Well in this office it all the gals working there. Becky and the others are amazing. They made me feel welcomed, and it wasn't phoney. They really cared about my well being. Fantastic experience: Being a "snowbird," I was anxious about having a root canal away from home. But then, I found Dr. Ghattas in Stuart Florida. Having been rated 5 stars by all of his previous patients, I made an appointment. The staff that he has is professional, organized and courteous. Dr. Ghattas is THE BEST when it comes to root canals. I had no pain, had an infection that required me to return after 2 weeks and I have just returned from that 2nd appointment with NO PAIN. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal done today, and as someone with an extreme fear of dental procedures, I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was. From start to finish, he showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness, which definitely helped. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and never rushed me, which meant a lot. On top of that, he was highly professional and efficient (along with his staff) the procedure went smoothly and much better than I ever expected. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental work. Also, Dr. Ghattas mentioned that when he was younger he wanted to be an FHP trooper, and I have to say, I’m very grateful he chose endodontics instead. He’s much better at saving teeth than writing tickets.

Dr. Ghattas performed two root canals for me and he was phenomenal. I came in dreading the operation and walked out feeling like it was just minor inconvenience. Fantastic experience: No one ever wants to go through a root canal but if you have to get one, I would highly recommend Dr. Ghattas and his assistant, Nashely!!! They are true professionals, are such a nice team and truly care…but most importantly, they make sure you are completely pain free and talk through each step so you are fully aware of what is taking place. After receiving bad dental work a few years back, I was informed I had crowns that weren’t sealed properly when I found my new dentist (shout out the Seaside Dentistry in Jupiter who is the best general dentist I have ever been to!!!). I ended up having to get two root canals in the past two months. The second one was an emergency visit because I also had an abscess that caused extreme pain. They fit me in right away both times! I am so grateful for the recommendation from Seaside to contact Dr. Ghattas. Would give him 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr. Ghattas after my primary dentist recommended him for tooth pain she couldn't diagnose. Even with perfect imaging, his physical exam found a damaged nerve in my molar. He recommended a root canal and got me in the next day. I was so anxious for the procedure because of how uncomfortable my first one was with another endodontist. I could not have had a better experience this time around. I got nitrous to help ease my nerves, I got to listen to Taylor Swift and even had the staff humming along, and I got a blanket to keep my cozy. I felt zero pain and only some mild discomfort at having my jaw open so long. I would hands down recommend Dr. Ghattas for a pain-free expert procedure.

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal and was in quite a bit of pain. I’m terrified of serious dental work but couldn’t avoid this procedure. After my consultation I was given a same day appointment. I have severe tori that makes it difficult to take x-rays. Dr Ghattis and Maria were so gentle and compassionate. I hate shots, who doesn’t, but they weren’t that big a deal either. Painful, yes, but Dr Ghattis used a numbing gel that really helped. A root canal is pretty awful. But if I ever need another one I know where to go. Really, the level of empathy and care bypassed any previous dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I was really scared when I went to Dr Ghattas because anything to do with root canal is never pleasant, but didn't have a choice. He was so friendly, caring that made me feel slightly at ease. I went back the same day for the procedure, he even played Bollywood songs, was singing along, that lightened the whole atmosphere in the room and made me feel comfortable. He also explained what he was doing. His assistant Nashely was very nice throughout the procedure. All these things made it a really good experience which otherwise would have been an unpleasant one. Fantastic experience: We were sailing from Charleston to the Bahamas and had to divert to West Palm Beach due to extreme and sudden tooth pain. Fantastic experience: My general dentist referred me to Dr. Ghattas for a root canal. I arrived to my appointment and they promptly took me back with virtually zero wait time. Dr. Ghattas’ assistant, Maria, took x-rays of my tooth so Dr. Ghattas could reconfirm the need for a root canal. Maria was a wonderful assistant- she let me know what to expect. During the root canal, Dr. Ghattas explained each step he was performing. This put me at ease and made me less anxious. Dr. Ghattas is a perfectionist at his work. He sat me up multiple times to retake x-rays and ensure he got all of the infection out. Once finished, he gave me his business card with his personal number to contact him if any issues arise. He even texted me the following day to check-in. I had zero pain post procedure- only slight soreness from the local injections. Never needed any OTC pain meds. Dr. Ghattas’ bedside manner is absolutely amazing. I would recommend him to anyone needing treatment.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Dr Ghattas to do root canal. I was concern and nervous to do this procedure but it was truly an amazing procedure. I was completely relaxed. First Dr Ghattas was so friendly, he talks with confidence and assurance not to worry which makes the patient relax. He is very knowledgeable had the latest equipment and has a gentle hand, his assistant Maria was so pleasant and knows her job so well. The procedure went so well. I should mention that he was the only Endodontist that has small pillow to be put on the back of the patient while seated on the chair and another small one behind the neck since the head will be tilted for a long time. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Ghattas by my general dentist for a root canal. This was my first experience having this procedure, so I prepared myself for the worst. I've heard some horror stories. I have to say, every facet of the visit exceeded my expectations. First, and least significant, I was impressed by the decor. Dentist offices are usually stark, with pale colored walls and uncomfortable furniture. I was so impressed with their waiting room, which reminded me of a private room in a NY library. The wood paneling and the comfy leather chairs reminded me of home in the north east. It was a very warm environment. Next, and more importantly, was the warmth of all the staff. Everyone was wonderful to talk with and very comforting. This includes Dr. Ghattas, who was very friendly and explained everything really well. Both he and his assistant were great. Just before and during procedure, the topic of discussion was reggae music, which played on their Amazon device. The music and discussion continued, with reassuring comments from the doctor, through the whole root canal process. I remember just thinking how funny it was that I was just there tapping my foot to the music the whole time. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. Great experience. The doctor gave me his cell phone number in case I had any issues. I had none. I was happily surprised the next morning when he, texted me to check on my progress. What a great dentist! While I am hoping never to need these services again, I know definitely where I'll be returning if I do. After discovering a dead root in my tooth with some simple tests, I was immediately placed under the lights to clean, disinfect and medicate the affected area in order to prep for the upcoming root canal. Recently needed my first root canal, and the horror stories told had me expecting days of agonizing pain…maybe they should have gone to Dr. Ghattas. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghattas is amazing! Kind and amazing bedside manner. Him and his assistant came in early for my emergency. Maria, I believe her name is (I was half asleep and in pain) amazing amazing. Both deserve 10000 stars!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Ghattas on March 6th for a root canal on a tooth crown gone wrong by another Doctor. The attention, care, ans professionalism were present all the way till and after the procedure. What really make me feel safer and cared for was the text send to me next morning to check on me. His dental assistant was also a very caring and knowledgeable young professional!

