but none that had pictures of the quality of work I was looking for. Joely NAILED it, my brows perfectly match my features! I've since been back for touch ups and lash tints (Wendy is the best) and will continue to use only Brow Wizard moving forward!

Positive experience: $85+tip for full face + eyebrows. Was not too happy with results considering all that hair that was left. But they did quickly reach out to me and offered to redo the service which was awesome Also the full face does not come with brows! Apparently that confusion happens a lot, it happened with me, so just keep that in mind. They should really put it in the title. A simple (brows not included) would be such an easy fix.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with how my eyebrows turned out here. I booked an appointment with Amanda and she was very nice and gave my eyebrows the arch I wanted them to have. It is a bit pricy compared to other places but you pay for great quality.
