Fantastic experience: Every employee is simply amazing, they all care so much and took their time to really get down to the issue and see what you're comfortable with. I needed my tooth pulled, and I got it taken out pretty fast after I got there. Even though I have a hard time with anxiety, they made sure I felt okay, and didn't make me feel bad when I had a mini panic attack because of the sound of the drill.

Fantastic experience: I have had extensive work (extractions, a sinus lift, and implants) done by Dr Reuter over the last few years and highly recommend him. I entered his office with a mess of a mouth - embarrassingly so. He and his staff made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in and have been great to work with since. We discussed various options and came up with a plan to deal with it all. I felt well prepared for what all was going to happen. The surgical visits were, relatively, easy. Both Dr Reuter and a staff member followed up after each to make sure that I was ok and to answer any questions. It's been about as ideal an experience as one can have with such things. I hope to never need such services again, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if I did.

The implant surgery was equally painless and I actually had to check periodically to see if the post was there because I never felt it. He is also very personable and accessible and his office staff were equally as nice to deal with. Very pleased especially considering 2 friends had similar surgeries with their dentists, who were not oral surgeons and not Dr Reuter, and their experiences were extremely unpleasant. Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my dentist. While I take pride in maintaining good oral hygiene & care, dental surgery is something I try to avoid. I was in a need of procedure but had to postpone due to financial constraints. I could no longer put it off so I made the appointment. The staff was polite to EVERYONE. I was then treated by Carlene (is that the correct spelling?) who was an absolute gem. Dr. Roemer performed my 2 procedures and was great at explaining every noise and every movement as it was happening. Both of them called me later in the day, to followup. In today's world, personal attention and true caring by medical professionals is a rare find. I highly recommend! Just know that you self-pay all expenses upfront. IF you have insurance, they will file and you will be reimbursed by your carrier directly. It's worth the experience, though!

Fantastic experience: This place was out of network with my insurance and yet I still chose to go here over multiple other places that I got a consultation at because of how I was treated. Exceptional staff, really took the time to explain everything to you rather than just sticking you with a bill. Showed me my X-rays and explained exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it, sent me home with a packet of everything I needed to know, called me multiple times post surgery to check on me and see how I was doing, submitted all my insurance info for me to be reimbursed, even gave me a discount to help with my expenses! I really appreciated all of it!!!!

I have severe dentalphobia but Dr. Reuter was so reassuring and informative right from the initial phone call, visit, and to the BIG day. I had virtually NO PAIN or memory from the surgery and only minimal discomfort while healing. Dr. Reuter called me himself after procedure to follow up on me! Doctor Reuter took the time I needed for him to explain and make me feel comfortable with each of the steps involved with my procedure … the first and most difficult 1st step of the surgical procedure has been successful and I am not dreading completing Steps 2 and 3 because if how smoothly this procedure and recovery went. The doctor and his staff were very responsive to my telephone call queries both before and after the surgical procedure.
