Negative experience: If you want to be charged double go here. I had no problem with my first appointment, however the following implant placement was wildly overpriced. The 3% credit card fee is also very irritating. Surely this is your cost of doing business. Passing this one on to your clients is petty and onerous. Given the cost of the procedures this extra charge is adding insult to injury.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Middleton to begin two implants. The atmosphere in the office is both friendly and very professional. The next day I had relatively little post-op pain. I am very pleased with the care.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Middleton for almost two years and he did several dental surgeries for me such as extraction of an old implant that someone else did for me, bone graft, and a couple rather challenging implants. He is always very thoughtful, and will study each situation carefully to come up with a treatment plan and then explain to me until I understand. He is the best doctor I have ever met, extremely knowledgeable, technical, and most importantly always thinking the best for the patient. He is not in my insurance network, but I am very satisfied about the work he and his staff did for me, I trust his technical opinions, so I will continue seeing them. His staff is also very experienced, and they never keep me waiting for long! I hold my best regard for Dr. Middleton and his staff and highly recommend them.

I was greeted by very kind and welcoming ladies at check-in, which immediately put me at ease. My wait time was only a couple of minutes. They took my CT scan right away, and I had the results within minutes, which made the whole process feel smooth and efficient. The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Fantastic experience: Dr. Middleton spent more time explaining and walking me through my options than any other doctor in my lifetime. He also spent the time to describe the process of my failed implants and incredible bone loss. He clearly had other patients waiting, but never seemed impatient or rushed. My situation is very complicated and most other doctors wouldn’t even meet with me because of the deterioration of past work. Dr. Middleton was positive and gave me options that wouldn’t leave me without teeth at 58. After walking into my appointment scared and hopeless, I left his office feeling relieved and hopeful. He isn’t just a dentist, periodontist, or implant specialist he is also a licensed medical doctor. My experience was great!!! A year later: best MD I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Fantastic experience: A total class practice. Dr. Middleton is the epitome of the BEST medical professional you could ever engage. He is exceedingly competent, caring, and patient. He communicates so very well and has the best "bedside manner" of any medical professional I know. I have complete confidence in him for every procedure, including the several times I had to be completely sedated. Every staff member of his team reflect his personality and his sensitivity. They interact as a team and are intensely aware of you. There is no "banter" among them in the office ..... strictly doing their jobs with a focus unlike most other medical offices. My highest compliment for Dr. Middleton is that I only wish he could be my ONLY doctor for every phase of the medical practice, and I see about 10 different doctors regularly, including all the specialists for annual reviews. If you need to see an oral surgeon, you will immediately understand why I refer you to him with this level of enthusiasm. Fantastic experience: My medical background stirs a bit of skepticism on who really is the best oral surgeon to remove my 60plus year -old wisdom teeth, but after a thorough consultation with Dr. Scott Middleton, my doubts are put to rest. I must admit that his designer office with all the glam, truly delighted my senses. His receptionist was exceptional with my check-in paperwork needs. The dental hygienist gets a 10 for efficiency, knowledge and compassion. After experiencing a state of the art standing X-ray of my head, every angle mapped my anatomy with a story to tell. I took a selfie of my own skull! All was quite impressive but the real moment of certainty was the apparent intelligence and level of expertise by Dr. Middleton. My Wisdom teeth are not impacted but create concerns for molars next to them. He had many teachable moments that I can now help others. I am eager to return to his location that happens to be an hour away from my residence and get my four Wisdom Teeth removed. While I was writing this review, I was contacted via text to have my report sent to my family dentist. My instructions are clearly defined and I will write another review after my surgery in June. Feeling much relief right now knowing Dr. Scott Middleton is the Best Oral Surgeon. Post surgery 4 months later my sockets have perfect fill from my cadaver bone and stem cells! My root system is intact but my tongue has partial Numbness which will heal in another couple months. I have full movement of my tongue. My follow up exam was another educational Experience! No regrets having Dr Middleton as my oral surgeon! Do not go anywhere else! He has the expertise and compassion needed.

She put me at ease and was able to bring a smile to my face despite having some trepidation due to previous dental procedures that resulted in long lasting side effects at another dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Middleton is a very skilled and caring physician. Yesterday while discussing prophylactic antibiotics for an upcoming procedure, he shared his knowledge of a rare but serious adverse effect of an antibiotic that I had taken recently for coverage during an orthopedic procedure. I realized afterwards that he had just explained exactly what happened to me, Achilles tendonitis. A serious adverse effect, which occurs 0.01% of the time, sometimes leading to Achilles Rupture; and my oral surgeon is THE medical professional that enlightens me. Typical of my experience with him, and so validating of my confidence in his care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Middleton was particularly aware of the effects of various osteoporosis drugs on one's system and the cumulative effect on mine. The good and bad result is that I do not feel my case is rare or unusual at this time. I understand the difficulty of balancing risk and reward but medically induced necrosis of the jaw is no fun. I believe I am in good hands and will clear any future drug treatment with him.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Middleton unexpectedly. My tooth had cracked in half and my dentist got me in early Monday morning only to tell me that I had to see Dr Middleton for a tooth implant. Dr Ms office fit me in that afternoon and was able to quickly then schedule me for a surgery Wednesday morning. They were all so nice and Dr M really spent time to explain the procedure and what was involved to me and my husband. The staff also put me at ease during the process and Dr M was really affable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I am an MD Ophthalmologist. Dr.Middeton has performed multiple implants and bilateral sinus lifts for me SO FAR. I have had general anesthesia two times, something I wouldn't have considered without an anesthesiologist in an ASC or hospital. He never took offense at any of my questions. His technology with CT scans is impressive, and allows him to teach me as a patient in a way I can understand on my terms. Staff is caring, efficient, and fun too be with. They have good rapport with the doctor, and obviously support his approach to teaching his patients. 5******

I had such a great experience that when my husband and daughter needed their wisdom teeth removed there wasn’t even a second thought. Dr. Middleton is truly a master of his craft and has a wonderful bedside manner. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Dr Middleton and his PA were delightful. I was in a quandary concerning the condition of my teeth. The doctor clearly laid out a series of options in terms that I understood - both visibly and verbally. Fantastic experience: Dr. Middleton’s team is superb! They made a potentially unpleasant experience almost fun. Distraction is the best form of pain control, and our non-stop conversations made me not think about discomfort. And … they got the job done. Update Oct 2024 - Everyone, from receptionist to technical staff, and physician are very professional and easy to work with. They are friendly and helpful from start to finish. Looks like state of the art equipment, and priced accordingly.

Fantastic experience: The staff was exceptional and Dr Middleton was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. I was even able to have Dr Astrin from next door come over to explain to him what he had done so far. I felt so comfortable and relieved. I recommend the practice highly.

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in I was greeted very professionally by the front end staff and felt welcomed. Dr Scott and his assistant were both exceptional. Dr Scott explained everything to me answering all of my concerns. He spent a lot of time with me and went over both my diagnosis and prognosis. I left there feeling both educated and relieved about my upcoming surgery. I felt his prices were very reasonable for the work that needs done. I am looking forward to my procedure in October.

Fantastic experience: In all my years of dental visits I have never had an experience as positive as I did with Dr. Middleton. As an MD and DMD he provided me a thorough and comprehensive assessment in providing me with a differential diagnosis, and a well thought out plan with reasonable options.He took the necessary time to carefully show and explain the results of the CT scan and how best to deal with my situation. Fantastic experience: Dr. Middleton is highly skilled, and his practice is very well run. My two extraction/implant procedures worked our very well. If you are going to spend money on dental implants, I recommend spending it here!
