The check in person, I can't remember her name right now and the lady that did his pictures and xrays were also amazing!! Took time, called him by his preferred name, got down to his level when speaking to him. Everyone just really made us feel good about being there and having a good repour with them.

Fantastic experience: I am a 71 year old female who wanted some orthodontic work done. From the minute I walked into Rawle Orthodontics I was made to feel comfortable by the staff. Everything was explained to me, my braces were put on that day and I couldn't be happier. I cannot wait to see what my new smile will look like!

Fantastic experience: Everyone had great customer service and the consultation was thorough. Dr. Rawle discovered I had a tongue thrust which I was unaware of. He thought me how to correct it myself as well. Dr. Rawle had very good chair side manner and he was personable. The young lady that put the braces on explained everything in detail, was patient, and gentle. This Dr. was recommended to me by two of his previous patients who had great outcomes.

Negative experience: I had my older child go to Rawle Orthodontics for his braces. They charged quite a bit, but I thought that was the going price for orthodontic Treatment. When my youngest child with very mild tooth distortion needed braces, they wanted to charge the same price and go thought the same treatment at a higher price. he did the treatment and had straight teeth. They were supposed to do other things for the price, but backed out and told me they couldn't do it. They could. After 18 months of braces his teeth were good. he forgot to tell us he was without his for 7 weeks and we took him to Rawle again and the wanted to charge us the same amount $2,000 for Invisalign. The same amount. Makes me wonder if I should have taken my children and my money else ware. Yea, I should have. I felt like a money bag to them. Like the money I earn and have earned was an entitlement they were entitled to. His teeth barely shifted, but they wanted dig into me for more cash. Gave me no other options which would have been much less expensive.

Negative experience: I can't in good conscious post a positive review for this doctor as he is Kurt, irritated by questions, conducts his exam in the office manager's office and refuses treatment to someone that wants to ensure that the treatment will solve the issues he pointed out. Please don't recommend expensive treatment that you don't think will work in the first place and just come from a place of honesty instead of back peddling. It looks untrustworthy. Office manager Jen is great.

Fantastic experience: I drive almost 1 hour to see Dr. Rawle (my son is getting his braces done) and I don’t mind it at all because the staff is extremely professional and kind. Dr. Rawle and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and really care to see those “great smiles results”.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff displayed phenomenal customer service. While I was getting my braces put on, my orthodontic tech was awesome as well. She made sure that I was comfortable during the whole procedure and explained step by step what she was doing. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Rawle’s office!

Fantastic experience: I appreciate Rawle Ortho so much for being fair, clean, and welcoming at each visit. I had a consultation during the pandemic and later decided I couldn’t start my treatment just yet. Two years later I had gone to another local orthodontist recommended by my dentist and they quoted me much higher price for Invisalign treatment than Rawle had previously. I ended up going back to Rawle and explained my situation and they honored the treatments prove previously given although inflation has caused prices to go up! I’m not quite done with my treatment plant but I have had such a wonderful experience working with them! I’m beyond grateful to them for treating me like their own and helping my smile grow just a little bigger

It’s clear to me that he values his patients just as much as his staff! I have had the pleasure of coming to this office for the past two years for my Invisalign treatments and I’ve always looked forward to coming! I was so self conscious about my teeth and now I feel like I can take over the world! They offer top tier service! Please do not hesitate to book your appointment, you will be treated like family and you will be well taken care of. Any staff member will give you quick and efficient service, they also have a nice clean welcoming environment.

