Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience at Warrenbrand Complete Dentinstry from the moment I walked in. Michelle’s friendly face and helpfulness put me at easy right away. The female dental hygienists (Fabiola I think?) did a great job and answered all my questions. She was as gentle as possible. Dr. Warrenbrand has good bedside manner and explained everything to me thoroughly. Although I had to wait a lot in between services, it was a calm atmosphere. I purchased their Groupon for an exam and cleaning, but will be back for my future dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Warrenbrand for probably 20 years. He is the most compassionate, caring, gentle and non-judgmental Dentist I have ever been to. I was weary of the dentist due to past bad experiences. Once I met him and Michelle - They changed what was always a terrible experience - to something I actually looked forward to and didn't dread. I have my SMILE ! All thanks to him ! Let's be real - no one loves to go to the dentist but when you find a great one - You are so Thankful !❤️

Negative experience: I saw one of their deals on Groupon. I am only visiting in Sarasota and I wanted to do a quick cleaning only. When I called the office to make an appointment I asked them to do only the cleaning because I did not need the x-ray and the checkup. Before you think that I am not reasonable, I go to the dentist very often for maintenance, I have healthy teeth and I did x-rays not more than 6 months ago. So I know that everything is ok in my mouth. The receptionist started getting irritated on me when I asked her only to do the cleaning. She said that 6 months ago my teeth are very different than today. Meanwhile she never looked inside my mouth, I brush and floss daily with outstanding oral hygiene. I told her I don’t want the extra radiation considering that I will end up doing it again in 6 months. She tried to convince me that their images are digital like I am an idiot and I don’t know they still have to use some radiation. She said their doctor will not agree on this without asking the doctor. I almost going to make the appointment regardless until I said ok, but your doctor should also listen to the patient sometimes. She became extremely rude and told me to go ahead and cancel my Groupon because she will not give me an appointment. Extremely rude, speaking down on me, and thinking that I don’t know what the procedure is. I don’t have to have 3 x-rays done for one year because it is not necessary. If she bothered to ask the doctor, I am sure he would have this type of knowledge. Nadia Ivanova You actually did not wanted to make me an appointment even when I said that I don’t think you are correct but I will take the appointment and was even ready to do the xray also! You were extremely rude and hurried to use argumentative tone and to hang up acting as you run the office. So please don’t make it sound like you had a kind suggestion. You did not even go to ask if my most recent X-rays can be emailed. You cut off in a very rude way.

Fantastic experience: Really nice office and atmosphere and all staff were helpful and friendly. I typically dread the dentist but I think I’ve actually found the practice that will make the experience as enjoyable as possible!

Negative experience: I got work done here and my mouth is messed up for life... you're better off any where else

Negative experience: I went there and got quoted.Bought it for a price paid a thousand dollars cash . Then had to schedule new appointments because I couldn't afford the rest at the time. When I asked the lady, how much do I owe?She denied that I put any money down at all.Refused to give me back the money that I already gave her.. And now they'll be closing down.So I hope everyone enjoyed this because they will no longer be in business. Guarantee

He has a relaxed manner and does not ‘sell’ all sorts of proposed future treatments. I highly recommend the whole office.

Negative experience: He lied to me. I asked for veneers and he put in crowns. 6 of them. Charged for veneers. I found out cause one broke and he let it slip that it is a crown. Then he said he did 3 crowns and 3 veneers. After going to a different dentist it is confirmed they are all crowns. So no matter how good he is I no longer trust him. He lied for profits. A true profits over people in the slimiest of ways, he’s nice to your face but watch your billing.

I was x rayed and problem found immediately . It will require root canal so Dr Warrenbrand on the spot set up appt with endodontist. I was treated promptly and professionally. I heartily recommend Dr Warrenbrand and his staff. As addressed before they are the best.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency while on vacation in Siesta Key and Dr. Warrenbrand was able to get me in the same day. I have horrible dental anxiety, but he was fantastic, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. His office staff are extremely kind, were very easy to schedule with, and were very quick to resolve a small billing issue. This is a great dental office that I highly recommend.

He returned my call and told me to keep it clean and if I had pain to call him back. On Monday morning, I had the crown re-cemented. I was so happy that I had it handled and could move on with my week. Thank you, Dr. Warrenbrand and associates!

Negative experience: I went there about one year ago. I called about one month ago asking about prices. When I was there last time they said they weren’t going to take care credit anymore. The person that answered the phone that day stated I could pick as to what services I wanted but the doctor exam has to be done. I couldn’t make the appt that day so I called back yesterday to go over the services again and pick which I wanted. Well, that changed after the office manager called. After I found out that none, not one thing, was true and the office manager was offended and upset. I became upset. What was really hurtful is that the office manager said to me, “If you have to ask for prices maybe this isn’t the place for you”. That’s disgusting. Make sure when you go you have a blank check for the office manager.

Fantastic experience: I’ve driven past this place hundreds of times, because it’s easy to miss. But once you walk into the office, it’s pretty nice! I thought the office was clean, orderly and up to date. I felt very comfortable there. Everyone on the staff was super kind and welcoming. Dr. Warrenbrand was so friendly! I would recommend this dentist to anyone! They allowed me to express my concerns, they thoroughly checked my teeth, clearly explained what I needed, and they were transparent and upfront about the prices of everything, since I was paying out of pocket. Michelle worked well with my dentist in Chicago, Justin was extremely knowledgeable as I have a defibrillator and had recent gum surgery knowing what equipment to use.
