Fantastic experience: Professional courteous staff. Vanessa rocks as a painless but thorough hygienist. She has her way with plaque. Best hygienist I have ever been to. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and environment, quick and efficient! My daughters had to switch dental offices due to insurance change and were a little nervous about the first visit here, but left very happy! Dr. Kuhl and the entire staff were great!

Negative experience: Please teach the receptionist Tasha about proper phone etiquette. Tasha called me to confirm my children’s dental appointment, I missed the call but received the voicemail, where she clearly stated to call back and confirm the appointment. I called several times, each time I called Tasha would answer the phone, state her name, and as soon as I began to speak she would immediately place the call on hold, no forewarning or anything. I thought it was a mistake but I called four times and each time she did this. It’s literally 4pm and their office is open until 5pm so they are still open for business. That is very rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and the dentist hygienist always are very nice and doing a wonderful job. Receptionists at greeting and assisted with paying bills are wonderful too. I have been going there for a few years now. Because I am happy with their service. I just want to say thank you. The lady that cleans my teeth is wonderful, great at what she does and very nice.

Negative experience: After 3 years of going here; I decided to change places for these reasons: - I have dental insurance and my cleanings/co pays went from around 50-120 dollars over the three year span. When I questioned many of the services I was charged was always told I needed everything they did. Reached out to an old dentist I had in another state for over a 11 years. He looked at the list of services and said I was being ripped off. The last time I came in great expressions I denied several of the extra charges on treatment plan before the cleaning. After cleaning I was still charged 120 and I said no way I denied those services. Hygienist came around corner and said I think you needed them anyways. I just went to new dentist. Same cleaning and services. Copay was zero dollars. Buyer beware!

Negative experience: The one star is for the ladies in the office. Not the dentist. I’d give 0 if that was possible. I was told to come in and my appt. Was saved under a “dummy account”. as we were playing phone tag and Tasha had 3-4 calls before me when I booked. My girls have been coming here for years. She saved the appt for 2:30. When I got there I filled out paper work and was told to wait and then told that the doc “may” not want to see my as my insurance needed a referral from the general dentist - it was vague but there was a hidden message behind it I soon leaned. Tasha worked on this for me and I believe got the referral? Then, we were called back. They took my 5 year olds x rays first and then cleaned her teeth. Now mind you, I made this appointment because my 5 year old was experiencing a tooth ache so I wanted to get her looked at. Tasha was nice enough to get us squeezed in. This woman is so busy and still managed to smile and be kind to patients coming in. I was told it the hygienist, “the dentist will come out and review her x rays” This is the kicker. I was told her was coming to see my kid. He did not. The DENTIST never came out. He then had Tasha review a $99 plan with me to get my kids tooth looked at when I PAY for insurance and was told that he was going to walk out of his office to see my kid: I said I’m not doing that. Never once did he leave his office and I heard mutterings of “who is going to pay for the claim if it gets Denied” The cowardice of not talking to me as a patient, a mom and a professional who works in the medical devise industry astounded me. This dentist showed me truly what a broken system we live in. Instead of choosing to walk out for 5 min and look at my 5 year old daughter’s teeth to give us both the peace of mind if she had a cavity or not - he never came. The office manager who was also wonderful called the higher ups and I stood at the front desk a while and demanded to be seen. So we went back to the big room to be seen with my daughter and I waited too long and my mom heart was just breaking and I was angry. He still did not come out and made the choice to leave a kid with a cavity. My daughter was very confused and could sense the energy and was asking questions. I’ll never be back there and it is sad because the women in the office are what make it tick. They are lovely. I should have never been allowed in the back and given the rays and teeth cleaning and told he was coming. The dentist never came.

Negative experience: There orthodontist technicians have horrible attitudes and very disrespectful no customer service skills at all they should not be dealing with kids at all

Positive experience: This was our first time at this Great Expressions Dental office. We got in right away. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. One negative thing was the screaming kids. I am thankful my child never had a fear of the Dentist!

Negative experience: Waited 2 hours for cleaning then was told they didn’t have enough time to clean my teeth and I would have to reschedule It took me 8 weeks to get this appointment

Fantastic experience: Vanessa does an amazing job and always takes special care to be gentle. I don’t mind coming to the dentist because they always make sure I’m comfortable during each cleaning.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Miranda Wright is has a problem w me questioning her about my dental care. For over 2 years she hasn't installed my crowns after installing the implant. Then when I questioned her she refused me futher treatment and told me to seek care elsewhere. Also, her dental hygienist cracked one of my teeth during cleaning and only did half my mouth. Save your money and dental health by seeking care somewhere else.