Negative experience: DO NOT go here unless you can have appointments whenever and want your treatment to take LONGER than it should due to office staff dictating your treatment schedule and you don't want your questions answered. He seemed very caring and nice when he told me I needed braces again and assured me that his office would work with me and my schedule since I'm a student. Once I was locked in and began paying this care and concern disappeared. After getting braces, his office has NEVER worked with me regarding appointments. They do not make appointments in office, they text you AFTER you leave and it is your responsibility to call after the appointment is made if the one they made doesn't work for you. I understand that this became a practice during COVID however we are well past this. I have had multiple occasions where the appointments available were WEEKS past when he wanted to see me. I am now nearing the end of my treatment and he told me while I was there he needed to see me in 4 weeks, I then receive an appointment that is 8 WEEEKS out. I called the office and they explained that this was his next available appointment and he was COMPLETELY booked until then because I had a longer appointment of 30 min as opposed to the normal 20 min appointments. They told me they have "A LOT of cancellations" and I would be "on the list" and they would "call me if anything opened." They NEVER called. I have had to call them multiple times and 1 appointment opened that was closer but not at the 4 weeks my appointment was supposed to be at. I was told my treatment is supposed to be 18 months but due to the constant delays my treatment could possibly extend past the 2 year mark. It is unacceptable that I can't make an appointment at the appropriate intervals and if he has too many patients then he should refuse new patients so this doesn't happen. I've have tried to ask Dr. Rawle questions/updates regarding my treatment. At times he answers my questions and at other times he laughs and makes a joke. I've asked when does he think a certain appliance can come off and he appeared to have an attitude and his response was "we can take them off right now if you want to." This was inappropriate because I was just trying to understand my treatment plan and was not challenging his treatment plan. Hindsight being 20/20 I would pay more to go somewhere else.

Positive experience: Wow, Rawle and the nurses are so welcoming and so nice. Especially Gabby, she’s my nurse and she treats me like a gem. She always makes sure that i’m ok and nothing hurts while working on my teeth. Rawle is so nice and puts a smile on your face. The music there is cool too. They have different genres and artists. The movies/shows they play in the waiting room and work chairs are also pretty entertaining. They just make you feel so welcomed.

The assistant was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the installation process. Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming and they made installation day feel exciting. Fantastic experience: Dr. Rawle and his staff are awesome, been coming here for years. I originally came for a treatment of Invisalign to fix my lower teeth, which had moved since I previously had braces in my childhood. I didn't wear my retainer so this is your warning - WEAR YOUR RETAINER. The first round of treatment went well and I was happy with the results and fine for years. I would come back through occasionally because I have a habit of breaking my fixed retainer. Eventually I broke it again and didn't notice and my teeth moved so I did a second round of Invisalign to fix the gap that was opening up. The doc and staff were very gracious and worked with me to make it an affordable and quicker fix. Doctor Rawle, the dental staff, and all the front desk folks have always been kind and awesome to deal with. They are a poppin' place and it can be difficult to get appointments, but I think that's basically every orthodontist's office. If you got an appointment, do everything in your power to keep it! And if you have a flexible schedule I recommend getting on their call list where they'll call you if someone else cancels. I've gotten in weeks ahead of time multiple times because I'm fortunate enough to have the flexibility.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish of the first appointment for my daughter, it was a Great Experience. Dr Rawle is pleasant and easy to talk too. He explained the teeth problems/concerns and addresses it with a plan of care. He also answered all of our questions. Everyone at the facility was pleasant and nice. Go there with confidence. They are as good and nice as the reviews say. After the consultation, if you decide to do business with them, they put on the braces right away if your ready. I look forward to working with them.

Fantastic experience: I liked my braces experience with Rawls orthodontics, for the 2 years I had braces, all the staff were very nice and careful. I’ve never been in pain when getting checked up with them and the results are overall amazing.

Negative experience: I was referred to this office by my current dentist to get a completely new retainer after a very old one broke beyond fixing. The person who answered the phone was very rude and told me because I had had orthodontics done on my teeth before, their doctor would not see me and that this was common practice, so I should spend my afternoon calling every orthodontist in the area to see if they would make an exception (but Rawle Orthodontics would not). I explained that I hadn't seen an orthodontist in several years, had moved over 1000 miles away from that office, and therefore needed a new one, but they would not take me as a client for this reason. I was not asking for them to fix a broken retainer someone else had made, I was asking for a completely new one and would have been willing to follow whatever advice/procedure the doctor thought was best, even if it was not the original type of retainer that I had. I am very disappointed and already have an appointment with a new practice that thought this experience with Rawle Orthodontics was ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year my company changed our Dental options. Our orthodontist at the time did not accept the new insurance, so we were forced to shop for a new one. We were certain that no one would be able to offer us the level of service and comfort that we were used too.
