Fantastic experience: Five Stars (5/5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Black Creek Dental! I woke up on a Friday with a swollen jaw and a very painful tooth. After calling other offices with no luck, Black Creek Dental got me in right away. X-rays showed that my tooth was cracked and needed to come out. Dr. Erminy and his assistant were incredibly patient. They explained the whole extraction procedure and went over my long-term options. The procedure went smoothly, and I was back home in just a couple of hours. To top it all off, they worked with my insurance. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other dentists I have seen. I could not have asked for a better experience during a stressful time!

Negative experience: Update: earlier this year (2025), I had this practice remove 2 of my amalgam/silver fillings. They did not do it in a way that protected my health, and I was exposed to/swallowed enough mercury that it has caused a ton of health problems for me. I found out this was the only source of the mercury and it is causing major problems in my liver. The fact that they so carelessly remove amalgam/silver fillings, knowing it can expose the patient to more mercy than the filling just sitting in a tooth, and knowing no amount of mercury is truly safe in the body, really, really, really bothers me. I would never, ever recommend this practice since they have an utter disregard for human health/ their patients. I'm happy we moved and no longer go there. The staff was all incredibly nice - the front desk, the hygienists, and the dentists. No issue there. Their pricing is totally fair and good. My first cleaning went perfect. However, I did feel that the dentist's exam was too brief and poorly done. At my second cleaning - 6 months later, which was a week and a half ago, the hygienist used some newer tools and my gums and teeth felt a little sore, but when I got home after running errands (about 1.5 hours later) they were incredibly sore and remained that way for an entire day. Also, I was wondering why the dentist did not examine my teeth whatsoever after that cleaning. Maybe if he had he would have noticed something and been able to warn me my teeth and gums may be sore later, and it lasted for 2 full weeks. I had no gum or teeth pain or soreness whatsoever before that visit. Also, something strange, my throat was incredibly itchy and bothering me after the cleaning and that also went on for a few weeks. I'm not questioning their dental skills, but I would never allow anyone to use that dental tool on me or anyone in my family ever. I found out it is called an ultrasonic cleaner or cavatron. Too many bad experiences here... The staff isn't cartel careful when it matters most, and that's scary. I do not recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new dentist and decided to try Black Creek Dental Care. I am sure glad we did!! The experience from start to finish was outstanding. From booking our appointments, checking in (you do have to fill out some forms on an iPad), yes even the x-rays and cleaning!! Jeff was my dental hygienist. He explained what was going on during x-rays, cleaning and in general very good. I was very comfortable with him and looking forward to seeing him my next visit. Dr Grubor was also very nice, and very thorough during his exam. If you are looking for a dentist, this is where you want to come!!

I received outstanding patient care from my initial scheduling and changing appointment twice (due to health reasons) to Exam, X-rays and cleaning. The office was clean, organized and well staffed. The dentist was professional, and he quickly came in to examine my X-rays and check my teeth. The hygienist is the absolute best, she was extremely kind, friendly and yet, very through, conscientious and caring.. I would highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs.

After my poor experience at Greenberg dental traumatized me, I was hesitant to seek dental care again but was pleasantly surprised by how kind and considerate the staff were from the moment I called to book my appointment to the follow up text I received after leaving. If you have any dental work that you need done, I would highly recommend this office. The staff are wonderful, the building is nice and clean, and the rates aren't as high as some of the dentists I've seen in the past so they're reasonable enough if that is a concern for you. I would give them 10 stars if possible but unfortunately that's not an option so 5 will have to do!

Fantastic experience: My first visit at Black Creek Dental today very pleasant non stressful appointment , I really liked all the up to date xray machines and cameras that they have as well as showing me my teeth on the computer screen. Very impressed with all the staff I have anxiety but it was very controlled today as well as all the rooms are space full without being all cramped up The hygienist was awesome as well as the Dr. I give them a 5 star rating A few visits now at Black Creek Dental I have way less stress at my appointments than others places I’ve been in the past actually no stress here it’s a pleasure to get my teeth cleaned here I plan on staying here for a long time I’m 73 and still have my original teeth thank goodness they have helped me to keep them by cleaning them so good ever 6 months. 5 star rating to them.

Fantastic experience: Didn't have a dentist as I hadn't been in a long time and I had some nerve pain when eating a sandwich so I knew I had to bite the bullet since I already have prior dental issues. They accepted me as a walk-in. I had some X-rays done and had to remove some calcification so I needed and injection so I wouldn't feel anything. I am a bit apprehensive to say the least but they treated me with care and compassion. I will be back as I have another appointment for a followup even though they don't accept my insurance which is not the best I chose to come back again.