Negative experience: We had a poor experience at this office. Communication about my daughter’s treatment plan was unclear and changed significantly without proper explanation. Referred to two different endodontists. She also experienced pain during a cleaning, which was concerning even after the dental tech mentioned the speed might be up to high. On top of that, we dealt with repeated long wait times with no progress at appointments. To make someone wait an hour in the chair and not even provide care during that appointment to rescheduling and making them wait 30 minutes and suggesting "go walk to grab a coffee while we wait" is outrageous. Due to these issues, we chose to cancel that appointment and go elsewhere. This office is seriously lacking bedside care, basic communication and how they handle appointments/ patients. Complaints with the proper authorities have been filed.

Negative experience: Save your energy, and go somewhere else... Ive had appointments moved around without me knowing anything about it. They never follow up to reschedule anything. If you call to reschedule or cancel an appointment you will be on hold for at least 30 minutes

I said I wasn't coming back.We'll i did on february 23rd 2026 My server carrie was Awesome I explained to carrie what happened carrie went over above for me my food was made special by Manger Claude best steak and food ever yessss then Claude came and talked to me about was everything good yess that Manger was awesome I love his customer service keep up great work I'm coming back lol

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and welcoming. My son was extremely nervous and did not want to go to the dentist at all. The team truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. By the time we left, he was smiling and said he loves the dentist and that it’s “not scary at all!” That speaks volumes about how gentle and compassionate they are with children. They were also able to see both my daughter and son during the same visit, which made everything so convenient for our family. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful appointment into such a positive experience. We truly appreciate you all and highly recommend this amazing dental team!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Words cannot express how happy this office made me. My 5 year old daughter has a huge fear of dentist after having a really bad experience at another dental office and I honestly was dreading the appointment but the day came and everyone was amazing. A lot of people treat my daughter differently because she looks like a 7 or 8 year old but she’s still just a little girl. Everyone in the office smiled at my daughter and tried talking to her calmly because they could tell she was very scared. Dr. Cool has to be one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met- and I used to work at a doctors office. After he walked out of the room, my little girl looked at me and said “It wasn’t scary at all! I really like him!”. Tears immediately came to my eyes. No one likes to see their child terrified and the lengths this office went through to make my little girl comfortable was amazing. I highly recommend this office to everyone. Thank you all for taking such good care of my baby.

Negative experience: Terrible place the receptionists are a joke they can never get their facts straight and have no idea what there doing!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Wright is amazing!! She takes time with you and goes the extra steps to be sure you are taken care of.

Negative experience: This place is a dump. They never answer the phone. When you make an appointment 75% of the time they call and cancel and ask you to reschedule they make up lies why the dentist isn’t there. And then, even though if you had an appointment scheduled for six months to say oh, we don’t have one for another three months oh excuse me. It is not a friendly environment.

Negative experience: Not impressed. My daughter (6 years old) was treated and they cleaned her teeth with a toothbrush! They did not use dental tools, rushed the cleaning, and the dental assistant was not patient or kid-friendly. After the cleaning, my daughter still has a lot of plaque that needs to get cleaned on her back teeth! Ugh! Will not be going back there and now need to find another dentist. Advice: get back to the basics of smiling, good customer service, and high quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: The dentist does great work and I love my Hygienist. Sometimes they do a last minute schedule change, but overall happy with them.

Negative experience: My insurance changed with the new year so I called them to make an appt for a cleaning. I called just before 4pm and was told to call back the next day because the lady that answered was “about to walk out the door” and the other girl was new. I thought they closed at 4 and told them I would call them back the next day. After I hung up, I looked at their hours and they close at *5:00*. Needless to say, the dentist office across the street now has my family and myself’s business.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa is fantastic!!!!!!! Can't recommend her enough! I am a scared cat when it comes to dentist, but she calms all my fears!

