Positive experience: Great until you speak about numbers. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very clear on procedure but when it came down to final price nothing was said or set. On my way out I ask if I can get a summary on what we spoke in regards to numbers and the office manager said, “we don’t give prices until your ready to sign” I found this very unsettling!

I consulted 5 dentists including prosthodontists, with excellent reputations, who all refused to crown my front tooth as it has had multiple crowns. I did not want an implant. Dr. Miranda did the crown in 2020 and it’s a perfect match and 6 years later strong. I call him a magician. Highly skilled and detailed. Valerie is the best hygienist I’ve had too. I drive over an hour to this office for their care.

Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation at One Solution Dental. I was very impressed with what was presented to me and decided to go with them for my dental implants. I met with the doctor who’s going to do the procedure and I feel very comfortable with him. I’m scheduled for two weeks from now to get my dental implants and I will be writing a second review afterwards. The staff at One Solution We’re very professional and very nice. They made me feel very comfortable, which is important when going through something like this. I went to two other places for consultations, and I feel the most comfortable with one solution.

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd visit. The 1st and 2nd visit went well. But my 3rd a little different story. A little background info the 3rd visit is for my 2nd set of temporary implants. At first I thought the visit was going well everyone was nice and I thought it was a success but on the way home I started noticing that something wasn’t right. The implants felt loose one side was moving, it feels like the screw came out. I called One Solution and explained my situation and they told me the office manager would call me back the next day Friday or Monday since they were getting ready to close. Well now The next day it was annoying me like crazy. I couldn’t eat and was afraid to brush and cause damage. So I canceled my planes for the day and called One Solution back at 11:30am since they haven’t called me yet. I found out the office manager was the only one that could help and she was out of the office at this time. She will call me when she gets back. I also found out that the dentist is off on Friday’s . I wish I was told this yesterday so I would not of cancelled all my plans for the day. So I guess I will deal with this over the weekend. And now cancel my plans for Monday that I will not get refunded for. So totally unhappy with my 3rd visit. New update the office manager called me Friday at 1:45pm and said she call a tech in that could fix my problem as soon as I could get there. So I drove to One Solution and they placed a new screw in my implant and resolved the problem . I will give them credit in every part of life oops happens but One Solution came through to resolve the problem. Thank you five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been associated with Dr Miranda and his staff for nearly five years. I have never been happier with my teeth, no more pain, no more wearing a flipper and no more discoloration. Dr. Miranda and his staff work together as a team and are always pleasant and professional. Fantastic experience: Yesterday Dr. Miranda took care of a cavity for me. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was amazed how the procedure went so smooth and painless. I definitely recommend Altamonte Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry.

Negative experience: I had messaged a Facebook ad for this office that was advertising for dental implants. I said to Dawn there sales rep that continue to blow up my phone but never left a voicemail When we did finally talk on the phone, I asked her how much time was I gonna get to spend with the doctor that I I wanted to feel seen and heard she assured me I would get an hour with the doctor I then began to explain that I already had implants and needed a second opinion as I was experiencing a lot of pain on the lower left and thought I had a failed implant. She said no problem and offered me the $300 CT scan Voucher which I brought to my appointment. I explained to the technician who took a few from seat x-rays, but never did a CT scan I sadly explained I was having a lot of pain Possibly I might have an infection around the implant that I knew was failing. Finally when I actually met the dentist in the last 10 minutes of my visit and yet was rudely interrupted twice by Staff while I was talking to him . I told him this was an emergency visit for me as I was a desperate for help Could he please at least call in a script for an anabiotic if it was an infection even a Teladoc will do that I explained. Instead, I was given a A verbal explanation of we do not yet have a patient dental relationship at this time Believe me we are definitely not going to form one in the future!! I left with no care Feeling no compassion an a evaluation of charges for almost $3000 Just to unscrew arch then charge $300 for a CT scan which was supposed to have happened on that visit!

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, I really don’t like going to the Dentist! They actually scare me! Thank goodness for Dr. Miranda and the amazing staff he has surrounded himself with! Talk about taking the terrified to the calm/relaxed and can actually breath situation! I went to over 15 different consults for my full mouth restoration. Most felt like a “cattle call” or rushed and very uncomfortable. Some I didn’t even get to meet the Dentist, just the money person…. You get the gist…. Dr. Miranda and Christian took their time in answering questions, not making me feel bad about the state my mouth was in and gave zero pressure to go with this office. Took several months for me to finally make the decision to trust someone- I had to pick- Dr. Miranda was on top of my list. I just happened to be behind someone in Publix and overheard them talking about their fantastic experience with - you guessed it - Dr. Miranda! Well if that wasn’t a sign - I don’t know what would be! That was it- I got in my car - called Christian, told him I was ready - I am 1 month post op and extremely happy I went through with this with Dr. Miranda and his amazing staff! I’m really bad with names but I believe her name is Amanda- she’s really awesome too! Everyone that I’ve encountered in this office is top notch! So, if you’re scared, on the fence, not sure, TRUST ME ( biggest scaredy pants - when it comes to Dentists/Doctors) -you can put your trust into Dr. Miranda and his entire staff! I’ve got 2 more months until I’m in my finals, I’ll update this review as we go!!

Fantastic experience: In 2022 I started looking for a dentist to give me implant dentures. I looked at 3 facilities and settled on the D5 process with Dr. Maranda. In 2023 I called and spoke with Christen to set up surgery. On day of surgery Dr. Maranda along with Robert and his team removed all my teeth. The next day I received a temporary set of teeth. Now, D5 offers your permeant teeth in a week. Dr. Maranda asked me do you really want them in a week? I asked what is best? He recommended 3 months and I agreed. It was about 5 months when I asked Robert order my permeant set. They fit perfect. I took my time with this process and Robert is the best... Always there for me, we went through 3 or 4 sets of temporary teeth. The last ones I decided to wear for an extended time. I can't say enough good things about Robert. He is very caring and wants you to have the best out come in the end. I felt like I was being a PIA but he assured me I wasn't. I highly recommend this procedure at this facility. And don't be in a hurry to get your final permanent teeth. It takes time to heal so you can achieve the best fit. Every staff person I came in contact with was wonderful. It's a laid back work environment and I always have fun when I'm there. Robert and his girls know how much I Love them and the care they gave me on this journey. From the front staff (the gate keepers), to the ancillary staff (all top notch and wonderful), to the Provider (extremely competent).
