Fantastic experience: First of all I want to say it’s hard to believe so many positive reviews especially when coming from other dental offices with almost perfect reviews and being let down. But not here the reviews are from long term patients who continue to come back for a reason. I had a wonderful experience Dr. Lee gave me one if not the best first visit I’ve ever had. He took his time doing the exam and explained everything and answered all my concerns and questions. His entire staff was very welcoming. His assistant was wonderful and so warm and welcoming she kept me calm I was so nervous. The hygienist was very detailed and took her time and made sure she removed even what was left from a previous dental office who supposedly gave me a deep cleaning in 20 minutes but that’s another story. Back to this great dental office I love that it’s straight forward no silly gimmicks or fancy looking decor to cover a mediocre staff. I didn’t feel like I was being sold or pushed anything which all this new modern dental offices especially in Downey see you as a walking $$$. Truly if all you want is honesty and quality care this office delivers. I use to hate the dentist and after this past visit I now understand the very few people who enjoy their dental visits, it’s because they have a great dentist with amazing staff. Thank you Dr. Lee and your wonderful staff definitely looking forward to my next appointment.

Told me I was doing good but also told me what I could do to further improve on my dental health on my own. Provided me of certain brands to use and how to use them. Incredible and nice. I have never felt rushed and he is able to answer any question I have. They were able to fit me in ASAP when I broke a tooth and I didn't have to wait for treatment.

Positive experience: I can only talk about one visit so far. Martha was friendly . She told me what to expect for my first visit. Gave me a tour of the office. She was quick and knows what she’s doing. Dr. Lee was detailed of my condition and gave me a roadmap of what needs done to save my teeth. I’m returning for deep cleaning. I’m paying out of pocket. Cost is very reasonable compared to the last dentist I visited.

Fantastic experience: Always a friendly staff and great communication about appts and follow up reminders and fees. Very clean office and organized office as well. The staff and Dr Lee has wonderful bedside manner while also very personable. Dr Lee is also very direct and clear with homework / steps you need to do to take good care of your dental hygiene. I have pretty high anxiety at this point around dental work and they always take that into consideration and walk me thru. My only complaint (tho I don’t want to say it’s a complaint really) is that the price of follow up routine cleanings have now doubled in the past year and I will struggle to afford them as my insurance only covers once a year. I would highly recommend the office tho!

Also Lily is one of the best dental hygienists in my experience. The building is a bit out dated and could use some love but it doesn’t bother me.

The only negative thing I'd have to say is that the Dr. no longer offers nitrous, which I was told was because their office's insurance was going to be going up if they use nitrous. Fantastic experience: This review is about 2 months overdue and the only reason that I am finally making the time to finally write it, is because it is well-deserved! I came off my parent's insurance about a year ago and my last dentist did not accept my new insurance. Branching out and having to find new health services has been a really stressful process for me. However, when I found this office, I immediately felt so welcomed! Dr. Lee and his team were so kind and helpful and super informative. The actual cleaning and whatnot done on my teeth was just as great! Their dental hygienist in particular was really amazing! (I wish I remembered her name). She was not rough when cleaning my teeth and she really took her time to get any and all gunk out. My teeth have honestly never felt cleaner! Overall, such a pleasant visit. I highly recommend!