Fantastic experience: This was the second time I saw Dr. Ghattas for a root canal. He is not only a wonderful doctor but also kind and gentle making me feel confident in the procedure. My regular dentist praised his work when building up my crown today. I don’t want another root canal but if I must I would only go to see Dr. Ghattas.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Simon Ghattas is an excellent specialist and has a great staff. I came in nervous and in excruciating pain. By the end of the procedure I was pain free with of course the normal (bearable) soreness of a root canal. He was patient, kind and answered all my questions/concerns. His staff was top notch as well making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

Fantastic experience: A million and more stars is what Dr. Ghattas & his team deserve. Had to have a root canal done and he explained what is going on & what would be done in a way that was easy to comprehend. The procedure was fast & painless & they made me feel so incredibly comfortable while listening to my favorite easy Jazz music. Fantastic experience: Dr Ghattas is truly exceptional. He was caring when I met him and explained exactly what was causing my pain. He then walked me through the procedure, asking if I understood or had questions. Julie was very considerate of the pain I was in and made sure I had all the prescriptions before I left! Yesterday I arrived for the root canal and Maria made sure I was comfortable as well as Dr Ghattas. During the procedure he kept informing me on the process and told me I was doing very well. Afterwards he explained what to expect and gave me his cellphone number if I needed to reach him... and he checked in with me today! In these times since the pandemic when customer care is non-existent it's delightful to experience Dr. Ghatta with his compassionate care!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ghattas and his assistant made my root canal procedure quick, comfortable, painless, and pleasant. I was blown away with how efficient they are. My first visit was great, after deciding that a root canal was necessary, they made room in their schedule to fit me in for 90% of the work the same day. I did not feel a thing and got to listen to my favorite 80s tunes. I was more than pleased. Because the first visit was such a great experience I had no problem going back to have them finish the job two weeks later. With the root canal complete, I am pain free and happy with the work that was done! I highly recommend Dr. Ghattas! He is not your typical 5 ⭐️. He is better!!

Fantastic experience: Would I say getting a root canal done twice on the same tooth is my favorite thing to do two days before my birthday? Not really. However, Dr. Ghattas is so amazing at what he does and really so knowledgeable and compassionate that you almost don’t mind it. I had a massive infection around the root that was causing me so much pain and within two hours, he eliminated the infection and got the tooth to a better place. He talked to me the whole time explaining what would happen next as he was doing it and since we were both Coldplay fans, he played great music in his office too! The whole staff was kind and friendly. The office is meticulously clean and decorated in an eclectic way to make anyone feel comfortable. To top it off, he even reached out to me tonight to make sure I was feeling ok and made sure I had his cell phone in case of emergencies. The emphasis is truly on patient care and Dr. Ghattas goes above and beyond in that arena.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghattas and Maria were very welcoming, warm, informative, and professional. I would consider a root canal a fairly unpleasant procedure to go through but it was not at all painful or unpleasant because of this great team! Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghattas and Maria fit me into their schedule without notice to save my painful cracked tooth with an emergency root canal. Not only did they treat me expeditiously, they also provided gentle care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My anxiety was very high due to the pain and uncertainty about my prognosis. Maria went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. Dr. Ghattas was able to complete the procedure in one session and explained how I would feel afterwards and even gave me his cell number in case I had any problems following my procedure. Everyone in this office provides exceptional service, and if you’re looking for the best - this office is it!

