Fantastic experience: Dr Haider Aldally is one of the best doctors I ever came across if not the best.Thank you for your service and patience.

Negative experience: They do not answer their phone or return any messages. i have called several times in the last week and never talked to anyone on the phone. I would pick another dentist.

Negative experience: I called to schedule my children appointment. The lady that answered the phone asked me which office I gave her my ZIP Code. She said she have no clue which office because they have several offices. She had no interest in helping me figure out which office or booking my children’s appointment. Very unprofessional. I don’t see why people take customer service jobs if they don’t want to help customers. I’m new to the area so I don’t know what they call the office closest to me and that’s the reason I gave my address. I had no Internet connection while on my phone talking to her to look up the correct name for the location.

Negative experience: Poor Hygiene and Unprofessional Patient Care We are currently on our fourth visit across their locations, including Bartram, and the experience has declined significantly. While the initial 'vibe' seemed good, the current reality of the treatment is very disappointing. First, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable for a medical facility. Both offices we visited were visibly dirty. In a business that deals with patients all day, it is unbelievable that the staff is not properly cleaning or sanitizing the space. This is definitely an area that needs some urgent attention. Second, the level of care is lacking. The orthodontist demonstrates a complete lack of professional courtesy; questions are answered without even making eye contact. It feels like a 'revolving door'—just getting people in and out—rather than a legit medical practice that cares about the patient. The front desk staff is fine, but the clinical leadership and hygiene standards are not up to par. I would strongly suggest paying a little extra to go elsewhere for your child's orthodontic treatment. I hope this helps other parents in the area make a better choice for their children.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is polite and professional and thoroughly cleans our teeth. Our child loves coming to the dentist and looks forward to their visit.

Fantastic experience: I came here for an exam and cleaning and I can honestly say that it was the best exam and cleaning I’ve ever had. To start off the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the exam went great and the cleaning was the best cleaning I’ve had the hygienist was very gentle, thorough and explained everything well! He even put a cleaning gel on and I noticed a big difference from before and after the cleaning. Amazing doctor and staff, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Negative experience: i’m never going back again. i’ve gone 2 times previously and had a great experience. yesterday was my first visit in 2-3 years and it was the worst dental experience i’ve ever had. first off the staff were not welcoming or super nice they all seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but at the office. second of all i was there for 2 hours and no other patients came in until right before i left. the place didn’t feel clean anymore either. i had to pay $60 for a “cleaning gel” that turned my gums and lips purple other than that i don’t think it did anything. the hygienist also tore up my bottom gums on my front teeth and i tasted blood for hours after i left. he also while using the water pick during my whole cleaning sprayed water all over my face. i had to keep wiping it off during the cleaning. i’ve never left the dentist in tears or with my mouth looking worse than it did when i went in. additionally, i woke up this morning with swollen lips, the inside of my lips torn up, and a giant cold sore on my lip (i’ve never had one before). this leads me to conclude the equipment wasn’t sterile like it’s supposed to be. after this horrible experience i will be finding a new dentist. i wouldn’t recommend anyone else go here either.

Negative experience: First, I called this location to make my appointment and told them I was sure I’d need a tooth pulled and they were great and fit me in that day. That was the only positive. They neglected to tell me they didn’t have anyone there to extract a tooth if it came down to that… and it did. I was there for maybe 20 mins and was given a referral for their oral surgeon and told to get that tooth out ASAP. I called the number I was given and left a message (Thursday) with no return call. Friday I called again and got what was probably an automated “I’ll call you back” text so then I proceeded to call the offices on the card I was given. Only one office answered to tell me that the oral surgeon doesn’t come to their location and listed the 3 others I could try. NONE of them answered and I called multiple times. Needless to say I ended up somewhere else late afternoon Friday and was able to get it out.. at a much higher price but with much better customer service and compassion. I highly recommend paying the extra dollar to get better care elsewhere

Negative experience: Don't expect a call back. No matter what time you call you leave a voicemail and no one returns the call. I called 3 times in a week and no return call. They don't do any better work than any other dentist but their customer service is significantly lacking. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: No one ever answers the phone or returns a call for an appointment. I've tried for a month. How is this place rated so high? Only reason I keep trying is because this is one of the few places that accepts my insurance.

