Negative experience: First time I've had such a negative experience with a dental office. The actual work performed on my teeth has been nothing but a headache. From cracked fillings, to irritated gums. I have zero faith in Dr. Stevie. I wish I had never come here in the first place.

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience. We received a dental referral for my daughter's cavity. We made an appointment with Dr Vert, when the appointment was made I explained it was referral and which dentist referred us to them. As the client I'm going to assume the receptionist has a procedure and how to obtain x-rays and whatever information they needed especially since I gave them the referring doctor. We get to the dental appointment and they didn't do that. They left it up to me to call my dentist and ask them for the X-rays. When the doctor came in the room I could tell he was already informed and assumed I was upset more than I was and when he was talking to me he was very defensive in his tone and the remarks he was making. Then he went on to try to discredit the dentist that referred us which then I had to let him know that was a family friend dentist who referred us. Well I stepped away to get their email address as I was on the phone with my dentist so they could get the x-rays My 9 yo daughter informed me that they were talking about our dentist in a negative tone while I was away. To me that's very unprofessional to make any sort of comments about another professional when the lack of professionalism was on their end because they didn't do their job They didn't ask for X-rays They didn't ask for information on the tooth that needed the filling when I made the appointment. It is not my job as the client to get x-rays and information that they need to do their job, They are the "professionals".

Fantastic experience: Nice experience. Took my son to oral surgeon Dr. Ameet Chopra. That’s one Alpha male dr. Very confident and you can tell he means business. I was not worried at all. It was so quick, and my son is currently still recovering with no issues. I already recommended this dental office to a coworker and my daughter. They have all types of dentists there. General/Cosmetic, Oral surgeon, pediatric dentist, periodontist, registered dental hygienist. I hope I didn’t miss anything.

Negative experience: Typically I’m the happiest here. And have been for the last 14 years. But this last visit the lady helping with my 7 year old son’s visit was not nice at all. Zero smile, also telling me I had to wait outside while she took my 7 year old. Which has never been the case. Just rude the entire time. Never said excuse me while I waited for my son. Was purposely grabbing stuff next to me and practically bumping into me. She was bothered that I asked to stay with my son while he was taken back for cleaning and X-rays

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chopra is detail oriented and answered any question we had. He also kept my son’s school schedule in mind when suggesting upcoming appointment dates. We are grateful for their attention to detail. Overall, the staff provided great customer service, they are all very professional. Thank you!

They’ve made me huge improvement on the way they take impressions! No more goo — they do it digitally and the fit is so perfect no adjustments are needed. This is a big improvement I appreciate. Would never go to another dentist. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Honestly I’ve had my share of bad dentists/doctors but here they are very kind and honest and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Fantastic experience: The front desk girls were pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Steve was though and pleasant. Hooray I didn't need any work. They are a great practice. Ben their financial person made it a point to talk to me after he walked another patient out. I highly recommend this business.

Negative experience: One star for the receptionist named Laurie for her professional attitude. Please be careful taking your family to this dental group. I was told by Dr Susana that she had 7 cavities. My daughter has never had a cavity in her life. She is 13 years old. Had just gone to another dentist last year. Dr Susana tried telling me they are small cavities between her teeth and needs base antibiotics which my really good insurance doesn’t cover it. They tried charging me 245 dollars. I spoke to insurance and they said it doesn’t make sense and that my daughter should not need that. I canceled appointment treatment and took her elsewhere for a second opinion and again she has NO CAVITIES. Thank God I did not allow them to ruin her teeth. I will be calling the insurance again filing grievance and the board of dentistry and BBB. Please be careful!

Positive experience: For the most part Gallatin dental has been good. Unfortunately, lately they haven't honored our appointments. This last Saturday for my daughters Ortho appointment, they had us waiting over an hour and a 1/2 to be seen. Then they placed her in a room for God knows how long. We got out 2 hours and 40 minutes later. Their response was that they were understaffed. I'd rather they reschedule my appointment than make me go and wait for that long. That is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I had my dental exam yesterday. Check in process was so easy, and the front scheduler was super friendly. They brought me back on time. The RDA who took who took my x-rays was awesome, and made me laugh with her conversation, she made me feel at ease. The GP was very thorough and explained in detailed the treatment plan. Great service, I recommend this office .

Laurie and Alejandra in the front desk have been very helpful with any follow up or pending approval from my insurance for dental work procedures for me. I know that not everyone likes going to the dentist but Jaimie the Hygienist rocks! I had a deep cleaning in December 2023 and I didn’t feel any pain during and after my deep cleaning . I had my follow up cleaning recently and again she rocked it. She definitely made sure she cleaned my teeth and most importantly made me feel comfortable. the nicest staff at Gallatin Dental.
