Fantastic experience: The workers their are very professional but caring. No tension a relaxes atmosphere. The New Dentist is great. The whole staff assistance doctors and front desk are great. Fantastic experience: I’m very disappointed with how my dentist didn’t get all my tooth pieces out. I’ve been in such pain when for a second time he had to cut my gums and dig out the rest. Now I have an enlarged gum which feels like there’s a bone underneath! I’ve been upset that he doesn’t seem to care about doing a better job. And won’t help me manage my pain! I don’t feel I’ll ever get to wear my bottom dentures!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here during my check up. Nina, my hygienist was great! She performed my cleaning & took x-rays. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me information that was very helpful. While Dr. Winomsri (Pat?) was friendly, kind and courteous he was very fast and it seemed like he couldn't leave the room quick enough. (Maybe he had another patient idk). He did a good job though inspecting my teeth and letting me know what needed to be done and Nina filled in all of the gaps! The woman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful as well! (I can't remember her name but she was very kind!) All in all, the office was clean, staff was friendly, courteous and it was a pleasant experience. I will be going back and I will be recommending!!

La única sugerencia que tiene en mi primera vez que ninguno del personal habla español fue un poco difícil comunicarse y lograr agendar cita, pero luego me comunicaro por mensaje de texto y todo fue súper fácil . Te sentiré cómodo en este centro aparte el personal casi siempre te está brindado una sonrisa y siendo amable.

Negative experience: First im horrified of dentist. I broke my front tooth. The one had a small cavity and the other one had a bigger one. I ask him to fill them because I cant afford 2 root canal but my one front tooth did not need one. On the xrays I said that look like plaque and the dentist said from u not getting your teeth cleaned. I get my teeth cleaned every year for him to say that was unprofessional and rude. He said he could not fill my front teeth that' it's a law u can't fill them I had to do a root canal. My friend was sitting there and he said there is no law saying that. He could not believe the dentist and the women behind the desk would say something like that so he called another dentist and they told him to go higher up and file a complete. I would not ever go back to that office again Unprofessional and rude

Fantastic experience: I was seen within 5 miniutes of arrival. Hygienist explained what she was going to perform, and what the VA ha approved. We learned of another problem and just took x-rays and an exam. I will be notified when approval comes through

Negative experience: I received 3 text msgs (9/18; 9/20 and 9/24) for a 9am appointment on 9/25. I confirmed the appointment per the text of 9/20. Then your text on 9/24 requested that I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I arrived at 8:45 on 9/25 (the Dr was just arriving at the office) and was told that I confirmed and completed everything and to have a seat until I was called, that was at 8:50. A lady came in at 8:55, had a seat and was called at 9:05. I wasn't called until 9:22. The hygienist had not been attending to any other patients before she called me and had zero personality, she only asked if anything hurt and that I needed xrays. The xrays and cleaning were completed by 9:42 and the hygienist said she would have the Dr come in. Well, by 9:54, no one, especially the Dr, still hadn't come in to see me. I got up and left and while walking out, I could see that no one was in any exam room, no patients, hygienist and definitely no Dr! I had been in your Gloucester office for over an hour and received the worst customer service ever. I am seriously considering finding a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: Susan and Dr. Pat both were very attentive to my presenting problem and a treatment plan was quickly set up. Susan has been my dental hygienist for many years and has always provided outstanding care. The office staff are friendly and helpful. It was a good visit.

Fantastic experience: Just started with this group in December 2023, as my former Dentist retired. I have nothing but praise. This Dentist went above and beyond for me. I was going through a difficult time personally, and had to get medical/dental clearance for Radiation Therapy to my neck, which could have affected my oral/dental health. He offered to see me throughout the course of radiation Therapy free of charge, to make sure there were no dental /oral adversities to the therapy I was receiving. Highly recommended

Positive experience: The dentist is great wonderful bedside manner and I can tell he cares for his patients. The staff is great as well registration and checking out process is quick and they are very informative with pricing after insurance. There was a change in the RDA staff recently not sure if it’s the change that has me a little unhappy with service because I’m used to the last person and how sweet and personable she was.

Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency visit and was seen in less than 24 hours. Doctor Evan Cauterrucci is well educated , funny , but most importantly painless. I do not like going to the dentist and thankfully he made the trip less stressful. The staff , Lisa , Susan and Ashley are dedicated professionals. I live 40 miles away from the office and in the summer months 70 miles away . The reason I stay with this dental practice is the staff. I could go anywhere near my home but for 40 years I remain a loyal patient. This is my fourth group of dentists in this location and thankfully for me they get better as time goes on. I strongly recommend the Dental Arts Group if Gloucester City.

Fantastic experience: First time at this practice. I really did my homework before I picked a place to go, looking to establish care with a new dental practice. Truth be told, I haven't been to a dentist in years. Yes, I'm one of those people who has a fear of the dentist. Even as an adult. This office was warm and welcoming, from the receptionists. ( Melissa, especially). Karen, my tech who did X-rays and assisted Dr Pat, was so gentle and kind. No judgement at all on my being away from a dentist's office for so long, or on my dental health. Dr Pat was amazing! Very accommodating and caring. Talked to me like a person, and not a number in a chart. He took his time and is genuinely interresed in helping me achieve good dental health. He didn't rush any treatment and is going to proceed at my comfort level. Just seems like an all-around great dentist. And I'm looking forward to going back, which I've never said before. Office itself was welcoming, aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable chairs, bright atmosphere, restrooms nearby and easily accessible. Definitely recommend even just your first consult here; I think anyone would be pleased.

Fantastic experience: I was having an issue with tooth pain and as it turns out it was most likely related to my sinus. The person answering the phone was super concerned with my well being and got me an emergency appointment that day and the doctor and assistant were very professional and gave me options once the determined that the x-rays didn’t really show any structural issues with the tooth. The doctor gave me medication options and also a referral to an endodontist in case the pain recurs after the antibiotic treatment is through. I am very pleased with the compassionate and professional care I received. Thanks!
