Fantastic experience: Love my dentist and the staff. From walking in the door you are received with this welcoming smile and a nice to see you again greet. Which right away gives you this assurance that you are in good caring hands. My husband and I have been seen by DMD Freeman since our children were in grade school now they are all adults and we still see him for our dental needs. One term I was force to see another dentist due to change of insurance by company I was employed. One treatment left my left side of my lower lip and chin nummed for almost a year. Was ecstatic when they went back to the previous plan which provided DMD Freyman as a provider. Highly recommend Ilya Freyman, and his staff.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to see Dr. Freyman. The office staff was pleasant. Wait time was short. Dr. Freyman did a thorough exam and explained the xrays to me. He gave me a comprehensive plan for what I need with a priorities. The checkout staff were very helpful and patient. No pressure added for scheduling work to be done. Overall, good experience.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting and I had an extraction with Bone graft. Since the moment you walk in you feel at peace. The office staff is amazing and super caring and Dr. Freyman has the hands of an angel. The procedure didn’t take long at all and I did not feel a single bit of pain. He makes sure throughout the whole procedure that you are comfortable and explains to you in a detailed way what was done and what your after care is. I am so happy I found him, as someone who has fear of the dentist I felt every emotion but fear. Thank you Dr. Freyman and staff for making me feel so comfortable and safe.

Throughout all these years he has done a lot of work on my mouth and he has always been honest as to what I need. I also don’t recall EVER feeling any pain. His staff has been working there also all these years, with a few exceptions every so often. They treat me with such kindness a and love that I always feel like not only they are my friends, but also family. I love going there!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr. Freyman since 2017. He has performed several major procedures on my dentition and not one has been painful, unsuccessful or needed further treatment. He is careful, and exacting in all his work. The office runs on time with only a very rare extended wait time, usually due to emergency treatment of another patient. His team is very friendly and top notch in their fields. Office is sparkling clean and without unpleasant medical odors. Just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Freyman.

He is kind, listens to concerns, explains recommended procedures and is meticulous in his care. And there is no sales pressure. I had to have a crown and Dr. Freyman and his staff worked to ensure my comfort (you can watch TV or a movie to distract yourself!) and I am very pleased with the procedure and results. The hygienists are very sweet and do a wonderful job with cleanings. I couldn't recommend this dental practice more.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the way this dental office handled my mother’s treatment and insurance. My mother is a Humana insurance member, and she was charged thousands of dollars for dental crowns that should have been covered. The office either failed to verify her insurance benefits properly or deliberately misled her about coverage. After being concerned about the high out-of-pocket costs, my mother sought a second opinion at a different dentist. To our shock, we were told that the crowns are fully covered under her Humana plan and should never have required such a large payment. This raises serious ethical concerns about the practices at this office. Either they are not competent enough to properly process insurance claims or they are intentionally overcharging patients for procedures that should be covered. This is not just frustrating—it’s financially and emotionally damaging to patients, especially seniors on fixed incomes. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here and to verify everything independently with your insurance provider. We will be reporting this office to Humana and the appropriate state dental board. Patients deserve transparency and honesty—not predatory billing.

I have been going here for about 20 years. I did get married and moved to Conway area and went to my husbands dentist, well they were scammers doing whatever they can to get $$. I promptly went back to Dr. Freyman no matter the travel or traffic. This dentist has the skills of a machinist, his hands are steady and his eyes are sharp, he really is EXCELLENT and his staff are awesome too. They really want to help you. I read a bad review on here that was posted 2 weeks ago, I am sad she thinks so little of this place, because what she thinks could not be further from the truth. This is a for profit business. Hope she finds her better dentist, but good luck on that one.

Negative experience: Just an awful experience. I went because a crown had fallen out. After the initial examination the doctor appeared with a set of dentures. This was "HIS" plan for my mouth. It was so easy for him to say. "We need to pull all your teeth"? I was shocked! I replied.. Sorry Doc.. I'm not ready for that but I am trying to save what I have left. I'm not in any pain & nothing is infected. Let's just extract the tooth that was holding the crown because it was decayed and could not support the Crown. He was not sympathetic or caring at all. I also wear a bridge my father made. He is a retired Orthodontist. When I told him that my father would add the tooth to my bridge after the extraction.. he got a strange smirk & walked out of the room. I then sat in a separate dark room waiting for someone to come talk to me. But.. it was if I suddenly had Leprosy. I finally got up after 20 min. of silence & walked out to the counter to pay for the office visit and left! Ugh. I've recently gone to a new dentist in Lake Mary who is at least trying to save the teeth I have left so I can continue wearing my beautiful bridge my father made. So in the end Mr. ILYA's 10,000 Denture Plan costed me 150.00 for a simple extraction in Lake Mary. Mr. ILYA was rude.. condescending and if he can't get you on "HIS" plan for $$$$. Then.. your just simply.. a number. EDIT: Well it's been over 3 years & I still have all the teeth this guy wanted to pull. In fact. I had a nice steak at Ruth's Chris last night. I wonder how many times other poor people fell victim to his creative $$ journey. Just awful.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. Really long waits, really little time with the dr, I have Humana and the price that was given to me was twice as much as what I paid with my current General practitioner and specialist for a root canal and crown. Also the dentist wanted to perform both procedures and said it was gonna take over 2 hours (My specialist did the RCT in 20 min) Receptionists and dentists assistant were very nice.

Negative experience: Have tried to contact the office for over a month now and unable to secure appointment. Understanding time off for holidays , messages were left prior to the holidays and contacted again starting the second week of January. Left message via website, phone, have never been able to speak to receptionist. To be fair I’m trying this hard to get an appointment with Dr. Freyman as I have seen him in the past and he was a polite competent dentist.
