Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Mullica Hill, and while searching for dentists in the area, I came across New Town Dental and read about its excellent reviews. I join all those who have had a positive experience. The service I received from Dr. Kupcha and his friendly and professional staff exceeded my expectations. The location is good, with ample parking, modern facilities with top-of-the-line equipment, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kupcha and his Assistant, Pam, are the best duo since Peanut butter and Jelly. Together they orchestrate a seamless appointment. Pam greets you with a beautiful smile and gets you situated, letting you know, up front, what the protocol is for the days appointment. Dr. Kupcha comes in and flawlessly executes your procedure and all the while, his right arm, Pam, is already anticipating what is needed and always with a smile and a humorous twist, executes the proper flow of instruments. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with New Town Dental and they were wonderful! I expressed my concern about dentists offices (due to previous bad experiences) and the hygienist reassured me she and the doctor would talk me through everything they do before they do it to help ease my anxiety. They were very communicative and as gentle as possible throughout the cleaning and examination process and very thorough with the X-Rays taken. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks from when I called (it would have been less but 2 weeks was what worked with my schedule) which was a blessing and I’m ao glad that they were in my dental coverage’s network!

Really a great cleaning. Girls at the reception desk were polite and made another appointment for me as well as talked to me about Invisalign and end of the year statements. Very through talk and they were great with answers. Great place to go even if it is a dentist office.

I have been delaying finding a new dental office because of prior experiences and fear of dental work but this place was so understanding and patient, I wish I didn’t delay! Dr. Kupcha didn't take my insurance so I unfortunately had to go to someone else. I wasn't happy with what was available to me through Medicare. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental office enough. I put off going to the dentist for the past two years due to horrible experiences at other offices. I bit the bullet and decided to give this office a shot and they were absolutely fantastic. The hygienist was extremely empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during my cleaning. The hygienist and the doctor both had wonderful bedside manners and treated me as if I was a lifelong patient. There was zero judgement or harsh criticism which is SO IMPORTANT to have patients come back to receive care that is so important to our health. I will be back!

I have a toddler who comes with me to appointments and they include him throughout the appointment, make sure he’s entertained, and get me in and out quickly. Whenever I have dental issues, they make sure to provide education and solutions as well as honest and direct prognosis. Dr. Kupcha takes care of several of my family members and all of us have had an excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: My very first appointment was awesome, just a great family atmosphere. Judy at the front desk is amazing and remembered me and my family from years ago at another office which just goes to show that you aren't just another face and from the moment you walk in the door the care begins. Debbie was also amazing and incredibly nice and attentive, as well as, so easy to talk to; she continually asked how I was doing. I feel like I have an annoying reflex and always feel bad about it but Debbie assured me that this wasn't a problem at all and if I needed breaks, just ask. Lastly, Dr. Andrew came in and was so positive and energetic, even at 830 in the morning :). He was so easy to talk to, which seems to be mandatory to work at this office. From start to finish, I felt welcome and in good hands. The quality of people and work is of the highest standard.

Saved my abscess tooth from being pulled; with treatment and then creating a perfect cosmetic cap over it Also saved another tooth - my front tooth from a break caused by fork hitting it. I was mortified but DR M fixed it and made it look like it never happened! Beautiful work! Thank goodness! Dr. M and his staff are really excellent ! You’re in highly experienced, skilled , very good hands here! You can tell they all enjoy what they do! I feel so lucky I found them!