Positive experience: Edited: My husband had his dental appointment and said he had a new dental hygienist. This is #4 in 4 years. He's very displeased! The only reason I'm even leaving 3 stars is because Dr. Wright is awesome. The dental center itself, needs a lot of work, as in training for customer service. I've even considered moving my family to another dental center but I'm all about second chances. On a Friday June 7th, I called due to tooth sensitivity leading me to believe it might be something urgent. I called the number and pressed #2. First time it rang for 22 minutes. My husband said you'd have better luck just driving up there. He's not happy with this dental center either. Before getting dressed I googled the office and it says open. I called back, pressed #2 and started to get dressed and even did my hair. I drove up there and noticed 4 cars in the parking lot. So I went in and yes they were open. Lady behind the desk asks if I'm checking in. No I've been calling you for the last hour and 15 minutes. I looked down and said you don't answer phones? Well there's no doctor here on Fridays. Ok, I don't care, you don't answer the phone? Matter of fact, there was no ringing behind the desk. So I screenshot the call and saved it and hung up. Just over 53 minutes. So much for help during an emergency. I don't care if there's no doctor, what do I do? Lady at front desk says the nearest one is at 103rd. Ok, is there a doctor in at 103rd. So she starts to call. I'm beyond frustrated. I stopped her and said does Dr. Wright have availability this week, if so, I'll take it. I did see doctor Wright and she's great. I mean such a patient and professional dentist. Since I've been coming here, they're on receptionist #3. It's too hard for them to smile and make you feel welcomed. I just don't get it. Husband just had his cleaning a yesterday and says "every single appointment I've had, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. " (He's retired Military and always arrives early) His appointment was at 8am. He doesn't get it either. And if you need to call to change an appointment time, you always get a voicemail and have to leave a message. This has happened on numerous occasions.

Negative experience: Do NOT recommend for special needs children (ASD/ADHD). Doctor was short and rushed. Showed ZERO compassion or consideration for time and accommodations. Definitely will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Tashia & Dana were the best along with the rest of the staff..... We have a serious on going problem with my oldest granddaughter getting treated due to a situation happen years ago bc of that she has not able to be seen by your office or anyone due to the type of insurance she has..... However I brought up this situation to Tashia & Dana while at the office for my other two grandkids. They both were very concerned about what happened and definitely looking into the situation to get it resolved..... Meanwhile my granddaughter is in need of an appointment for a serious tooth that needs attention. After being told for years she couldn't see the dentist. TASHIA has scheduled her an appointment for December 1 at 9:30..... I am SOOOOOO PLEASED with the both of THEM with their caring attitude and PROFESSIONALISM and the fact they are working on getting this problem resolved once and for all and to get the needed work for my oldest daughter Katalina..... Thank you for having caring people that truly care for children in this day and time.... please give them the highest commendation you can give ..... Thank you again Cheryl Jones the kids grandparent

Negative experience: The front desk staff and dental team do not communicate or train well. My appointment was scheduled but cut into separate appointments because the dentist couldn’t perform all the procedures which the front desk scheduled me for and said could be done. My expectations were not met, I wanted to get everything done in one appointment, because of availability. The only excuse they give me was that they didn’t want to make me uncomfortable. Which I have been through this many procedures before, with the novocain they give you nothing is uncomfortable. I feel like my time was wasted when I specifically took time off and planned to get everything done and they just decided to not meet that expectation and not do it because they overbooked their appointments for the day. They are so disorganized and uncommunicative, they had patients leaving without personal information being collected which they spoke about during my single procedure. Another patient who had to drive from Gainesville for an appointment they made, but apparently was not scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a routine cleaning. The technician name is Vanessa. She is awesome. She explained every step of the way, took her time and did an excellent job. I look forward to going the next 6 months. Thank you, Vanessa.

Negative experience: I wanted to love this place, I had heard good things. I didn’t like how rushed it was, the dentist talked super fast. It has also been over a month & still no update on all these things they wanted to do on my child’s teeth. Overall I understand things may take time, but mainly didn’t like feeling a number to be rushed out

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Great Expresion for the past 30 years. I have never have an issue. Excellent customer service no complaint. I just moved to Jacksonville and This is the third time going to the office and everything was excellent.

Negative experience: I am not sure how their service is but if getting in touch with them is indication, then it is probably not very good. I have been on hold for 20mins and they keep picking up the phone and telling me to please hold. How are you suppose to get an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for better people helping my boy out, i am so thankful for people like you. Thank you guys for loving your jobs, it shows from the front staff to the people in the back to the checkout. You guys make everyone feel welcomed and I am super grateful for that.

