Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Dr. Cioffi and his incredible team. I had been dealing with a dental issue for a couple of weeks, and despite seeing another dentist, I wasn’t getting any answers. I was frustrated and beginning to lose hope. But from the moment I walked into Dr. Cioffi’s office, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Cioffi took the time to thoroughly examine my situation, and within minutes, he had identified the problem that no one else could. His confidence and expertise immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, giving me peace of mind and a clear path forward for treatment. His team was just as outstanding, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive assistants who made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such a cohesive and caring group, and I truly felt like I was their top priority. Thanks to Dr. Cioffi, I finally have a solution to my dental issue, and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. If you want 5-star care from a doctor who truly listens and delivers results, look no further!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Cioffi and Dr. Chamberlain for quite some time now. I am always very satisfied. I brought my mother in for a first visit. She has Alzheimer's and is always scared and very fragile. I expected the worst. It was amazing how well they worked with her. Didn't hear a peep out of her. I highly recommend Blanding Dental.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit with Blanding Dental Associates, I was very impressed. Chris, at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Trish, the hygienist is thorough, which I appreciate. I learned where I can improve my own oral health. Dr. Chamberlin is kind, efficient, and relaxed. Everyone was professional, helpful and I didn't feel rushed when I had a question. The whole office is clean, and the waiting area is pleasant. I am very glad I found this dental practice and I'm confident about the care they will give me.

Fantastic experience: At first, I didn’t believe that a $2,000 dollar plastic appliance would work for my jaw problems, but Chris was right! For no more excruciating pain, it’s worth $10,000 dollars! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cioffi’s office for anybody with jaw problems! I’ve been going to Dr. Cioffi’s office for about 2 years now ever since I noticed that my jaw suddenly started popping very loudly and painfully. The amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to quickly diagnose my problem and start working on a solution. They made sure I would never need surgery on my jaw. Which was incredibly reassuring considering I was only 19 years old when my jaw started popping painfully. My favorite staff member has to be Chris. He is very genuine and personable. He’s had personal experience with the same problems I have, and really was able to talk me through all the reservations I had. Chris, you told me it would work from the beginning and you were right! Thank you for everything! Hope this helps anyone make a decision!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cioffi is the only doctor in the greater Jacksonville area who was able to correctly determine what was causing my burning mouth symptoms and prescribe a treatment that has helped. I saw four other doctors and dentists before finally being referred to Dr. Cioffi. Dr. Cioffi and his staff are extremely nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

Positive experience: The one thing I need to followup with and that's the correction of the Publix on Race Track Road that needs to receive my PRESCRIPTION is BARTRAM and not PLANTATION. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Cioffi’s office. After 3 months of struggling with an oral problem he diagnosed my issue promptly and explained everything in detail. His staff is friendly and efficient. At checkout, Chris was excellent. He further explained details of my prescribed medication and answered all of my insurance questions.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from mouth burns and sores since June 2019. Horrible constant pain and a trip to the hospital. After seeing 12 doctors on my condition not 1 was able to help nor did they know what was happening. My last resort was Dr. #13 (Dr. Cioffi) whom my CANCER doctor recommended. What a blessing!! While I'm still dealing with it which he warned me would take time, this is the first time I have seen a little improvement. For once I finally have HOPE. I don't give Dr. Cioffi 5 stars. I give him a whopping 10 stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Dr. Cioffi for treatment of sleep apnea using a small oral device. I have been very pleased with Dr. Cioffi's chairside manner and knowledge on the subject, as well as the knowledge and courtesy of the entire staff. With a little intermittent adjustments to the device, I am sleeping much better and my husband states my snoring has decreased significantly. If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional apnea machine, give Dr. Cioffi a call for a consult. You will be happy you did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cioffi is SO knowledgeable and has a warm personality. He takes away the jitters of seeing a Dentist. He fitted me for a MAD to treat my sleep apnea, and just recently he examined me for TMJD (caused by a Navy Endodontist). He knew exactly where to go to find my source of pain and prescribed a treatment plan. He took the time to go through my medical history and all my meds to make sure his plan does not interfere with other meds I'm taking. I'll have my MAD device soon, and the maintenance plan they have set up for me is extremely attentive. I must also say that his son Chris, who runs the front office, is just as attentive. He's your best advocate and will MAKE SURE you have a good experience at that office. He's super relatable and somehow he makes you feel that you are the most important person at that moment. He really ought to open a spa! I'd be a member! Anyway Dr. Cioffi gets 5 stars without hesitation. Keep doing what you're doing!

Fantastic experience: The office is very busy, but they were ready and I got to see Dr Cioffi without delay. He is very personable and has helped with my dental health. Today’s visit was a virtual appointment. It was very appropriate as I get 6 mos check ups for an auto immune condition. The new software was easy to use, but I was not able to get my iPhone 13 to send videos to Dr C. I was able to see him and we could discuss my progress.

Fantastic experience: First time at Dr Cioffis office today and was very happy with my visit. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I understood everything and had a plan going forward. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed or misunderstood. I will definitely refer others to his office.

Fantastic experience: Even though it was over the phone, I was very satisfied. However, I forgot to ask the doctor 2 questions: am I more prone to dental caries because of the gargle that I take? My regular dentist thinks so. And, what can I do about the dry mouth that I get from the liquids?

He's been a lifesaver for me, treating my oral lichen planus, when other drs. didn't know how to treat it. Very grateful for his help in getting my condition into remission. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to at least 16 doctors in six months seeking help with terrible ulcers in my mouth and down my throat with a swollen black sometimes green tongue that I can’t even eat or drink. Nobody was helpful Or even would listen until I saw this practice. The doctors and the staff everybody there were very very conscientious sensitive and professional. I left feeling relief and some hope

Dr. Cioffi and all of the staff there are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and treated me with dignity and respect. Additionally, my dental device cost significantly less than the other places I have heard of....$300 copay compared to $1200 and $2400 co-pays for the same quality. I highly recommend them!

He wasnt like most places were they say they try and help you the best they can, and the fastest they can...but sometimes doesn't seem like they really try really did try and was very proactive to make things happen. Negative experience: I never felt like I was a concern to the staff and dentist. The chairs are in an open concept and other patients are allowed to stop and chat with the dentist while you’re sitting in the chair. There doesn’t seem to be much privacy. When the staff says they’ll call you back, they don’t. I’m in pain and I realize I’m not going to get help at this office anytime soon. Decided to change dentists.

Fantastic experience: I am totally impressed with this office. From my initial phone discussion with Chris, to when I left after my appointment. Dr Cioffi evaluated and fitted for a SomnoMed device to help eliminate snoring and sleep apnea. I am looking forward to its arrival and fit up.