Negative experience: Scammers! I don’t have dental insurance so I purchased a family subscription for those without insurance that was supposed to give me lower priced cleanings, fillings, etc. My wife went for her cleaning and they refused to clean her teeth unless she paid for an additional $60 “gel” application. She stated that she would not pay that, she only wanted the cleaning and they absolutely refused to clean her teeth without it. They sent her out of the office into the waiting area to “think about it” but when she asked again at the desk for just the cleaning they still would not do it. So basically, I paid for a subscription that they refuse to honor! TOTAL SCAM!!! Will be contacting BBB!!!

Negative experience: Purchased the in house insurance. First visit went well. Dr said teeth looked great. Second visit the tall man cleaning my teeth refused to due cleaning unless I paid an extra $60 for gel. Treated me like I was a criminal , wouldn’t even give his name. I won’t go back here. Front desk lady was rude too when I asked to speak to a manager or dr.

Fantastic experience: Basel was very professional and did a great job of cleaning my teethHe also took the time to explain proper teeth care to me, which I appreciated.

Negative experience: If I could give this a -10 stars, I would. I don’t think I’ve had a worse experience, getting my teeth cleaned ever. The lady who cleaned my teeth, asked me, “Do you think your teeth are clean enough or should I keep going?” I felt as If I had to be the dentist. Worst experience of my life. -10/10

Positive experience: Very good experience at this location in Fruitcove. They were very thorough and I am happy with the outcome.

Negative experience: Can't get anyone on the phone. Office is never open when I try to stop by ? Are they out of business? 'Always knew this was bargain basement dentistry ... but no phone answer and no call backs? I'm Going somewhere else Today !

Negative experience: 1. They won't set any appointment in advance or for other facilities. All done yourself. 2. I had tooth pain and pain around the gum line. My gums bled every visit when they poked around. Went once for that and a cleaning and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Sent me to where they did root canals, they couldn't figure it out. Came in for a cleaning again 6 months later and the dental hygienist said my gums were bad and need to use mouth wash. Fixed everything. 2 masters degrees couldn't figure it out but the technical school degree did... He gets 5 starts. Wasted my time and benefits. Too narrow in their scope. Like asking a doctor for nutrition advice.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get an appointment for over a month now! No return phone call not email!

Positive experience: First time visit due to change in insurance. 9:30 appointment but not seen until 10:15. Dental exam was very brief, but did get me in for cleaning after telling me one had not been scheduled. Staff was very nice. Facility was very cold temperature wise with an 'industrial feel'.

Negative experience: If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I got an automated text the day before my appointment saying it was rescheduled for 5:00 am. I tried numerous times to get into contact and was just pushed through to voicemail. I even attempted to utilize the option to send a text message. No response at all from anyone at the office. I end up waiting in the parking lot on the day of my appointment until 3 hours have passed since my scheduled appointment time. The door was still locked and there was no one behind the desk. The customer service is absolutely horrible. And I know what good customer service looks like, as I work in customer service. I would highly advise people to not waste time and effort, and instead, go with a different dentist entirely.

Negative experience: I’d give zero stars. Every time I call no one picks up. No one answers messages. It’s impossible to make an appointment and to communicate with anyone. In addition, I thought the dentist was rude. Insulting my teeth and telling me she felt sorry for my children who inherited my teeth. What is wrong with people? Don’t go to Greenberg dental.

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctors and best cleaning I’ve ever experienced!

Positive experience: Patel is good, takes her time and explains things. But trying to call them to make appt or to cancel is frustrating. No one ever picks up the phone. 4 stars due to difficulties trying to reach them on the phone.

Positive experience: Great service, good work and communication with staff...also decent prices and good payment arrangements. Highly recommended to anyone. I prefer the Fruit Cove location.

Positive experience: When my wire was uneven the person did nothing to fix it ans i was not happy about that. Overall, the place is pretty good.

Negative experience: My family and I have been coming to this location for almost a decade. Ortho and Dental. Although they flip medical personnel like a deck of cards i never really had an issue until now. The last couple of times i have taken my kids there particularly for cleaning i see the dental tools out in the open on a metal tray no paper on the tray, no sealed packages. I am not saying the instruments are not sterilized, or that the trays are not cleaned but why stop assuring your customers that they are. I am old school, i remember the dental tragedies of the 80’s during the aids crisis where unsafe practice were exposed with deadly consequences. Such a simple effort to show patients the lengths a dental office takes for their safety would go such a long way. It is uncomfortable to walk in and not be sure. Specially when your Dental staff rotates so much and are new.