Negative experience: waited 40 min. for a new patient exam. When called assistant not friendly, didn't talk to me, said insurance limited (which it is not) room not clean. Got up and left without exam. Will not be going back. You’d think they would treat their new patients and all their patients with better mannerisms.

Negative experience: I was calling to make a new patient appointment and was left on hold for 10 minutes for them to disconnect the call. I called back 3 times for the receptionist (white) to say quickly “thank you for calling please hold” the last time I interrupted and said I e been on hold for over 10 minutes that’s rude. Her response was “we’re a busy office” As I was explaining you can be a busy office but that doesn’t mean leave a patient on hold for over 10 minutes and never come back to the line to check on them or atleast give them an option to call back or let them know it would be a while. At this time, time is still ticking away. She rudely dismissed what I said and placed the phone back on hold. After another 2 minutes she came back like nothing just happened. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and of course she was in a meeting. She then rudely just put the phone back on hold and transferred it to someone else. That lady (black) who took over was nice and stated she would give my concern to Dana who is the office manager but I highly doubt that would happen. They lost a potential patient because the rudeness is uncalled for and you haven’t done a basic thing to help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No it’s not a racial thing I just want to differentiate who I was speaking to so that patient who read the reviews will know when they do in office who’s nasty.

Fantastic experience: Ashley was a wonderful hygienist - so much better than previous person but she just made my day great. I also thought the tech person did a great job. Dentist was quiet but definitely knew her stuff- was business like and professional and action oriented. All in all, a great experience (which I have not always had in past). Thank you Ashley and the others!

Negative experience: Please parents read this very carefully, I been dealing with this clinic for about two months or so to have my children's see by the dentis ( all this time back and forth with confirming their appointments) today I have received the last call at 12:13pm to double confirm the appointment for today at 2:00 pm and also to obtain AGAIN THEIR MEDICAL INSURANCE ID, long story short they cannot find the dental Ins active in their system ,also they told me that they can still bring my kids but as a self pay and or I can call the insurance to have this confirm... My point here is as fallow: very poor ,horrible customer service ,I didn't sent my kids to school today waiting for this app. I really hope that my situation can be considered and taken care of so other's patients don't experience this.

Positive experience: The service was over all okay. My appointment was at 1 pm. I was called in around 1:20 p.m.. everything went fine. The dentist could be a little more personable though. Going to pay my bill took about 15 minutes of waiting. Also they gave me the wrong price going in. It was a different price when I went to check out. I would love to just pay my bill and leave. But everything else was okay.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this loction the staff on the Adult and teen side is really ruff and rude I know alot of FAMILY that have remove them self and their FAMILY from this Place I will not be returning! THe PEDIATRIC is GREAT Dr Kuhl is great I wish he seen Teens as far as the other side never AGAIN!

Fantastic experience: today I took my son to see Dr. Wright. The visit was amazing from the time that we checked in to the time we checked out. Even though this is a very fast pace office, the staff seem to manage it very well. I will highly recommend coming here.

Negative experience: Customer service stinks. I had a quick question, and Davina put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and she asked to put me on hold again, I started to say "can you just take my number and call me back, so I am not sitting on hold," but before I could, she put me back on hold. 2 stars because at least a person answered, not an automated system.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kuhl is the best dentist we have ever had!!! The best with kids!! Everyone in the office has the best and most patient team members!! Love them all super appreciative!!

Negative experience: My children have been patients for a few years. Cwe have had constant issues with scheduling and it's very hard to get in touch with the office. The last straw was a rude hygienist who insulted my son for his whole appointment. Once they remove his braces this next visit, we will never go back. Tashia in the front is great though!

Negative experience: This place is so unprofessional. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes. One of the receptionist looked like she just rolled out of bed and threw on whatever. It took way too long for xrays. I was also supposed to get a cleaning and the hygienist wanted me to come back later or reschedule...I was in there for 3 hours and the only thing I got done was xrays. Then they waited til I went to check out and listed everything they think I needed work on in front of a lobby full of other patients. Then I tried to call back to get more information on these appointments and to actually schedule a cleaning and no one is picking up the phone at either locations. Someone answered and immediately placed me on hold. The only thing that made me want to come back was the lady that did my xrays but I refuse to have these type of unprofessional people play in my mouth. DONT COME HERE!!!

