The dentist look out for your best interest and don’t try to treatment plan unnecessary procedures. And I have been seeing Lori, my hygienist for many many years and she always does an amazing job!

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment less than a half hour before the time because their server was down and then wouldn’t schedule me for another 2 weeks. Not a good process as I based my work and family schedule around this appointment. Do not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Friendly Smiles is literally an office full of the friendliest of smiles and the best dental team out there! Both of my daughters (ages 3 and 5) are always excited for their visit to the dentist. They love being greeted by Dayna & Amanda at the front desks, sharing little stories with them. Next, they get to have their routine hygiene appointments with the kindest and very gentle Miss Erin as they call her. She lets them pick out whatever flavors they like and always giggle when she "tickles" aka cleans their teeth. Dr. Hud is the absolutely wonderful with the girls and makes them feel important during the visit while having them help keep count as she checks over each and every tooth. The visits finish up with the toy bin that Sophia patiently allows them to look through and choose out their very favorite prize. We LOVE coming here and are never nervous or scared to go to our dental appointments all thanks to the amazing, thorough ladies at Friendly Smiles!

Fantastic experience: So grateful I found this dental office!! After 2 horrible root canal's I stopped going to dentists. Then I broke my 2 front teeth and came to Friendly Smiles so nervous and shaking but right away the staff was so comforting and calming I was amazed! So they set me up to see Dr Han. So as I got in the chair I was freaking out and scared but Dr Han explained exactly what she was going to do and after a few minutes I was calm and relaxed and it was great no more anxiety at all. For me it was incredible and when she was done I couldn't believe how beautiful my teeth were I called her an artist they matched perfectly and it was painless!!!! So if you're looking for a wonderful dental office this is it. You will be grateful as I am there the Best!!!! And the price was great too!!!! Trust me you will be amazed!!!!!! I have had bad experiences with almost every dentist in the past. The dental hygienist was the most educated woman to ever look into my mouth. She was 100% dedicated to educating me about my mouth and how to take care of my teeth. I could tell she was so very passionate about her work. I have had the honor to have both Dr. Krupa and Dr. Dheeren look at my mouth. They both put me at ease almost immediately after entering the room. I will forever be a patient here.

Fantastic experience: Friendly Smiles Dentistry has changed my views on dentists completely. I’ve had many bad experiences at other practices and because of that anxiety and fear around dentists and oral procedures have taken over my life. After finding this establishment I was greeted not only by a beautifully developed building that is welcoming and comfortable, but I also found staff and doctors that completely changed my view on dentists. Not only did that first exam calm my anxieties but I feel so much less anxiety when having to make appointments and have things done. I recently went in to discuss options for what I believe to be a cavity and the girls at the front desk are always so kind, it truly helps me feel so much more confident in taking care of my oral health! My old dentist no longer was in network for my benefits, so I called Friendly Smiles and they took my insurance and fit me right in. I have had anxiety at a lot of other dentists because of issues with my teeth but at Friendly Smiles they educated me on how I could improve my dental health without shaming me for it! Love that! Will be recommending to all my friends looking for a dentist!

Negative experience: Multiple billing and clerical issues during my time there. Performed a service on my son that I did not approve. They sent me a huge bill after knowing my insurance covers said services and they never appealed. All around dishonest people.

They ask my family and I questions and other things. They always have a smile on their face and are ready to talk to you. The dentists make you feel so special.
