Positive experience: My husband has been a patient for near a decade (if not longer) and has always received great treatment and service. Recently we returned to Florida after having to be in Ohio for over a year due to some serious health conditions my husband had (he nearly died twice). Upon returning we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cioffi (whom he did not see, he was treated by someone else) as my husband was having issues with his teeth. Upon hearing he was going to have to have 8 teeth pulled my husband was then chastised about missing appoinments in the past. These "Missed" appointments had to have been close to 5 years ago and while my mother was unexpectedly moved to hospice and then died. For my husband to have to deal with being lectured about missing appointments that he nor I remember him missing without any consideration being given to what he has been going through was both troubling and disheartening. We will continue to come to this office because Dr. Cioffi is the ONLY dentist we trust in Jacksonville however, this last appointment has brought back dental anxiety. We have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with this office and looking at spending another 5k more. Feels like kindness and compassion are slowly leaving this office as it has so many other dentist offices.

Negative experience: Horrible ,office staff non cooperative nor educated in assisting veterans in obtaining services paid for using the VA Community Care program. SAD, forced to find another Dentist and Hygienist after MANY years at this business.

Negative experience: The patient chairs are in open bays. When Chioffi spoke about my conditions he spoke so loud that everyone in the office could hear what he was saying. There was no privacy and it was super embarrassing. NEVER going back.

Have you ever gone to a professional office environment and was overwhelmed by their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, dental knowledge, communication skills, and collaborative treatment abilities? I have! It's Blanding Dental Associates! From the time I entered to my departure, I felt VALUED. THAT'S A RARE FEELING TO GET IN CLAY COUNTY FLORIDA! But I experience it. Every one working there appears HAPPY to Serve their customers. I'm 64 and have visited Dentists since age 18 and this one by far is the BEST!

Negative experience: I met with Dr. Cioffi regarding 3 tiny polyp removals on my inner cheek from biting down on my cheek and not healing properly. 1st session said laser and no blood and no stitching. Day of procedure laser butchery deep holes so he could collect an unnecessary specimen and a dozen stitches later. My mouth is in misery over what i would have otherwise considered a simple procedure. Total overkill. Horrible experience. Not sure he is used to working with this laser machine. I would have been happy with tweezers and a simple scalpel cut. Cancel my follow up appointment. I’m not going back!

I missed my appointment I got change $85 for missing my appt. used to be $25. I am not really happy with the new customer service. it was my first time ever to miss my appt. be careful to read what you are signing!

Fantastic experience: This dental office has the most acclimating staff! My dental hygienist (Trisha) is the best there ever is. She is the GOAT of dental hygienist!! Now I need a crown and I know Dr Chamberlain will take care of this old filling with a crown. I don’t want to loose my tooth’s health . So with that said if you don’t have a dentist insurance; they have a great yearly plan. Give them a call. You can’t go wrong. They are in the Lakeside area of Orange park going south just past Clay Electric but on the left side past Foxridge Rd.