Negative experience: I don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review anywhere. The lack of communication and respect here by certain staff is ridiculous! I brought my kids to have their teeth checked for cavities and such. Upon standing up to go back with my daughter, I was told to sit back down. My daughter was to not have certain things done due to her braces and specific orders from her orthodontist. She told the assistant (I'm assuming she was a dental assistant) she couldn't have her teeth cleaned and the assistant told her she was going to do what needed to be done anyway. I wasnt back there, so I couldn't put my foot down. Same girl called my son back and was rude to him, not answering questions and rolling her eyes. He texted me to tell me, so I had her bring him back out to me and we walked out. I have never in my life been anywhere that so much disrespect was shown. To clarify, it was only 1 specific staff member, unfortunately I didn't get her name. We will not be going back to this location.

Negative experience: If you are thinking of coming here, RUN. You will have to call over 30 times across a week to even get someone to answer the phone. When they do, you’ll get placed on hold without them even saying a word. They will then leave you on hold for another 30 minutes. They have zero emergency blocks. My kid got a filling and was told to come right back in if her gums went white in the area. When they turned white, I called. Once they answered my 50th call, they said they don’t have anything soon. Weird, they move our appointment all the time without asking, so I’m surprised they don’t move others for emergencies or have emergency blocks. I’ll be taking my complaint to the Florida Board of Dentistry. run run run

Fantastic experience: Great Expressions Dental at Fleming Island is a remarkable team. Dr. Wright and Susan have been working together a long time and this truly shows in their expertise and teamwork. Their friendship and interests make for a stream of fascinating discussions between them that make a nice distraction from what might be unpleasant procedures if you noticed it at all. While leaving I was amazed by another skilked dentist working patiently and pleasantly on a young mother with a happy little son toddling around behind her and an infant on her stomach. These are wonderful professionals.

I was really worried because I had a bad experience at a previous doctor's office which made me a nervous wreck when going to any dentist and I had orthodontics previously to my bad experience and it only takes one time, but going in the staff was so understanding and kind to me and I had excruciating pain due to my wisdom teeth and was scheduled for a filling (not wisdom) and instead of pushing for the filling the doctor made calls around so I could get an immediate appointment to get my extractions before touching my mouth for fillings and I didn't need to pay a thing for coming in that day. And on the day of surgery they were all so wonderful as well and patient with me even though I was a last minute appointment. I'm am so thankful for this team of people. My pain was so bad before the procedure and they cared for me so well. ❤️

Negative experience: I wish I didn't even have to give this place 1 star that's how horrible it is. My child was scheduled to have his tooth filled 3 times and all 3 visits were rescheduled the day of our arrival. The last one on 4/4 took the cake, as my elderly mother arrived with my child because I was out of town and she was told the visit needed to be rescheduled dentist unavailable, this is totally unacceptable ,my child is in pain ,how do you treat people this way. Even after I spoke to office staff on 4/3 and visit was confirmed . The other two visits were rescheduled due to dentist on maternity leave or unavailable. The worst dental services we have received yet . Needless to say we will not be returning and I do NOT recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wright is the best! I looked carefully on line to find a new dentist, as I’m very nervous going to the dentist. I read Dr Wright’s glowing reviews. I only hoped they were true. She was all that and much much more. She completely put me at ease. She very caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I finally found a dentist I can trust to give me the care that I need. Many thanks and gratitude to Dr Wright!!!!!