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about my experience with Dr. Ghattas! I was able to get into his office quickly with a painful dental situation. Everyone in the office was professional and kind throughout my visit. I was nervous and scared about the procedure, and Dr. Ghattas was gentle and talked me through the entire process successfully! He explained everything, walked me out and followed up with me in the evening to ensure that I was feeling okay. I was very impressed with the level of care and service that I received!

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st root canal and even though I've had a lot of other dental work done over the years, I'm still apprehensive to go to the dentist. Dr. Ghattas and his assistant Maria were above and beyond amazing, and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. They showed me what they were going to do, talked me through it in a way that I would understand, listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Dr. G also doesn't rush to start the procedure; instead he talks to you with sincere interest to calm your nerves. Maria was outstanding and on top of everything. When I occasionally opened my eyes, those two were like a well-oiled machine. He didn't even have to tell her what he needed; he was just singing along with the music, asking me if I was comfortable, and narrating every move he was going to make. So I closed my eyes and relaxed, because I knew I was in good hands. I felt no pain during or even after the procedure. I filled up my pain medication, thinking the pain will come later, but it didn't! Dr. Ghattas sincerely cares about his patients, and I'm grateful for their outstanding service to deliver a pain-free and pleasant experience. The level of knowledge, professionalism, compassion, kindness and attention does not go unnoticed and is simply priceless. Dr. Ghattas is one of a kind! I highly recommend him! You won't regret it. Fantastic experience: Super professional, quick and painless experience. 1. The staff is super friendly. 2. Dr. Ghattas is very professional and friendly. We did 2 root canals in one day and it took little over than an hour. He created a comfortable setting with music during my procedure and was letting me know what he was doing and what to expect the next second for me to not be scared. I was really impressed how fast he finished two of my root canals. 3. Amazing caring follow up after the treatment. Dr. Ghattas checked on me via text message to see how I was doing and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I'm 71 and I wasn't looking forward to a root canel after 15+ years since the last one. However, Dr. Ghattas was great. It was virtually painless, with the best customer service I've experienced. My wait time was hardy noticeable, the staff we're as nice as could be and Dr.Ghattas emplained the root cause (pun intended) both verbally and with the x-rays. During the procedures he was very communicative, asking about my comfort level and adjusting where necessary. He followed up after each appointment, checking on my welfare. I couldn't ask for more, and I did learn about yacht rock music which was an added plus :-) I highly recommend him and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I don’t ever leave reviews, but I had to for Dr. Ghattas and his staff. I was in serious pain, and they got me in right away and on the road to recovery. I was completely out of pain that first day. Dr. Ghattas and his staff were so reassuring and comforting. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had at this office. If you ever have to get a root canal or need care from an endodontist I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a chronic toothache and went to my dentist last week. He worked on the tooth but told me that I might need a root canal if what he did didn’t help. I gave it a week to heal but it didn’t get better and today it was worse. I called my dentist and he referred my to Dr Simon Ghattas at the Endodontic Associates Of The Palm Beaches. I call Dr Ghattas office at 8:30 this morning and explained that I was referred and in pain. The squeezed me in at noon today. Dr Ghattas was prompt and professional. He took his time numbing me and waiting for it to kick in. I had a TOTALLY PAINLESS ROOT CANAL and was in and out of his office including X-rays before and after the procedure in an hour. DR GHATTAS IS FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU’RE IN NEED OF AN ENDODONTIST!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Ghattas for a root canal. I was treated very well by the staff throughout the process, and felt no pain during the procedure. My appointment was yesterday, and today I have zero pain or soreness. Did not even need to take OTC painkillers. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do, I will be calling Dr. Ghattas.

Fantastic experience: I had a visit with Dr Ghattas yesterday for a root canal. If one can say having a root canal is a good experience, then this one was phenomenal! Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghattas and his entire staff were wonderful. They clearly care about their patients’ comfort during a procedure and well being after. I had pretty severe pain under a recent crown and after my dentist recommended Dr. Ghattas a quick diagnosis for a root canal was made. The procedure couldn’t have gone better. He made sure I had plenty of anesthetic in quite a painful tooth. Honestly the root canal was less painful than the work on my crown the dentist had done. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: No lingering pain, no swelling… after my root canal surgery. A testament to your good work. I’m even sleeping on that side the first night with my jaw on the pillow with no issues. I also appreciated hearing you continue to teach your assistants during the surgery to improve their careers. Fantastic experience: I have had a couple of root canals done with Dr Ghattas and also saw him, when my dentist was out of town, for a dental issue. He is the greatest, he is soft spoken and truly cares for his patience. He is detail oriented and achieves great dental results while he cares for each patients social and emotional well being. He expects his assistance to be efficient and professional but treats them with the utmost respect. Great team work! Dr Ghattas always followed up with me in the evening, to see how I was doing. I love that I get to pick my favorite music which helps me stay calm and I was always offered a clean blanket to keep me warm. Dr.Ghattas and his entire team does just that. Amazing care all around. Fantastic experience: I had an extremely bad infection in a very old root canal. I was in terrific pain and honestly scared. I have been in healthcare for 25 years and I know how hard it is to console patient’s fears. Dr. Ghattas was better at compassion than anyone I have met in healthcare. Marie was also phenomenal. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing complex dental care. Kudos to this team in providing expert care and compassion.
