Fantastic experience: I can’t believe I’m giving a root canal specialist a rating but it was such a great experience I had to. My first root canal & they explained everything, were so quick and I felt nothing. Almost no discomfort the days after either. Hopefully I never see them again (lol) but I would go back here if needed!

Fantastic experience: Clean top of the line equipment, friendly staff, 1st pain free experience during a root canal ever. I just wish they did crowns so I didn’t have to make another stop to another dentist. It’s the place to go for endodontics

After my root canal, I was still having some discomfort, and Dr. Berson immediately stood behind her work 100% by bringing me back in to make sure there was no infection or complications. That level of care and commitment truly meant a lot to me. The entire office staff is outstanding—from Michelle at the front desk to Jillian, her dental assistant. Everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Even the music was great—not your typical dental office playlist! Thank you to the entire team at Pure Endodontics for such excellent care and a genuinely positive experience!

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST experience for an root canal. The balloon to prevent debris from going down your throat is amazing. Even the novacaine shots are on point. Normally, I need a few TRIES to prevent pain. The office is clean, and staff is pleasant. Even taking time to show the X-ray's and explaining before and after the procedure was a great knowledge transfer. I can't find enough good things to say. She prepared an report to my dentist for follow up. In my opinion I'm a patient for life. I highly recommend this office.

I am a horrible patient - I get so anxious and can’t sit still- but they made me as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be back if I ever need another root canal done!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a more efficient and painless dental office in my life. The entire staff is wonderful! They are so nice and kind. The oral surgeon is very friendly and extremely gentle. She makes sure that you are comfortable as possible as well as making sure you understand everything that is happening. I’ve been here many times now and each time I’m literally almost asleep by the time she finishes and all I was given was the numbing meds in my mouth. She’s that soft and gentle. I couldn’t give this place enough stars to match her service. Thank you so much for helping my family and I we will always use this place and refer them to all I can.

Fantastic experience: Came in expecting a horror movie root canal… left with a root canal and a surprisingly wholesome experience. ✨ The staff? Straight-up angels in scrubs. Super nice, super chill, and explained everything like I was about to defuse a bomb. “We’re gonna numb you now” — say less, I feel safe. Zero pain. Not even “mild discomfort.” Just vibes and dental precision. Felt like I got carried by a cracked squad of tooth-saving pros. If my teeth ever act up again, I’m dropping back in here — no hesitation. 10/10 would get nervy pulp removed again.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Pure by a dentist for an opinion on a root canal. They were able to get me in same day and went right on with a root canal after some x-rays. Almost fell asleep twice during the root canal, very easy process! Friendly staff, all are very skilled. You would think pandemic precautions were the normal with how easy they made everything.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely do not like the dentist from a child hood experience. However, the young ladies here at Pure Endodontics was nothing short of amazing!!! Very clean, great customer service and did I mention you don’t feel the needle while going through the numbing process. My doctor is a true Angel, she was able to fix a root canal issue from a previous dentist and she did it with such grace, patience and understanding. The place is clean and very pretty inside and knowing that they care and they make you feel acknowledged and welcomed was really wonderful. Fantastic experience: Dr. Berson is an amazingly talented endodontist. Dr. Berson and her staff performed flawlessly, and allowed me to feel completely relaxed and confident through the entire procedure. Dr. Berson impressed me even further by removing a broken drill bit wedged in my tooth from a 40 year old root canal. If you have any fears of having a root canal, fear no more, you will be in GREAT hands.

Fantastic experience: Brooke and her staff made me so comfortable after a bad experience at a different endodontist. Michelle at the front desk is a gem. She explains everything to a T and gets everything situated with insurance and your general dentist so you don't have to. The dental assistance (sorry forgot her name) worked harmoniously with Brooke, executing the task quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. I even love that Brooke went back and readjusted something after viewing a new x-ray before completing the service. The office is clean and homey with music playing to lighten the feel. Will definitely be going back for all of my future work needed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Berson was very lovely. Her staff was also excellent! The office has, what seemed to be, state of the art equipment. I had a failed root canal and she fixed it! I had no pain during and afterwards! I actually was mesmerized by the tool handoff dance she and her assistant had. After my second one she called to ask how I was doing . At my second visit she and her staff explained my root canal procedure very thoroughly, it went as expected and was also painless. Fantastic experience: I would say, just walking in….The place is really really clean and appealing to the eye. Also, they were so accommodating in getting me into an appointment, when where I live, I would have to wait three weeks just to be seen. The whole atmosphere was nice and, they took me in quickly and was able to see if they could help me or not. I appreciate the honesty that they gave.

Negative experience: Dr. Berson is a self-centered unethical person who cares more about money than treating patients with care. I was seen by Dr. Berson for a consultation for pain in a tooth in December 2021 at which time I made an appointment for root canal which was scheduled for January 4, 2022. The office called me the day before the appointment to cancel the appointment and they told me the office was closed! They never told me what happened and refused to reschedule. All they said was the doctor was not available, the office was closed and they did not know when they would open again. So I asked for a refund of the $225 paid toward treatment, and they gave it to me. I have been dealing with pain ever since which I thought was everything from a tooth ache to a sinus or ear infection and went to different doctors for treatment. Today, 8/22/23, I was again referred to Dr. Berson because one of my teeth has developed an abscess for which I need an emergency root canal. When I called Dr. Berson's office today, they scheduled an appointment for this afternoon and told me it was $1500 which I am willing to pay. Two hours later, THEY CALLED AND CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH ME!!!! I'm not the one who canceled my original treatment, they canceled and now are taking their problems out on me. How could any decent doctor turn away a patient because they gave me a refund of $225?! Aren’t doctors supposed to have an ethical responsibility to provide the best treatment to patients? So, they are holding the doctor's personal problems against me for an appointment they canceled? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE! Is she so focused on money and her personal issues that she can't treat patients who are in pain? DON'T SUPPORT HER OFFICE. SHE'S A HOT MESS! Yes, a hot mess! I learned about why she canceled my appointment in 2022. It was because she was having personal and family problems and didn't have the decency to refer her patients out to another doctor. They couldn’t tell me when the office would reopen and just turned me away, and now are taking out her mess on me. It's not my fault she couldn't deal with life at that time! She was focused solely on herself and shut her office down instead of helping her patients. Now that she reopened her office, she chooses to be disrespectful to patients instead of treating them. Maybe she doesn’t feel comfortable with me because I know the truth about why she abruptly shut her office down!!