Negative experience: I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was my 2nd experience with Great Expressions. The first time was in 2020 where my temporary crown was created with the incorrect material causing pulpitis and the need for a previously unnecessary root canal. I was hoping to give Great Expressions a second chance since its been several years. I was hoping for a better experience. Boy was I WRONG.... My experience was appalling and terrifying. Susan, the dental assistant, started the visit out by not introducing herself. I saw my papers in her hand and she already had vital signs written on them (heart rate of 60 and a blood pressure of 129/80.) She did not take my vital signs. These were fabricated. Dr. Kumar then came in and told me all I needed a crown and no additional information. He injected lidocaine (that didn't work) then started drilling my tooth. He repeatedly pinched the inside of my mouth, tongue, cheeks, and lips which I could feel the entire time. He want me to keep my jaw to the right and my tongue to the left, which cause the corner of my mouth to rip open and bleed. Susan was repeatedly gagging me with the suction after requesting for her to stop. I had to physically remove Dr. Kumar's and Susan's hands from my mouth after raising my hand for a break. This is physical battery by the way. 2 hours in I was told they were 1/2 way finished. 4 hours and trauma for a temporary crown is unacceptable. Best advice I can give: Find another dentist. Update: it’s been 2 months since I requested to discuss my experience with corporate. I still have not gotten a reply. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: This place is becoming horrible. I have heard so many excuses as to why they need to cancel appointments from sicknesses, insurance or doctors are out and won't help to send to another location. They have you do it. Started out great and the only issue was not answering phones. Now it's cancellations months out and lack of communication for follow up. Then today again oh did some on call you, well we can only see you for 1 app. But the other one we can't. Seriously. People take time off for this can't just accommodate you whenever. We should charge you a co-pay for inconveniences and lack of communication.

Negative experience: Appointment was set up 6 months ago for 1pm. Then this week, I received a confirmation of the 1pm by text. Then a text rescheduling to 1:50. This then repeated for 3 days. Same thing happened to my daughter. So I called up the office and was told the hygienist was working on her schedule. I suggested they should call to make sure we were still able to make the change. So, I arrive at 1:50 as the text said and they say they canceled my appointment because I wasn't here at 1! I showed them the texts, and they said, "That's generated by their system and not them. I'm late for my appointment and they don't have Availability now." I am frustrated that I take time off work to see the dentist and rearrange my schedule after their text and confirmation with the phone call just to have them blame their system and refuse to honor the dental appointment.

Negative experience: Scheduling of appointments, communicating any changes with appointment times, insurance coverage, change in dentist, needed paperwork, or insurance coverage, cost estimate prior to appointment is awful. Last year when I had an appointment, the office canceled my appointment without notifying me. This year the dentist is A fill in dentist, not covered by my insurance. This information was not shared with me prior to my appointment. Last year I had an appointment for my son and it was one day too early for the insurance to cover, which I was notified about when checking out and paying for the appointment. Currently looking for a new Dentist.

Negative experience: Made an appointment months ago for the 20th of December and just got a call that they want to cancel until after late March. Informed them that I wouldn't have insurance then as I will be im between contracts and all of a sudden they could fit me in sooner "if I was paying out of pocket". Advised I did not want to pay out of pocket and the entire reason I booked months in advance was to be able to be seen before my insurance is up. I was met with an "awww well it'd be late March". Will definitely be finding a different dentist. This place doesn't actually care about customers it seems. Update: Owner replied below, but I feel as though this is only because of the bad review. I was able to get an appointment with Aspen Dental. They were full up but put me on a list to call if someone cancels, and someone did, now I will be able to get my teeth looked at and cleaned before my insurance is up. Aspen Dental was empathetic to my situation and did not prioritize cash paying customers over insurance customers.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa did my teeth cleaning today She is so caring. I have vertigo and she left the chair high and did not lower my head and stood the whole time to clean my teeth. She did a thorough and good job. I am very happy with her cleaning my teeth from now on. I make my appt for the next time so I make sure I get Vanessa. I

Negative experience: They don't call to confirm appointments. I've been actively calling them for months to get an appointment for my niece, They called me back once at like 6:00 a.m when I was still asleep so I missed the call. When I tried to call them back again no answer. You have to physically walk into their office in order to make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My dental care at Great Expressions Fleming Island is always excellent. Dr. Wright and her staff are always attentive, courteous, and responsive. I have been there for years and will continue to get my dental care there.

Negative experience: This company is absolutely the worst dentist office I've ever been in, they lied and said that they called and canceled my appointment because I haven't seen the dentist in a year I have never been to the dentist to get a cleaning and had to see the dentist first before a cleaning. They did the same thing to my wife we both had early appointments and showed up and they were canceled out of the blue. Now they have signs that say that your appointment may be canceled if not confirmed so I guess they do this all the time.

Fantastic experience: Front office staff is always helpful and friendly. Charges are always explained. I love Vanessa my hygienist and I love Dr. Wright. Sometimes there is a short wait.. 20 minutes but the service is worth it. I highly recommend Great Expressions Fleming Island.