Fantastic experience: OK let’s be honest, no one likes going to the dentist lol. But we have to go anyways. Dr. Patel and her staff are always very friendly, very warm and very understanding. My wife and our 2 daughters all go here. Their scheduling process is easy and they actually get you out of your appointments as quickly as possible, without wasting additional time. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel and her team to anybody looking for a good compassionate, family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been to two Greenberg Dental Clinics. I choose to go to this one in Fruit Cove because they are more personable. Additionally they schedule better so I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The team they have at this location is caring, personable and professional. I do hope they remain. Everyone at the Fruit Cove location, from check in to the exam room, cares about the patient. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Recommended next steps for tooth that was sensitive to cold and the tooth hurting and gum surrounding that tooth. Appointment scheduled to address both issues. Doctor and staff answered all questions and was very professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and nurse Kate were super helpful in my emergency dental situation. They walked me through everything: plans, procedures and payments. I have some past childhood anxiety with visiting the dentist but they were really great and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is the most amazing and caring dentist! The entire staff is superb including the orthodontist, Dr. Cao. Definitely worth the drive from St Augustine.

Positive experience: Nice and competent dentist but this office is run unprofessionally. They hardly ever answer their phone and they will cancel your appointment without letting you know. I tried to get in touch with them for two weeks after we showed up for an appointment only to find the office closed down. After getting no response to repeated messages, we finally had to switch to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful to work with. No one likes going to the dentist, but they at least make your experience as pleasurable as possible.

Negative experience: No communication, my husband needed to go in for an emergency extraction. They accommodated him, which I appreciate but since it was short notice it had to be paid out of pocket while they submitted through the insurance. They either never did it or didn’t bother since we already paid. I called 3 times over a month period to get a follow up and the office manager continued to tell me they would work on it but never anything more. It’s been over 6 months for sure.

But with Dr. Patel and her staff they made my daughter feel so comfortable that she didn’t need nitrous and actually enjoys going to the dentist now!!! I used the same dentist for 30 years and today was the first time I was seeing Dr. Patel who not only made me feel comfortable but treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. Both Dr. Patel and her assistant took the time to listen and made the best suggestions and recommendations for my treatment. My appointment was at 7 AM and the receptionist was very courteous and thorough to check me in as first time patient. As early as it is everyone from the staff who walked by said good morning. After seeing the same dentist for 30 years I feel very lucky and relieved to be under the care of my new dentist Dr. Patel and her staff. I would recommend Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics to anyone looking for honest and straight forward dental care. 5/24: another appointment with Dr. Patel and Greenberg dental office. I could not be happier with the upbeat mood and wonderful attitude. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in need for dental services.

Negative experience: My 15 yr old daughter needs fillings and I was only given morning appointments to choose from. Which is extremely inconvenient seeing as she will miss school. The hours are not convenient at all.

Fantastic experience: My kids and I enjoyed our very first visit! That is very strange for me to say because I am afraid of going to the dentist! The office and staff are great - very good to deal with! I normally HATE getting x-rays and gag much, but with the digital scans, it was a much better experience! The staff was very welcoming to me andy children and the visit with the Dr went very well! The cleaning was also a breeze. My smile bones are feeling great!!!

Negative experience: I missed my appt 3 times and they called me saying that the Doctor did not want to see me anymore because I have missed my appointments so many times. But whenever they had issues in the past with cancellations I never once change dentist, they went through 3 different dentist at the gruiré cove office location in less than a year and they kept switching my appointments around and I stood by them and never once complaint. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Can’t Bellevue this happened !!!!

From the sweet woman at the front desk to the team in the back.. nothing but good things to say! Only complaint is how far they are from me, but they are worth the drive.. and that says a lot with these gas prices

Negative experience: Super rude. chastised and fussed at my kid about her brushing routine to where my kid was in tears by the time I got in the car and this has happened at more than one Greenberg location where the orthodontists were super rude and unhelpful

Fantastic experience: Great experience! We changed to this Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics because we had so many difficulties making appointments at the other one. Also, the staff was constantly changing and often unpleasant. The staff at this office was very pleasant and professional, and the dentist was awesome!
